I did end up buying some carpet here because it was the right carpet. However, it felt like a car dealer in the sales phase. Had to go to a salesmens desk to write it up, had to sign three papers to buy a 10X12 piece of remnant. Took a really long time to get the carpet piece cut, with only one other customer that I saw, and the hadnt completed their purchase yet. It was ok, but not too impressive. I would go there again, bit it wouldnt be my first stop.

What a great shopping experience. We called because we needed to replace flooring. Ethan answered the phone, found the item, made sure it was all the right specifications, and told us that it would be at the store in 2 days. They called us that it arrived so we went to the store, where Brian met us and walked us to the back to get it while also sharing installation advice. They carried it out and put it in the truck. It was a professional, personal, and seamless.

We had a very pleasant experience getting carpet from B & R Flooring. The salesman, Brian, was helpful in picking out and ordering the carpet. I dont remember the name of the guy who came to measure, but he was professional and was done on literally 5 minutes. We were also happy with Juan and Tio who installed the carpet. They were respectful and knew their business. All and all we were very pleased, and will be back when we need upstairs carpet.

I highly recommend B&R flooring. Their salesperson, Chip, was great to work with. We had a house we were selling, and needed a new carpet in short order, and they were able to make that happen... even when plans changed! No problem. Friendly, professional, and straightforward.

Great experience. Brian was patient with us and helped us pick out the right flooring when we did not know specifically what we wanted and had to go back and forth. Ray made things easy in coordinating multiple moving parts and times. And Jeff did an awesome job on the install especially with all the surprises we did not know about under the carpet that was removed. Thanks to all.

This place is great, I ordered specialty hardwood flooring and got it in 3 days flat. They were prompt, helpful and personable. Dont waste your time going to Great Floors, just go to B & R!

I tried to use this company a second time, because I love our kitchen floor work that was done a year ago. However, similar to last time the experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had scheduled an appointment to come in and choose flooring and Chip had left early, didnt bother to call and notify me. Actually, hes not once attempted to reach out and reschedule or give an apology. Obviously Im a forgotten work order not worth the time.Very nasty customer service!! Taking my future home projects somewhere else.

RACIST OWNERS. Terrible customer service. The people here were unhelpful, rude and incredibly impatient. The prices are ridiculously high compared to comparable places. Will be filing a official complaint to the Better Business bureau.

We have had work done and purchased supplies from them 5-6 times over the years. Their customer service is excellent. We had carpet installed and they did an excellent job. Special orders have been on time. Their only limitation is cost. Other places can underbid. It depends on what you want.

The installer cut the carpet wrong. He did not ask if two seams in a small bedroom was ok. (it isnt). There were ways to fix the problem if he hadnt started cutting the carpet before talking to us. B&R was unapologetic. They wanted us to pay for their error.

* I would give them a zero star rating, if it was possible. They are absolutely horrible. The carpet that was installed is defective. It is literally falling apart. I have had two flooring experts and a General Contractor tell me this carpet is defective and that a manufacture representative needs to come to look at the carpet and warranty it. Where I would not usually blame this issue on the flooring company, in this instance, B & R was contacted to assist us in obtaining the manufacturers warranty, and they refused to provide that service. Instead, they gave us a huge run around, telling us that this kind of carpet sheds. They sent out a person who said that he knew the house well because he installed the carpet and he was sent verify that the issues were not related to improper installation. He also noted that the issues of shedding were far more excessive than he expected. I have no respect for companies who refuse to accept responsibility for their products. We have an entire house full of new carpet that is falling apart. And they obviously do not stand behind the products they sell, nor care enough about their customers to provide even mediocre customer service.* Update to my initial review: I went into the store and spoke with the President of the company. He was apologetic that my experience was not good and that there were issues in effective communication. He said that he does pride himself on good customer service and to further prove it, he took initiative to remedy the situation by contacting the manufacturer who sent out an independent inspector. The inspector noted that there was definitely an issue with the carpet and now I am waiting for the remedy. I am changing my rating to a 3 star at this point, but will provide my final rating and add an update upon final resolution of the problem. Additionally, I will add that I have a friend who has beautiful floors in her home. When I inquired of her as to what kind of flooring she had, she voluntarily offered that her favorite place to get flooring is B&R and highly recommended them. Ill keep you updated on my further experiences.* I had to lower my rating to a two, because when I finally went to order new carpet, the sales man was a bit of a jerk. He kept insisting that I was getting a good deal because the previous carpet was known to shed. He acted like they were going out of their way doing me a favor, like I was putting them out, and refused to accept the fact that a manufacture representative verified that the carpet was defective. Horrible customer service.* I am updating my review, and hopefully this will be the final update. I will be getting the carpet installed tomorrow and I want my review to reflect the experience so far and not necessarily the installation, which I hope is excellent. This process has taken almost two years to remedy. It took the company about 9 months to respond to a request for a manufacture representative and there were issues with ordering the carpet. However, once the owner got involved, things began to change. Aside from delays on behalf of the company, there were also delays on my part and the owner of the company patiently waited for my husband to return from a 6 month deployment and for us to recover from a kitchen flood. In looking back, I recognize that the issues that kept arrising were centered around one employee who is a fairly aggressive salesman and who didnt want to take the time to ensure good customer service following the sale of a product. However, every time that I have dealt with the owner of the store, the customer service has been excellent. As I mentioned, he was patient while our family circumstances prevented us from making timely decisions regarding carpet color and quality. Periodically, he would send some form of communication (email or phone call) to check in and find out how we were doing. He is overall friendly and very professional. I would say that he does care about his customers and wants to ensure good customer service.

Had our floors done over a year ago. Have had nothing but problems. They have been out 6 times to fix gaps and bad boards. Now my transactions is sunken into the gap and they just have every excuse. They act like them coming out 6 and is 7 times is normal. The cost of my project was over 8k I shouldnt have to call them to fix stuff this many times. Very unsatisfied wish there was a lemon law for floors.

Poor customer service. Our job took 3 times longer than originally told due to their scheduling difficulties. They didnt call back when they said, left the room a complete mess etc. It was just problem after problem. We would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, which is unfortunate because we wanted to go local.

Great experience from the moment I entered the door. Brian was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet I needed, the estimate for the carpet was professional (best Ive ever encountered) and Brian shared any issues that might occur during installation. Teo and crew were fabulous during the install and took such good care of our furnishings when moving. We couldnt have asked for a better install crew. It seems rare these days to get professional service from start to finish. I have no hesitation on highly recommending B&R for your flooring needs.
