The staff here have been Great! Ive met a few people here, including the owner, but I got to say that William, is the best. Helped me with my very fist brew (all grain at that!) I wasnt really sure what I was going to look for and he helped me find a recipe that worked for me and turned out AWESOME.The only reason Im giving them 4 stars and not 5 is mostly because of the prices. Theyre not the lowest, but theyre competitive when you consider shipping and getting it now instead of waiting for it. The have a great selection with most specialty grains in the shop and a good stock of hops and yeast. Definitely more expensive than places online, but the good service and distance makes it the better choice.

Pretty sure they are out of business. I have showed up a few times during their business hours. Their doors are always locked with a closed sign in the window.

Not open when they say they are. Waisted my drive and my brew day. Other then that good store.

Got most of what I need in equipment and ingredients, and helpful, friendly staff.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are constantly out of regular supplies.

Not open during normal hours - but when there were, I brewed a Brewcraft IPA kit that wonderful ! Staff also knows what they are talking about, will try them again to see if they are open.
