THE WORST customer service I have ever seen! I walked in to get new service on 2 lines. They acted clueless on how to help me and the guy just walked off three times when I had a question. Worst personality I have ever encountered. If I owned this place I would get friendly and knowledgeable people. I felt extremely angry and frustrated.

Recently bought a phone here & didn’t regret it! Very great customer service and they work with you on discounts on Accessories!! Transferred all my data from old phone to new one. They have amazing customer service and always helping with anything you need!

This store is newly re-opened (and I suspect, now owned by a different person). They were able to assist me with an account issue (caused by the horrible customer service at a different store), and I left extremely satisfied. Note to the (new) owners... you should always have two people working the store at any given time (like you did today). This makes for satisfied customers who will take the time to sit down and write positive reviews! :)

This place really dont know how to operate, at all!

The employee couldnt tell me a single piece of information concerning the phone I was interested in buying every question I asked was answered with either it should or Im not sure finally I gave up. If anyone has intentions on purchasing a new phone do all the research prior to visiting this Cricket location.

Friend got an old phone activated, pretty painless process.

She was great! Totally understood everything that was going on with me and knew what I needed to do to get it done! Perfect!

Stopped by to see if the shop had a phone I liked to which they did not. Lady told me I could get the phone from ATT and come back to get it activated here. She said shell provide a sim card for $25. I said okay and left. Sometime later I received a new unlocked note 8 I bought and took it to another cricket location up the street. This other place charged $11 with taxes for a sim card and I was on my way. I suspected that the lady here wasnt being straightforward with her prices and my hunch turned out to be true.

Miserable mangement. It is a rip off. They charged 40 bucks for a sim card where in symrna i paid only 10. Needs to get out of business.

I have been in this store only a few times over the years. The staff always seems to care less if you are there. There are enough cricket wireless stores around that I just choose to go to another.
