I purchase a 4110 with field mower, bucket and box scrapper in 2005. Worked directly with Lance and the sale and follow-up maintenance was fantastic. I think the store has moved but I purchased from the Lilly Rd store. When I moved off my 5 acres in 2014 I sold all and the depreciation was minimal. John Deere is the ONLY way to go if you wish high resale and quality equipment.

I have a 2 decade old utility mower and a more recent compact tractor. I can’t say enough about the machines and equipment, it is top notch and pretty much worry free. Easy to run and my wife even enjoys being running real farm equipment. The shop has always been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The parts prices come at a bit of a JD premium but they fit and work.

They were great with all aspects of the sale and when it came time for the annual service they were very flexible with setting up a time to get this done. Just had a bad experience. Stopped to look at side by sides, when asking the gal about when will they get even one, her response was I dont know. After two more questions with the same answer i walked.

Ive been doing business with this store since ~2009, but most of my business has been with the service department to have my yard equipment serviced. Im sure the service department is still excellent! I have no reason to believe otherwise. Its because of my excellent experience with the service department that I decided to buy new equipment from them this year. Regrettably, because of the lack of customer service-- rude and indifferent-- on two occasions, I will be going to J&I for the remainder of my new equipment purchases.

Was very disappointed with my experience at Pape. I dropped a generator off on the 26th to be serviced after sitting over winter. They estimated the 9th for completion of the service est bill was $445.00. I called on the 7th to see if we were still on target. The tech said sorry we meant to call, do you want us to start the work? I said yes, because of the delay the new completion date would be the 14th. Called on the 13th, the work was not done. And they were waiting on parts. Called on the 15, tech had no idea where parts were and told me they would call me back with more info. No one ever called me back. Called on the 17th still no idea, said they would look into it. Still no communication from them. Called monday of the following week. Tech said they still had no idea on either parts location or possible completion date. The tech asked for 10 minutes to call me back with more information. 2 hours later I called and asked to speak to someone in charge. Spoke with Lance, he said let me find out whats going on. Called me back 40 minutes later and said they had no idea when the work would be done and had no visibility on where the ordered parts were. I asked for the generator to be made ready for me to collect and take elsewhere. The cornerstone of any business is effectively communicating expectations to the customer. Pape failed completely at this. I had to initiate all communication and they never notified me when things changed. The only positive I would give them is that when I showed up to collect my generator. The tech apologized and admitted they didnt handle the situation appropriately and they didnt charge me for the diagnostics.I took the generator across town to J&I equipment. I dropped it off at 3pm on the 20th, 9:20am on the 21st they called me. The service was completed final bill $119.81. If you need equipment serviced I strongly recommend J&I.

What a rip off, payed over 3000 dollars to fix a simple tractor.and it started up when i got home, but the second time i tried to start it it failed. waited over 2 months to get it fix at this place. told the supervisor Todd, came over my house, and said what do you want to do. should have said, no problem we will fix it. payed about 19 dollars for a cable they never replace but charged me..they got a good line of B.S. I told them to go threw the hydraulics and a good tune up, Ha, what a laugh, second time to start it would not... dont waste your money like me, now my tractor sits in my back yard and spent over 3000 to so called fix. also my hydraulics leak.. fair warning to you all.

We. Ought our tractor from Washington Tractors. Our sales person was Steve Wilbur, he was very helpful in telling us about all the choices we had for what we wanted to do. We chose the one we bought based on his recommendation, since we have never owned one before. (We love it). Very professional company and great salesman. We will continue to do business with them for our future needs.

Sales and parts departments are outstanding. They are fast, proficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair shop while usually top knot has on occasion get a little overloaded and sloppy. My last mower was having engine problems. Lack of power, trouble starting and trouble continuing to run. I brought it in and was told the motor was shot. I gave it to my neighbor who replaced the fuel filter, blew out the lines and has been using it ever since. Bottom line, I highly recommend Washinton Tractor just stay alert.

Ive had a number of experiences dealing with this business over the years and I was pleased with the level of service on each visit. I felt they delivered what I would expect from a hard working small business team aimed at being of service to their customers. In 35 + yrs of servicing small and large size mechanical equipment, I know first hand how unpredictable some repairs can be for any number of reasons. I appreciate theyre here in the area.

Not sure why their getting 5 stars,, brought my ferguson to washington tractor in lacey on ranger road, they took over a month to supposedly fix the tractor. when i got it home. the second time it would not start. after investigating, i found a battery cable not change like i ask,but still charged me. supposedly new tune up. same old parts which i was charged again for parts.. the control lever lifter leek, i told them i want to run right, and to go over everything. anyway, i replace the starter, starter was bad, the coil inside the distributor i replace, and the points where shot. I then set up the timing, to where it was suppose to be.. i even gave them a manual to work from...called them and the supervisor did come to my house. told todd the problem, and then he wants to play cat and mouse, instead of just say we will fix it.. told him forget it. fix it? why did they not fix it the first time. anyway. who ever owns this company be careful of the maintenance...hate to see what they do to a new tractor for service.. never will go back.. and i was thinking of buying a tractor from them,,,,not today

Todd Dupleccic the service manager is by far one man with integrity and the helpfulness towards helping people, Todd helped our airforce Son get his car unloaded off transport truck, also waited for our son after hrs so we could get car after closing. My experience with store goes back to pre Washington Tractor. The things that has been constant are the people and the service. I have had the same experience at all the stores.

They had exactly what I needed. I was able to get it and get back to work. Win win in my opinion

They had to special order a oil filter for my father-in-laws old tractor. It was the correct part and was delivered in one day at a very reasonable price.

Great business and customer service!

Brought my lawnmower to have the carburetor cleaned and drive belt changed. “How much?” I asked. “Leave it and we’ll have the tech look at it.” The salesman said. “Please call before starting.” I said. He called five days later: “$250.” “Way too much” I replied. “I’ll pick it up.” He then charged me $50 for a ‘diagnosis’! Huh? I told him what was wrong and what I wanted. “Standard service charge.” He replied. I wouldn’t have even left it had I known it would be so expensive nor was there any mention of the $50 charge. In the end I paid the ransom to get the mover back. I took the issue up with the service manager and he reluctantly refunded the $50. Hmmmm...

Recently purchased a zero turn mower from these folks, Its our 3rd purchase from this facility in 25 years. The service was very good. I thought they were priced competitively.

Steve Wilbur in the Chehalis store went above and beyond. From sending a quote with in minutes of inquiring to deliverying attachments, on his personal time. He had every answer for all of our questions! Thanks Again Steve.

Do not waste your time!Told initially that it would take my lawnmower 2 weeks to be looked at. During the peak season I understood. The give you NO paperwork upon receiving your lawnmower and base their taking of your equipment based off of integrity. One month later, YES, one month later I initiated the calling at 2, 3, and 4 weeks where they needed more time or my lawnmower needed a new part. I told them I was having a home inspection and they happily told me that they would take care of it and call me when finished. That is not the case with these people.Terrible

Great experiences with the Olympia team. Over the past year or so Ive been in and out grabbing little nicknacks for our Stihl power equipment at the house so when it was time for a new Chainsaw I knew where to go. I had a specific model in mind that they did not have in stock (362 R) so I spoke with the owner?/salesman about the right saw for me (bar lengths, wrap handle etc..) Long story short he offered to bring in the 362R that was not in stock and let me make a decision with both saws sitting in-front of me. I ended up picking the wrap handle before it came in BUT, customer service like that is what is going to keep me and my family & friends coming in for a lifetime
