I had amazing service having my semi inground Stealth pool installed completely inground. All facts were presented up front with no surprises so we knew exactly what to expect. I had such good a good experience that I recently returned to purchase a hot tub with the help of Daniel. Daniel was very thorough in helping me navigate which hot tub would be the best fit for my size family. I highly recommend requesting him if you have questions with anything at all. A+++++ customer service!!! I will be a customer for life!

This place is wonderful! They offer free water testing, and help you decifer what chemicals you need to keep your pool crystal clean & clear. Sara, plus the rest of the staff, have been amazingly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I visit their shop.

Had a horrible experience with the install and finance of my semi-inground pool. They dug the hole too big for the pool and didnt backfill the extra space so now I have a dangerous ditch around my pool (dangerous because I twisted my ankle trying to fill it myself also random rebar sticking out of ground where they marked where to dig) and am having to have a landscaper come out and fill it in out of my own pocket. after measuring my yard i had to downsize my pool but they sent the paperwork from the larger size pool to the loan company instead of the correct paperwork. I had to be notified by the loan company of their mistake and take time out of my own day to go in and discuss the mistake with them. Sure they may have some good specials but the headache of all the extra things you will have to do due to their mistakes youre better off going with another company. I know Im not using them when I upgrade my hottub next year. I made sure to add a measuring tape with my images to show the amount of extra work you will need to pay for because they rush and leave a mess when they install.(edit/update) My electrician informed me the install crew missed installing a vital part for my pool pump to pass codes. The missing part was a water bond and my pump cannot be safely plugged in until this part is installed. I will give another update if pool in spa depot fixes this other problem they have created or if i will be fixing this out of my own pocket. My electrician informed me they installed many pool pump outlets and pool and spa tend to make more mistakes than other companies.

Josh and Jordan were very professional and informative. They went the extra mile at getting the spa turned again when I changed my mind after it was in place. They were very hard workers and willing to please. They were respectful of our property.

The Lavergne, TN delivery crew were amazing. Josh Hindman’s team went above and beyond in delivering our tub. They traversed our backyard—over ramp, up the backyard slope, and lowered the unit in our deck’s recessed (30” below) location—to install it. Then, after they successfully navigated all of those obstacles—this was not a simple ‘load and drop’ delivery, Josh stuck around to go over the unit’s basic ‘get started’ instructions.You’re in great hands with Josh!

Nothing but issues from the start. Had to make three trips to get items left out of package deal that we purchased. Late about installing pool. Had about 10 leaks once pool was installed and had to wait for a service call. Several leaks around pump, filter, returns and light. Had to drain pump pool below light. So i had to rent a pump for 90 dollars. Finally came and worked on leaks. Refilled pool and found leak still around light. Rented pump again and they came again to work on leak and turn around was fast this time. Refilled pool again and still leaking. Did some research and they didnt install O-ring and ring on light. Now Im hiring someone else to fix issues. Company cant keep help in service department. Paid a lot for this product for my grandchildren and its simply driving me crazy. I dont mind paying good money for something if its a quality product and more important you get quality SERVICE.........

Great experience! Would highly recommend. We met with several pool vendors and it was an easy decision to go with Pool & Spa Depot. We were referred to them by a family member last year and ended up meeting with Kelsey, AMAZING asset to this company. Kelsey is a big reason we returned once we had a better idea of what we were looking for. She has great enthusiasm and really takes the time to explain everything, pros, cons and realistic ideas for your budget (she is super creative and has great ideas). When we returned Kelsey was not available so we met with Charity, who was wonderful. She answered a ton of questions without making you feel like they were dumb questions (we are first time pool buyers), listened to our dilemmas and gave us multiple price options so we could make a final decision we were happy with. If she did not have the answers she did not hesitate to go get the answers. Looking forward to working with this team.

Needed help with a special project and Sara was a tremendous help! She has a great knowledge base and ability to quickly assess the needs and offer solutions and equipment. IN less than 10 minutes we had a solution in place and equipment selected and paid for... and all over a quick phone call! 5 Stars to Sara and Pool and Spa Depot!

Not a pleasant experience. Reduced quality for more quantity for installs. Took 4 months and 8 appt visits just to get minor stuff fixed after the shoddy install ...If one person had stayed there for 20 more min it could have been all fixed. I dont know if they are hiring unqualified people or they give them unrealistic time frames to get something done.( on the unqualified side they did try to fix a pvc joint leak at a bypass valve toy heater by building a 1/4 in. layer of pcv glue on the outside of the connection ) It want months of appointments ...(And days of my time) new person almost every time I talk to, see at store, or comes to the house. Just got my winter kit. Tried to give me cheaper cover after looking at my contract that states premium, (Im new excuse ) didnt have a wimterization kit for my pool. Sold me 2 different ones for different water volume and by different manufacturers amd told me to follow directions as the chemicals are the same in both kits. Well so much for starting that this weekend... surprise they are not. Looking forward to finding a different company for my pool needs. I dare them to try to downplay this one with a normal sorry we want to help response I could write a lengthy book on the last 6 months of my pool purchasing experience.There have been a few people that I have spoke to that seemed to care but they cant fix it all.

Josh and the young man with him I couldnt remember his name did an outstanding job installing our Bull Frog hot tub. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Just had it delivered today so havent had a chance to try it out!

Our Jacuzzi was delivered today by Josh and Adrianne. They were very careful with it and did an awesome job placing it and setting it up. Then Josh gave instructions on how it all works, operation and maintenance, which I videoed. I highly recommend them for you delivery and set up.

Update: So as some of the other reviews have mentioned, we were mislead as well to believe a 4-6 week turn around, guaranteed by the 4th of July for sure. It has now been 9 weeks and still no definite answer. We called last week and we were told there were 3 people ahead of us. Now called today and said if they are being realistic it could be another 4 weeks. We chose this particular tub and location because of particular tub and the turn around time. I feel that we have been mislead into spending a great deal of money for a product that we were lied into purchasing. We are waiting on finishing our deck, as well as the electrician based on the time we were promised. Extremely disappointed.Update. Week 15 still no tub. We have had a mix of communication. We have called several times and have been told different things from different people. Hoping to have it soon. This has been a very frustrating experience. We went to several other spa places prior to visiting pool and spa and we were told it would take a while and clear expectations were set. However, here we were told the tub we selected would be here. Very mislead.

Zach was great. He was patient while we looked for the “perfect” spa for my family. He recommended that we “wet test” the one we choose before we purchased it. Now we are just waiting for delivery and installation.

I had never used them before. But I was having trouble finding someone to close my pool. I called Pool and Spa Depot and they came out to do it. Polite and professional. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

Go somewhere else! The amount of work they expect you to do with them doing the install is insane. No one with a full time job could do everything. They sold us a package above the one we asked for without explanation. It cost an extra $1000. There are a bunch of expensive items that arent part of the package, but you need to have done to get the pool installed and working. They dont install the halo that electricians require, so we get to pay extra for that (the other pool stores do). The pool has been install for 1.5 weeks and we have already had to call twice to get someone out to fix something. The lining slipped before the pool was full, and the pump started spewing water before it was even turned on. They cant get someone out for several days because it is peak pool season. They told us to just twist the part that connects the pvc pipe to the filter. When we informed them that we cant twist it because it is glued, we were told that is impossible. See the photo for proof that it was in fact glued.Sarah who gets sent out whenever we have problems is wonderful! She even confirmed that the piece that was glued, but it was impossible that it would be glued, gets glued all the time.We have come to the conclusion that the people who answer calls and work at the store are clueless about the actual process._______________________________________________________________________In response:There was no confusion while signing the contract. We were told by the sales person that the items that we were responsible for were fast and easy to handle. Each item took significantly longer and more effort than fast and easy.I did not complain about the dirt and rock at all. We are actually thrilled to have the dirt and rock.

In short, STAY CLEAR. Poor communication from the Service Department that schedules the installation. Unprofessional; I was talked over and hung up on multiple times when I had concerns about the installers. Surprise charges at the end of the project. Terrible experience from the day I signed their predatory contract.

In search of a pool the reviews brought me to this store, we scheduled an appt online for the following day to discuss live. Upon entry to the store I was met with Charity- a smiling and welcoming sales rep. She immediately went into different options, answering my questions (many many questions!) with such patience. While there were many folks in the store she made sure I was her priority even before committing to a pool. She was honest yet reassuring that if we decided to go elsewhere that was certainly our choice but not in a snarky way. I am excited to continue to work with her and the store as we complete the install of our pool in the upcoming weeks. I ordered 8 pool chaise lounge chairs and I love them. 2 guys (I believe their names were James and Josh,) delivered them and put them together for us. They did an outstanding job. It took quite a while (because there were 8 and they just take a bit of time per chair) but these guys were kind and considerate and didnt complain and were very neat and tidy as well. I scanned a QR code to leave a review that way but it timed out before I could leave the review so I hope they see this. Great job guys! Job well done and the chairs match perfectly!

I walked in and ask to buy a pool and was introduced to a salesperson. He ask a few questions. Super polite young man. A few minutes later I bought a pool and picked it up a hour later. The guy at the warehouse was awesome and had the truck loaded in a few minutes. Overall great services!! Would highly recommend them.

The sales guy Rocky was very helpful and joy to deal with. He was very informative about the different pools and spas. We purchased a pool from another company and he was able to help with possible upgrades we could do which in the long run would cut our chemical cost significantly even with the conversion we would be saving money. Conversion and chemical for a season would be cheaper than our standard cost just for chemicals..if you are looking for a pool or spa and you make it to pool and spa depot ask for Rocky you will be happy you did.

Walked in today and was very pleased with the staff. My family and I never felt pressured by anyone, which is common in most places. The salesman who helped us, Rocky, was extremely knowledgeable through the entire experience. He was easily able to answer any questions we had and he knew everything about the entire process of buying a pool from equipment to install. His experience in the industry definitely shows. Couldnt have been happier with the experience.

Great experience! We just purchased our first pool with confident support covering every aspect of this venture. Charity walked us through and they bundled everything at a discounted price. Installation is completed by their employees! Classes are provided for free for pool maintenance and all services are offered by them as well. We feel comfortable and well taken care of knowing they are always there when we need them.

Salesman was great but gave false promises. We were told 4 to 6 weeks tops for delivery. Six weeks in, we call and they say we would be getting a call soon for delivery. One week later, we call for an update and were told very rudely they didnt have it yet and would get it in by Saturday and that someone would call for delivery and it would be an additional 10 days at the minimum if it was delivered. Person on the phone was rude and talked over me. He seemed very inconvenienced to be dealing with a paying customer and that we should simply wait patiently for a call on a 11k investment. Purchased on April 17th, still waiting for a call on June 3rd.Update. Called again since no one called us. Lady on the phone said they didnt have it yet due to the barge. Asked to speak to a manager. He said oh we have it and then proceeded to tell us that they would not deliver for at least 3 weeks. Yet again we were told that they would call us to set up delivery. He also, because he must be aggravated by such annoying customers, shared that the salesman lied and that they would not be hooking it up after the salesman double checked that they would when we bought the dang thing.The absolute worst customer service ever. Promise of 4-6 weeks turned into 11 weeks with no apologies and a bunch of attitude, assuming we havent again been lied to and someone actually eventually calls to set up delivery.Update: someone reached out after this review was posted and they were able to arrange delivery at the end of week 8.. disappointed that service only came after the poor review, but hot tub is here. I will say that the delivery folks were awesome and were very informative. The one guy explained all about how to set everything up and gave us some tips and tricks as well as arranged the hot tub just right on my deck. If only the salesman and delivery folks were the only ones we had had to deal with. Customer service still needs work, but I increased the rating from 1 to 3.

James and Jake did a fantastic job delivering our new spa, ensured it was placed correctly, helped us get it started with priming pumps and filling it. They also took time to explain many of the features and things to consider in terms of maintenance since we are first time owners. We were relaxing in the spa that evening. Thanks guys!

Just had Joe, Josh, James and Jordan out to make some repairs to our hot tub. Unfortunately for them, the repairs needed to be made were on the underside of our hot tub, which required them to flip it on its side for repair. They also had to deal with the custom built deck surround the tub. They were very professional and knowledgeable in getting the jib done....super impressed with this crew!!!

Amazing place with excellent choices for pools and hot tubs. Rocky was very knowledgeable and helpful so we could choose the best combination for our family. They werea able to arrange our pool installation sooner than other places. Their stealth pool is a perfect option for our type of project where we don’t know if we’re going to hit rock while digging. It will allow us to play it by ear and bury the pool as far down as our yard allows and then finish the area with layered levels as needed. Highly recommend this place.

A very difficult spa delivery performed by Josh,Bill and James using the Pool and Spa crane lifting the spa to our hillside deck was carefully and safely managed . All three were exceptionally professional and skilled. They went well beyond the utmost to be sure our new spa, our deck and the set up were expertly completed. I would highly recommend their delivery service. Matt our sales person has communicated with us every step of the way. He was great helping us select the perfect spa. Our spa purchase and delivery was exactly what we hoped for!

Before I met Charity Edmonds, my review would have been 1 STAR. Simply put, our experience with Pool and Spa Depot was subpar to put it mildly. First, in our contract, it was written that installation of our pool would be in 5-6 weeks. Yes, there is the fine print stating that this time frame could be longer due to weather, manufactured parts, etc. However, installation took over 10 weeks. The only way we received ANY information was if we called them. (Side note...on the day of installation, the crew chief left and 2 crew members were left at my house until 9:00 pm...just sitting out back until someone came to pick them up. My wife was home alone, and she was very uncomfortable. Why would this happen?)We purchased a Stealth Pool. When it was installed, the pool light was NOT installed with the pool. We were told that a certified electrician had to install it. So, we contacted our electrician, who installed the light. He has done work for us for years, and he has wired for pools many times, but never encountered a light like this. It was for an in-ground pool. Unfortunately, the light leaked, so we could not fill our pool. I put feelers out to find an electrician who has installed this type of light. Nothing out there. I decided to call the electrician listed in the paperwork given by Pool and Spa Depot. I asked him how much it would cost to reinstall the light, and he gave me a cost. NOT ONCE, did our sales man, Zach tell us that we should go with the electrician Pool and Spa Depot referenced in their paperwork since they are (apparently) one of the only electricians around that know how to install this type of light properly.In the meantime, I needed to loosen the light, and need a new tool (that comes with the light installation kit) as my electrician mildly stripped ours. I went to Pool and Spa Depot in Lavergne, and talked to the salesman who wrote up the contract for our pool, Zach. He told me that I could order one through Amazon. I explained that I needed one immediately so I could have this new electrician come reinstall the light. So, he apparently went to the service department to ask if they had any tools I could even borrow. He came back stating that they did not have that tool, but the service person said that I could just use pliers to reshape the tools so it would work. NOPE! He made absolutely NO effort to help my with this situation. He could have avoided ANY of this had he simply told us when we signed the contract that it would be best to contact the electrician they list in their paperwork...that it would make our lives SO much easier. Still...he made no effort to help me.Later that afternoon, I got a phone call from Charity Edmonds from Pool and Spa Depot. She was the FIRST person I talked to there when we first started looking at pools. She was VERY helpful then, and she began to talk. She asked me exactly what the problem was...and she asked if she could have just a little time to work on my issue. I said sure...no problem. She promised to call me back...at the VERY latest by the next morning. She literally called back within an hour, or so. She told me that she spoke with the service department and she had that tool in her hand. She wanted to get it to me as soon as possible. It was a little later int he day, so I told her that I would come up when they opened the next day.When I arrived. She brought all the paperwork that we received previously, but she tool the time to explain things that Zach never took the time to do. There was information in that packet that we missed, that could have been so helpful. She also had the tool I needed. She was so apologetic for the fact that we were given the run around.If it were not for Charity, I would have never recommended Pool and Spa Depot to anyone. Since I worked with Charity, I have recommended this company to a friend, but to only work with her. She cares about her company and, more importantly, she cares about her customers. I hope that Pool and Spa Depot recognize her value to their company.Thank you, so much, Charity!

This is in regards to the Lavergne branch. When buying my pool Rocky was a great salesman and very informative, but their customer service is some of the rudest and unprofessional people I ever spoke to! It took over two months to get it installed. I called and inquired on it and was told by Megan that they would call me a week before it comes. Well that didn’t happen! I’m in Florida and they called and was asking if I had my sand they were ready to install!!! I said no, you we’re going to call with a week notice and you just now call and say your ready to install. She told me to order the sand and not to call back until I had it delivered! That evening she calls back to see if I ordered it, I said yes it will be here in two days she said well you didn’t call me back to tell me so I could get you scheduled!!! I said you well you told me not to call back til it was delivered! So now she wants to schedule me even though the sand isn’t delivered. And I believe her name was Kelly. I got some from the store in cookeville. They sold me the wrong thing so I try to trade it out at this store because I was in the area for doctors appointments, and they wanted to argue with me that it would work me telling them I know it wouldnt I had to demand to get a refund would never recommend this particular. Went over to family leisure they explained to me the reason is because those folks are trying to sell the wrong size edit the correct size I trust the people at familys or I got home and it worked the way it was supposed to seem to help when the part is what you actually ask them to sell you

I will go out of my way never to shop with people who do not act as if they want my business. With Koree (salesperson) on board the Pool and Spa team, I need look no further. Koree was great from greeting to checkout.

Installation was horrible! It took several days for my pool to be installed and my entire yard was destroyed in the process. The crew left trash and cigarettes all over my yard. Then I find out that the crew I have was new and had never built a pool before. I was called by management (who gave me the hint that the crew was not doing what they were supposed to be doing and that’s why it was taking so long to build what should have been a 4hr installation that turned into a 6 day installation) but I was told this would be a “professional installation “. DEFINITELY NOT! I have spent months trying to get my yard back to normal and then when we were FINALLY able to get into our pool there are HUGE wrinkles and indentions all over the bottom. I had a horrible experience and when I tried to reach out to someone to give me some direction on how to fix my pool, no one returned my call. If I could give a zero, I would.

We had a fun shopping experience at Pool and Spa Depot! Rocky provided us with all the info we needed plus gave us a good laugh! Highly recommend going down the the LaVergne location to get a new spa like ours!!

Originally gave the sales team 5 stars. They assured me that unlike a competitor, they would have the particular tub I chose delivered in 6 weeks or less.This was one of the biggest selling points this place had over the others. I mentioned we would like to have it delivered ASAP so we could get it installed by the 4th and we were told that would be no problem. It is now week 9 and no real updates. Only news is that there is a delay...If I just would have been told the truth from jump, I would feel better about this sale. Things happen, but no ETA??? Im having to stall my deck guys and the electrician which keeps putting me further down on thier lists. Im pretty disappointed at this point with my choice of retailer.Update: Going on week 14 and the end of July...still no tub...no calls...no updates...
