I expected some pumpkin flavor in my blended pumpkin mocha only to taste a little hint of coffee and a hint of coffee. Very dissatisfied with the coffee drink and the customer service. I had never been to this stand so I was asking if they had pumpkin flavoring and she was very snooty and they didn’t really have good customer service skills. I don’t plan on going back.

Just got a breakfast burrito but it was microwaved and handed to me in the package, for almost 5 bucks... I coulda gone a bit further to tbell and gotten better food cheaper.

Lavender white mocha was terrible.

There were 2 ladies working the Wednesday afternoon shift when I drove through. Both looked like they shouldve been working in the yard rather than serving up coffee. Maybe it was casual hump day-ok thats fine. There was only my car and another at the other window. I gave my order-wasnt complicated. I had to keep repeating what I wanted every step she was making it (i.e. how many scoops, what syrup, what milk, and if it was hot or iced). What shouldve taken 2-3 min at most ended up being over 8 min from ordering to paying. They were more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to their patrons orders. Very disappointing. Ive been through the other 7 or so coffee shacks in the area and this by far was the worst run compared to all of the others.

Not very pleasant customer service. My drinks were rushed even though they weren’t busy. Mocha doesn’t have chocolate in it and tasted like an old water down espresso shot. Will not be coming back.

I told her I wasn’t knowledgeable about the drink I wanted to order and she educated me on what to ask for next time based off of what I wanted in my drink and was really fun and welcoming. I’ll be going back because she made my first experience there so nice. Way more personable than other places to get your coffee. She even wrote down my drink on the back of my punch card.P.s their coffee genuinely tastes good AND they carry year round flavors 🎃 BONUSIt’s hard to find a coffee shop that has great tasting coffee beans. I don’t like to overload mine with milk or flavoring so THANK GOD I found a place that doesn’t sell bad coffee.

I come here almost every morning. The coffee I get is always DELICIOUS and the service is always great. Been coming here for about 4 yrs now.

This place is so nice. Everyone here is so thoughtful when saving money. I love their drip coffee. I like that if you want to order a bag of it they put you on the list when theyre ordering their inventory and let you know when it comes in. If you happen to lose your punch card you can always get a new one but say if you happen to find that punch card you can combine the cards. Most coffee stands I have gone to do not do this. Also when they punch your card if more than one person is in your car and theyre getting something too they will punch it twice. Most places dont do this, they will punch it once for every purchase. They really pay attention to the T to make sure they get your order correct. They have free suckers for kids and free treats for dogs.

All the girls here are amazing! They know my drink right when I get to the window and are always polite and welcoming. Plus theyre coffee is delicious!

This is such a great place to come and get coffee, blended drinks, mochas even Protein shakes. It is nice coming to an very well established coffee but that truly appreciates your business. The ladies here are phenomenal and very professional 👌👍👍♥️😊.It is so nice to come here and they always remember our orders.... Amazing. Everytime im visiting my mother, this is my favorite place to stop and grab a hot cup a joe. They also have STUFFED bagels something i had never heard of. Sooooo good.

Great drinks at reasonable price

I have gone to this coffee shop for a few years. Their staff is always friendly and fast. The employees have stayed pretty regular, which leads me to believe this is a good atmosphere to work in. It is pet friendly, my dog loves going with me and getting his morning treat. They have adventurous drinks that I enjoy trying.

Most of the time my coffee is great and done how I ask. Unfortunately 5 stars cant be given due to a certain employee that has literally argued with me about how I wanted my coffee made. When I called they were friendly and said that they will try to rectify the situation but I have only been back once and the manager was still on vacation.

Great coffee and I am so appreciative of Stir Krazy being open during these times. I wanted to support local business which I why I tried this stand instead of Starbucks. I was bummed to see no covid safety precautions being practiced by the baristas. No mask and no gloves and for card transactions a pen used by other customers to sign. Hesitant to go back until carona virus is less of a concern.

Great place for drinks

We came to get our coffee from here this morning, which we do often, and we were surprised to be charged extra for a “premium flavor” which wasn’t listed anywhere on the menu? How did we know which flavors were considered premium? (We ordered white chocolate and caramel) And then we both got americanos and we were also charged extra for cream? Wasn’t aware that cream was an extra cost in an americano. Needless to say, our americanos were more expensive than their mochas. Very disappointed in the misleading menu and customer service by the barista. Such a bummer because we regular this stand and will most definitely drive further for better service and an honest menu.

I ordered chai tea with almond milk. I noticed the girl was holding a gallon of regular milk and I was about to say something when she poured the milk back into the gallon. After that she proceeded to put the almond milk in the same container with out even rinsing it. CROSS CONTAMINATION. I just took the tea and drove away didn’t even try to ask for her to change it. Evidently she is not trained well.

This is my fiances regular stop. The service has always been great. The Credit card machine was not working so she gave us our drinks free even though we half of it in cash. The drinks are also great, I get something different on a regular basis and am always pleased.

Best coffee this side of the Mississippi. Staff is very nice. I dont recall them ever being moody and weve been going there for over 2 years. And they are very, very consistent with what they make and how they make it.

Waited over 20 mins for just 3 cars ahead of me before I even placed my order. Very slow service. The muffin I order with coffee was warmed on the outside, but still FROZEN on the inside. Despite the convenient location, I will not be returning here.

Depends on who is working for good service. If its the girl covered in tattoos, i never get the correct drink. The other girls however are amazing.

One of the best places to get a Latte in Thurston county. Probably the best for a drive through in the area. Not only are the Lattes good, the staff is friendly, the service is usually fast and the prices are better than most other coffee shops nearby.

As an experienced barista, I will say it’s a little ridiculous that their americanos only come with two shots no matter what size you order. So basically, if you get a 24oz. americano, it will only come with two shots, and obviously you’ll have to pay for the extra shots you might want to add. For a 12oz., maybe even a 16oz., I could understand the whole two shots thing, but anything bigger, it just tastes extremely watered down. Didn’t really feel like I got my money’s worth. I’m paying more to get a larger size, but for what? Two shots and water? Plus, I got mine iced, which was then even more watered down being that there were only like 5 ice cubes in it. Also, the service wasn’t that great. She kinda looked at me crazy when I questioned the whole two shots thing.

I just left this place and I asked for a 16 ounce double white chocolate latte, the lady didnt even put any coffee in it so I am just drinking hot milk with white chocolate powder.

After they gave me a leaking cup of coffee that messed up my brand new car they wouldnt even give me a new coffee for free. Another costumer felt bad and offered to pay for it. The barista just insisted that the other costumer should pay for it. Bizarre. Great coffee but this barista (long blonde hair) needs to get booted ASAP. The owners need to take a serious look at how their business is being represented when theyre not around.
