My wife and I were ready to buy a new sectional in November 2020. We finally settled on one from Thornhill after shopping dozens of other places. We were greeted by Chris when we walked in and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for our every need. There are no hidden fees or any surprise BS with these guys. We love our new sectional and we are so pleased with the customer service we will be purchasing a dining room table and trundle bed from Chris in March. Go see Chris if you want a good deal along with good service.

This has been the absolute worst experience. We purchased the expensive “Italian leather” power sofa and loveseat set at the end of 2020. A couple of months later, the sofa stopped reclining. After several calls and text (I mean SEVERAL) they finally sent a technician out only to tell us that they needed to order a part. A month or so passes without any update. After several more calls, the tech comes back out and the ordered part didn’t fix the problem. He says we need another part. This was months ago! We call all the time to see what the status is and they always say they will call us back. They NEVER call us back. They say they will call…they say they will have the manager call. Nothing. This has been going on since January. It’s now June 10th. We are moving out of state on 2 weeks and can’t even get anyone on the phone that can help us. Is anyone there??? Who runs this business?? What do we do with this sofa set that we paid over $3,000 for?? Do I call a lawyer?? CALL US BACK!!!!!

Chris help me find something that I really liked and I had a bedroom suit delivered. When the delivery guys, who were great, unboxed one of the dressers they found that a corner had been dinged in transit. They told me to take pictures of it and show the folks at the store and they would help me out. I and was extremely impressed with the fact that they did help me out completely and even a bit above and beyond. Came in looking for a couch and we were able to find a great option that was actually in the store and ready for pick up. We had tried so many other stores that had 2-3 Month waits for delivery. Clay helped us and exceeded expectations, he answered all of our questions and was upfront about time lines and costs which just made the whole process enjoyable and easy. They have a great selection of furniture and you cant beat the prices.

On one visit I heard a worker tell a customer they dont really special order things because you have to wait and something about how its in general not an ideal situation.I couldnt disagree more. I was looking for a specific kind of setup(which they didnt have) but they had no interest in ordering it for me. Which is fine because Smyrna furniture outlet has a huge screen you can browse to order what you want and they are happy to do so.

Worst mistake ever. Firstly when we tried to buy the couch we did not want the ottoman that came with it because it didn’t match or make sense. So first it was agreed to, then Louis came out of left field and told us we have to pay 250 for the ottoman we didn’t even want, so naturally we said no thanks and decided to go elsewhere, but then we were asked what it would take for us to buy the couch and we came to an agreement that we won’t pay or take the ottoman. Cool, but then Louis again said the the only way we could have the couch is to pay 250 for a “protection” plan. Slightly annoyed, wife and I talked it over and this was the couch we’ve been looking for. So we said okay. Then when it came to the application process WE ONLY FILLED OUT OUR INFORMATION Louis then proceeded to get LOANS out for us for the full price for the couch even though we paid half up front. Left us with no paperwork and no information on the extra THOUSAND DOLLARS WE WOULD BE PAYING ON A $1200 couch. Half up front, then WE were not allowed to load our own couch on our own trailer with them saying “We have to make sure it is secured and nothing will fall out.” We’ll guess what it wasn’t secured and stuff fell out, we recover 1 pillow and cushion without the cover. (Because they plastic wrapped it with extremely cheap wrap.) we have been back and forth SINCE MAY now October 24-2020 trying to get a new cushion cover and they either dodge us or never call back. SINCE MAY THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER THERE!?!?? We live and hour and a half away soon can’t just drive to location. So now we are stuck with a couch without a couch cushion cover (that we can’t even sell) and an extra $1000 to pay on a $700 loan. $2400 and the worst Furniture store and customer service experience I have dealt with.

Brandon the manager has been absolutely wonderful!! We originally bought a sectional and when they delivered it, they accidentally cut the cushion. He has been on top of getting it replaced since day one but because of Covid it has been delayed. I have no doubt that he will take care of us. And then this Labor Day we purchased a new king bed and mattress that was delivered yesterday and we LOVE it! Great company and people. We highly recommend them and they also have great financing options that directly come out of your account once a week. Check them out if you need any furniture. They have great stuff. Everyone at Thornhill is super friendly and helpful! Our salesperson, Amber, was exceptionally helpful, kind and allowed us time to roam the warehouse to find our perfect living room set. She was readily available for questions when needed, without being the typical overbearing salesperson.The warehouse was clean, organized and spacious. Some furniture warehouses can be extremely cluttered and you end up squeezing between items to get a good look at others. That was absolutely not the case here!The movers were on time, quick & professional. They even took the time to give us a call on the day of delivery to schedule the most convenient time for us. Im beyond happy with my experience here and I would recommend it to anyone!

I am in LOVE with Thornhill Furniture Outlet. The customer service is amazing the prices are great. I will only purchase my furniture from this furniture store.

Furniture shopping was very easy and we received great assistance. However, we agreed to finance in August. The time frame provided was 4-6 weeks for delivery due to waiting on the mattress we purchased with our furniture set. When the time passed we received a call it would take another two weeks. Another two weeks has gone by and we were now told November 30th for an expected delivery. We canceled our order as we cannot keep waiting just to be told to wait again. We understand covid can delay things, but seeing other posts of people receiving their delivery within weeks while we are being told 3+ months was disheartening.

Purchased queen bed in august called the day of delivery and was told bed was damaged and would be repaired by upholstery specialist bed was delivered & NEVER FIXED. October is here still damaged bed no one has offered or attempted to fix offer any type of store credit or discount for item paid in full. Given the run around from Clay and Brandon NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY A HUNCH KF YOUNG PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE BEEN TOLD OVER and over they were going to reach out to a manager and still not resolved

Being a new resident to Nashville I was looking around for a reasonable place to purchase furniture after looking at favorable reviews I decided upon Thornhill Furniture. I purchased a bar on 10 /31/2019 from a customer service representative by the name of Ken theres been no communication and I still HAVE NOT received my bar!!! Its 1/03/2020. I drive for a living on the road but as soon as I get home I attend to address this matter. Im also in the business of customer service and I was taught a satisfied customer makes our paycheck possibe UNBELIEVABLE!

Everything from a bedroom set, couch, ottoman, entertainment center, and 4 beautiful barstools! THIS STUFF IS NOT JUNK!! Everything I got is amazing quality and I couldn’t be happier with the way it all came together! The fist time I went there Clay helped me a lot in the showroom, and was very patient with me (I can be a bit indecisive) & Brandon helped me the second time I went and he was super communicative every step of the way, he got me great prices and had everything delivered so quickly!
