They couldnt print a 1 page b&w word doc from my flashdrive on their scanner/printer, so they said they could just do it on the back computer for me. They did. Then charged me $3 for a file opening fee. Over $3 to print a single page. They told me it was store policy. Ive been to other UPS stores and its cost like $0.50 to print a single page.Plus neither had their masks fully on. One employee had it below the nose. The other kept taking it off when they went to the back then leisurely putting it on when they were standing in front of me. They werent rude, but it was clear neither of them wanted to be at work today.
Excellent customer service. All services available. The owner and staff are friendly and professional and seem to know everyone who walks through the door.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way.

I wish I could have left a 0. Even that would have been too much. I have used this location several times in the past and have experienced decent customer service. I went into the UPS store to have an important package delivered to my employer 30 minutes away. They indicated the package would be delivered on Friday which worked for me. I received a call on Friday indicating an issue with the delivery address. I wrote the correct address on the envelope, however the person who assisted me typed in the incorrect address. I was informed the package would be delivered on Saturday. Moving forward my employer is calling me looking for the status of the package to be delivered. When I called to check the status of the delivery, The UPS store indicated the package will be delivered on Monday. The employees the package were scheduled to be delivered to will be off shift until next Thursday. So I should expect to receive disciplinary action upon return to work next week. Therefore I am furious with the poor incompetent service that was rendered. I will never used this particular store again!!
It’s always nice to come here but I’m leaving this review today because I came to drop off some Amazon returns. As I started to exit my car, I saw that they were closing and it was already three minutes after the closing time. The employee who was locking the door saw me and I immediately told him that I could just come back another time. He insisted that I come in and make my return. Awesome!
Legit: how do you only have 1 employee working on a Saturday, like the ONLY weekend day you’re open??With all the money amazon is paying you to receive returns, the least you can do is pay 1 other person to be here. There are 7 people in line and this poor employee is hand-holding the customer at the register through copying and shipping documents...
The customer service at this store was very good, I was immediately greeted by the employees and received a coupon for 20% off my next shipment with them! Before the opening of this store the nearest UPS store to me was 10 miles, but now all I have to do is go down the street to the La Verne UPS store. They offer services of mailboxes with street addresses, shipping, packaging, printing, faxing, computer use, laminating, and binding.
I specifically went in the store to mail a package through Priority Mail so a friend would get a package on her Birthday. She didnt receive her gift and when I called someone had switched the package to ups. I went back last week to mail smaller package priority and they told me it would cost $42. I left and mail the package at the Post Office down the street for $22. I had no I idea that they marked priority up like that.
3 stars because the girl is very friendly and helpful but the guy is totally rude and absolutely not helpful!
The lady staff is nice. But the African American staff always unfriendly to men. He always rude to customers and doesn’t help customers to solve problems.
Never had an issue shipping with them. The service is always excellent. Unfortunately it cost an arm and leg to ship with them.
My mail box is great investment... I always receive emails when its time to check my mail or if I have a package...
We had an antique carved sculpture and base to send from our new home here to our daughters in Aventura Florida. Its history included the 1906 san francisco earthquake. It arrive in perfect condition, on time, including Matthew storm.Beautiful store and more than capable staff.Again cudos to this excellent store and staff and a sincere thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. I wouldn’t even give them one star Andrew and Alexis are so unprofessional my package stayed at the store for two days They told me that it wasn’t there then two days laterI picked it up and brought it home and I opened it the box holding the item had tour and a piece to my alternator was taped together they dropped my box and labeled it is DB tried to tell me that my name was DB DB mean dropboxThen when I called to ask what happened to my package Andrew started screaming And being so unprofessional
