Consistently Excellent Coffee. They remember your order. Friendly staff that always greet you. But the best is that make and super cup of coffee with great flavor, at the right temperature at every visit. If you bring your dog, they get cookies . Very happy to buy my coffee at Randeez.

Nope. I had heard from a few people it was great but both drinks I got when in town where not great. Overly sweet. One of them I could feel the grit of the powder mix in my teeth.

So good! Blended two shots inside beverage white chocolate and two floating shots on top add whip cream . You just can not go wrong with Randeez!💓

I only got a water, I believe it was 35 cent for the cup, understandable it was high quality cups. Nice staff.

I loved this spot until I bought 2 plain breakfast bagels that had been freezer burned and were rock hard in spots after heating. The owner left when I returned to the window and the barista was instructed to not provide a refund or replacement. Thanks for making my choice to spend my money elsewhere so easy because of the rude behavior I experienced.Update: I did not microwave them for 5 minutes, thats an absurd assumption. Whoever your older female manager was that brought supplies upon my first visit and took my order was the same one that hopped into her car and took off when I got back to the window. She left the younger baristas in a terrible position and never addressed the problem... she ran after telling them not to give me a refund knowing she had sold me the last 2 bagels. Freezer burned bagels dont get soft again... half of each bagel was as hard as wood after your barista reheated it. So at the end if the day it comes down to inedible product and the managers chicken run out the door. If thats the type of customer service the owner expects his employees to aspire to then they were succesful. Have a great day!

Go to Randeez ONCE and the baristas will remember your name and your order. Very accommodating and homey feeling while making my espresso EXACTLY the way I want it. All in all a very pleasant experience going there, which is why Ive been a repeat customer for years.

The best thing about this coffee stand is the consistency of the product I order. I hate getting various types of drink depending on where I go. When I go here regardless of who is working I get the same tasting drink from every single person every single time I go. I hope this NEVER changes. I LOVE this coffee stand and its the people and the standards that they have that will keep me coming back.

I have been stopping there two or three times a week. Forgot my stamp. Came back next time, was told I had to see the gal who waited on me. Was told she worked the next day. Came back, girl did not remember, and I was not sure it was her. No stamp again. Came back a third time. Not the one who waited on me, but again she could not stamp my card, except for immediate purchase. So, again no stamp. Not trying to be unfair, just wanted fair deal for the 6 dollars for my drink. So I will not stop again. Made me feel as if I was trying to cheat them over one stupid stamp.

I love this coffee shop! Today is not my day. I spilled a 32 oz iced coffee all over my car. The barista was so kind. Not everyone is so kind to the perpetually klutzy. Her kindness and the delicious coffee ensures I will be coming back, a lot!

We have been coming to this coffee stand for a long time and usually get good service, and today we had a very nice and understanding Barista. We only had $100 bills she did not have change for, so she kindly let us have the chocolate milk for my nephew so we can go get the proper change we needed. She was sweet to trust us. We will be back and thank you.

I paid $5.50 for a 20oz, but there was only 8 ounces of actual coffee. HOWEVER, I went back the next morning and the lady, who must have been the owner, was very apologetic! I received a free coffee. I will try it again since the manager was so sweet and receptive to feedback when I went back!

We love the baristas here. They are top notch. The new pay system.....sucks. The rate increase ....sucks. My husbands drink....up by a dollar!!!! Get your act together Randy! Not coming by as often.

I’ve been coming to this place a few times a week for over 6 months. The ladies there are always so nice and I always tip as much as I can when I can, since the coffee is so expensive it’s not every visit that I tip. Today (12/19/18, 5:30am) I was handed my receipt with the word (tip) circled in pen. That was so rude. I tipped her, but you won’t get my business again. Highly disappointed in you people demanding tips.

This is a great espresso strand. They offer the best espresso options around and the ladies dress appropriately for business.

My first experience here was great. The girl (Keanna) was super friendly, asking questions to strike conversation and made my drink perfectly, maybe a bit sweet for me but Im sure if I saw her again that could be adjusted no issue. I definitely had no quarrel with the 2$ tip I left her.My next experience, maybe 2 days later, not even close to pleasant. I was buying a drink for a friend who hasnt had an espresso beverage in a while and I know has some health concerns, so I was trying to factor what my best options would be for her. Im also pregnant and have a strict one drink every few days limit so I like to make sure Im truly craving the drink Im gonna order.This place charges for every tiny thing and I wanted to be sure I had enough cash as well, since I hate tipping with card. I was being as verbal as I always am when I go somewhere and I know Im taking up a bit of time. My Maps puts me there for a total of 7 mins.The lady was blatantly impatient, caught an attitude with me, didnt hear my drink orders and spoke to me condescendingly about my order once she did hear it. I didnt get the shots of espresso I ordered in my drink but based on the price (since I just reverted to the same drink I ordered the first time cause I felt rushed) know i was charged. The color of my drink alone made that clear. I asked for an opinion because as someone who works in the industry I figured she would have more knowledge to answer than I would, and her response was very rude and disregarding. Our drinks werent properly mixed and had a huge layer of the flavor on the bottom of the cups.There was another barista there, and I wish she could have taken an initiative to step in and take over after hearing her coworkers tone and attitude. I typically tip the excess change us a dollar per drink, but seriously felt regret leaving just the extra dollar cause I definitely did not think any of it was earned, but I work in a tip based industry and hate not tipping.I ended up having to find another stand on my route to order the espresso I needed to add to my drink.I just moved from my 2 favorite stands, and was hoping since this was in my new route that it would be a good replacement, but Im really not sure if I want to frequent a place that had 1 terrific, so far, barista, and 2 who couldnt be bothered either with me or to correct each other when necessary.

They had a really good service here friendly Baristas a pretty full menu including energy drinks but not the best espresso in Washington not my favorite for Lattes or espresso drinks in anyway pretty standard food selections muffins some oatmeal nothing too special but if Im on my way somewhere and I passed here Ill stop and get a drink here

Love the coffee and the price but I just noticed that on the punch cards they give out that they like to restamp over the old ones for some reason, my wife and I are here almost everyday and we still havent filled our card its been restamped over the old ones multiple times
