With the new LiftMaster opener, the door opens and closes much more quieter than the old one. I love it. My garage door had previously been worked on by a company that didnt know what they were doing. My garage door chain track would jump several inches when opening. I call OOD and Ken came out to work on the door. Outstanding repair work. He put in the correct spring, balanced the door, and serviced both garage doors at a very reasonable price. Im happy to report that Sam, of D and D Doors, reached out to me after he read my my review in which I complained of being quoted a price for parts but charged a higher rate. He quickly reimbursed me the difference and apologized for the error. Since the work was done very well, and they stood behind their quote, I feel quite satisfied and would recommend them highly. We had a broken spring on a garage door. Ken was the service person and was prompt, polite and thorough. The discrepancy we experienced was with the quote given on the phone and the actual price charged. The quote was $95 per spring and $160/hr. for the repair. We have 9 ft. doors, but had no idea that the charge was different than for an 8 ft. door. Since the woman who quoted us the price never asked us how tall the doors are, Ken assured us wed be charged the quoted price. However, after studying the bill, I discovered that we were charged $135 per spring, not $95. Sigh.

Daniel came out on the 24th and fixed our garage door. He called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was polite and friendly. He was quick and explained everything to me before he did the work. If you need any work done I would recommend giving them a call.

Our garage door decided to break on the hottest weekend known to the PNW. Wasnt an emergency so we left a voicemail, were called back early Monday and scheduled a Wednesday appointment with Ken between 1-3pmThey called the next day to confirm Ken would be there the following day.Ken was exactly on time, professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our garage in 15 minutes. He then did general maintenance, oiled the tracks and moving parts to help maintain our door. Done. Great job, great service, great experience overall.

Every interaction I have had with their staff has been exceptional, the service was prompt, and most importantly they didnt try and force me into the most expensive solution.Our garage door was damaged when something became jammed in its path, placed a request for service online using their website after hours that evening, and had a call from their office at 8:05am the next day to get more information and schedule an estimate. Eric (sales) was out that same afternoon and took the time to discuss options, and provided one which didnt require replacing the entire door (which has been discontinued by the manufacturer). A few days later Ken (technician) showed up on time and had the whole situation fixed inside of an hour, the door and opener have never worked better.Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, will definitely be calling them first when it is time to replace my garage door!

From my initial phone call with Marsha my experience started out wonderfully. She scheduled my Service Call and gave me my options for replacement. I was called the day before as a courtesy and the Service Technician called me when he was in route. I called this company because they had done work here the last time service was needed on my garage doors, which was in 2012. They were able to come out the day after I called them, which was a pleasant surprise because contractors are so busy now. The technician was on time, efficient and professional; he explained what he was going to do. He replaced broken parts on one opener and did a maintenance service on both openers. I thought the price was commensurate with the time spent and the work done.

Excellent service by Daniel, our technician. Our garage door was contractor grade and approaching 10 years of life. It would work sporadically during cold temperatures. Olympia Overhead Doors installed the product during construction. I called and was quickly given an appointment. Daniel showed up and was frank about the costs involved with repair or replacement. I appreciated his honest approach. I selected the more expensive Liftmaster model because of its battery pack. The Grarage Door Operner chain rail bracket pulled away from the wall. Service Technician Daniel came out and reenforced the bracket with angle brackets. Daniel adjusted the spring tension, reset the open and close limits, and lubed the rollers all in thirty minutes. Great Job!! Larry

Really great service.I chose this company because of the very positive feedback I saw on Google.com. I called them and was able to make an appointment within 2 business days. I called them a few times with probably very silly questions, but the lady that answered the phone (I cant recall her name, sorry) was very polite and nice each time. Our garage door keyless entry pad was not working as well as the door didnt open/close consistently. Called for an appointment... got an appointment within a couple of days of calling! The tech, Ken, came out, was on time, diagnosed the problem and noticed that the whole drive assembly was going out! He replaced it right then and there, checked the other aspects of our door opener, taught us how to pair the new wi-fi system to my car and left us with a number to contact in case we needed further help. He was polite and helpful.

Called to have Olympia Overhead Doors check out why the chain drive on the garage door opener had a lot of play and made a lot noise.Daniel, their technican, came out and informed me that the shaft that drove the chain sprocket was almost worn out and only had a couple of months before it broke.He gave me three options to consider along with the price for each and the length of time that they would last. I picked the option to have them install a new door opener. He gave me two openers to pick from and the advantages of each. I made my selection and he installed my preferred choice.Daniel provided me a thorough understanding of my problem so I could make an informed choice. He also provided me with information on how to keep the opener and the door lubricated. I was completed satisfied with Daniels work and level expertise.

Ken did fantastic job making a few minor repairs and lubricating all pertinent parts. I thought I would need more repair work to get my 12 bay door functioning properly. Door is like new again and working great!

LOVED working with this company and highly recommend them. I was given a quote over the phone that didnt quite match up with what was finally done because my husband and I added insulation to our garage door and hoped to just have the spring adjusted for the added weight. Daniel, the OOD tech explained in detail the mechanisms of the door/spring/motor and how our current spring was not strong enough to lift the added weight (40lbs) therefore leaving our door out of balance and stressing the motor. We replaced our spring with a stronger one. Also had our motor replaced for a quieter one (personal preference) since the motor is just below the babys room. Took less than the quoted 2 hrs for all!So excited to have a warm garage and a smooth as butter motor/spring combo, thanks to Daniel and the team at Olympia Overhead Doors!
