The guy there was immediately disinterested the moment we mentioned we were already boost customers, he literally cut my wife off mid sentence when she mentioned she was going to be changing providers, his exact words good bye, have a nice day (bear in mind we are both still boost customers and have been for years), when we pushed the issue he told us he couldnt help (wouldnt help is more accurate), he then gave information that turned out to be incorrect, you would get better boost mobile customer service from Walmart or best buy than at this boost mobile store, my guess is that they are paid on commission, in any case I am now planning on leaving boost as well, their coverage has declined over the past few months and with reps like this guy, ill take my money elsewhere

They broke my phone when they swapped out sim card and then told me they c ould fix it or do anything about it. Been without a working phone for a while now. Guess going legal is my only option.I am calling their district manager, Brian, as a last ditch effort before contacting kiro 7 to launch investigation with Jesse Jones and then my legal team if boost fails to make it right.I will update the progress if allowed.

Jasmin was incredible! I was there & had a time limit which was only like 30 min. She set up 2 new accounts, transferred one line from metro pcs & did it within my time limit. She was awesome!

Ridiculous!!!! Went in because the $300 phone I purchased the day before was malfunctioning. Dude behind the counter says weird? I cant help you. Gonna have to take it back where you got it. I got it from a BOOST MOBILE STORE... still couldnt help me. Whats the point of having multiple locations if the personal cant help you?

After months of having a phone that wouldnt work and going to many Boost locations I came to the Lacey store where i was helped and recieved AMAZING customer service by Aramas. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I left with a new phone and he helped transfer over all my stuff!!

Worker was passive aggressive and very unhelpful. I don’t know if this is the rest of the staff, which I don’t think it is, but there was definitely poor customer service, and his way of addressing a question could’ve definitely been handled better.

They are expensive unless you can find a phone at Wal-Mart. Their cell service is a joke. My husband is a truck driver and doesnt get service in entire states. Its ridiculous! Going to switch asap.
