Best shopping experience for furniture. The prices cant be beat and the quality was solid. Most importantly, the employees at this location go above and beyond for their customers. Charlotte and Tim far exceeded my expectations for customer service and if it werent for them, I might have not walked out with the exact couch I was looking for. I was looking at a particular recliner but did not see a matching couch for it. After tons of searching it didnt seem like we could find one. The ones that were similar were either too large or out of stock. Even after we gave up, Tim went the extra mile to search every piece of inventory they had for something that might work. Just so happens they had a single couch in the back that was not yet on the floor and it was a perfect match. They even helped haul it to our vehicles and loaded it. After this, I dont think I will go anywhere else for furniture. Their selection is great and the pricing just cant be beat, even by larger retailers. Would definitely recommend Big Lots to anyone in the market for furniture/home goods. Thanks again Tim and Charlotte!

All their staff are friendly and super helpful. I have bought several pieces of furniture there. The last piece, I purchased a recliner, I didnt like after getting it home and sitting on it for 2 WEEKS they 100% hassle free allowed me to return it. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to shop there, and recommend them to others! Thank you Big Lots for being what all companies should be but arent!

Yesterday, October 18, 2021, we went to Big Lots to do some retail therapy. We found clothing clearance heaven!!! Reebok shorts for $5. 75% off a bunch of stuff. The items that werent on sale were such a good deal that I bought them too. Three pack of XOXO sports bras for $16 in a 1X. Too much good stuff to look through. I finally had to tell my daughter that my piggy bank was likely empty. We got hoodies, exercise pants, shirts, blouses, a dress or two, bras (bunches at that price) and NyQuil on clearance (not expired) for $2.49 a bottle. I started my Christmas sht months ago and just added more. You have to see what an awesome collection they have. A plaid hoodie for my girl was the crowning touch. Safe shopping all.

Unfortunately very disappointed. Big Lots use to have tons of unusual products at great prices. And just not really trying to be that store anymore I guess. And this particular location is the least desirable Big Lots of all the ones Ive been to around here. One checker and he was trying but overwhelmed, to say the least. And at least 1/4 of the products didnt have any prices. And as I said not really anyone around to try and get help from. Go to Tacoma store 72nd and Portland Ave. Or Ross is probrobly better option unless you need new furniture. And theres a Ross in Lacey and one in West Olympia near Target.

Great experience in Big Lots today. Tim from the furniture department is absolutely amazing. He helped my boyfriend and I with a matress and was extremely kind. I 100% recommend coming to this Big Lots!!

Everyone Ive encountered here is helpful in getting you to what youre looking for. Unfortunately, whether its because of being maybe short-staffed, you have to search for help. The deals are pretty good, but for regular items, their prices arent that much better than anywhere else (i.e. health and beauty). I tend to come here for random items that I wouldnt normally find elsewhere.

This store has little of everything...they have a large selection of furniture...prices seem to be high....big lots used to have great prices but not anymore...customer service was excellent at this location...but very slow cashier so caused long lines. Store was clean and organized.

Every time I visit this store I find hundreds of dollars worth of things I need lolThey have great deals on basic every day things that would usually cost a bundle. Furniture wise - its cheap because its cheap quality. Big lots is basically that notch above ikea but below a furniture shop.I try to walk past this place bc I know Ill buy stuff.Dont go here unless youre prepared to spend all your money!

I prefer this Big Lots to the one on the Westside of Olympia. They seem to be more organized and have more of a selection. Nice staff as well. Area is not great but otherwise good.

The Lacey big lots is a smaller location like that of the Olympia store. The parking lot was quite clean and the inside of the store was pretty well kept but it is plagued by a bit empty shelves for items you may be looking for. Increase in stock ordering will solve this problem. The staff was nice and helpful.

Wanting to buy a couch. The used display is the only one left and the employees refuse to discount a used item. Why would anyone pay full price for something that people have been sitting on and getting dirty for 45 days?

I love big lots! I am in the process of fixing up my new home and I was able to find the perfect color theme.Move to Westport Washington. It is a coastal town and I wanted everything to look beachy.

Ive never been in a Big Lots; I loved it. The employees all seem to like what they are doing. One lady told me to get a reward card cuz there are all kinds of sales available. They are doing a good job of the Covid stuff.

The staff at this Big Lots is amazing. Theyre really helpful and relatively quick. Diverse bunch of products. Some things are a great price, others not so much. Not the best quality but not the worst either.

Seems like theyve turned into a furniture store. Used to have everything I need and now I never find what Im looking for.

Pretty empty. I dont like the way its set up now. Plus not as many fun things now you have all the furniture in it. Hard to get around.

Wow what a difference! The store seems much more clean and tidy than in the previous years. Very well lit and organized making it easier to find the things you need. The prices are still pretty good after all these years and one of the first places that Ive noticed that gets Halloween items before the other stores which is a big plus.

Bait and switch!!!! Dont honor the prices they post on the shelved products then argue with you at check out!!!! The manager was rude and unprofessional the checkers and stockers are poorly trained and unprofessional this store is in need of restarting from the top down whoever owns this lacey store should visit it and fires everyone and start over it gives the big lots brand a horrible name

Newly remodeled store, with much better organization then before. Worth checking out if you havent been there in a while. A lot cleaner and much better presentation then before.

Lacks selection of other locations, has staples and oddities I enjoy.

Sales ads not ringing up correctly. Had to go back to the register, clerk was very nice but had to call the manager to verify, which I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come... Then she went to check the prices and said it wasnt that toy on sale. I had to show her, where that toy was the ad, go back to finally get a refund. Not very happy

A bit messy on the shelves, and the staff at the counters have that air of no care in the world. Not too friendly.

Great deals on some stuff, but some items are not a deal. Watch out for higher prices for lower quality items. Some times you can get it cheaper at the Dollar Tree (Yeah I said the Dollar Tree) some of the stuff is sold at the Dollar Tree, or some stuff is cheaper at Walmart. Check the prices before you buy. Socks are the best deal, Ive got 10 pair for $5.00.

Do not go to this store to buy furniture unless you have plenty of time to wait for it to arrive. I was told two to four weeks on a chair I purchased, today, four weeks later they are saying two to four weeks more. They have no idea where my order is nor do they really seem to care. Last furniture purchase at this place.

I entered the store and was greeted by an employee with, Welcome to Big Lots, how may I help you?. I asked, Do you pet water and food dishes? The employee escorted me to the aisle and gave me directions where they were located. Thank You for saving me time wandering around trying to find the items.
