So grateful for this business! A recently purchased used flute was in need of new pads and TLC which I felt a professional was best doing. Went in and had my flute sent to their tech repair, no more than a week later was told it was ready for pick up. Looks and sounds stellar! They offered me a free estimate and wouldnt do any work without my consent. $90 dollars to get 4 pads replaced with any other fine tuning is great in my opinion.Thank you for integral services.- Michael
Instead of ordering online with another music store or directly from Fender, thought I’d do my business here to help local employment, as Fender’s online store listed them as an authorized Fender dealer. Not only did they have the getting hard to find Fender Mustang Micro guitar headphone amp, but discounted from list $119 to $99. Sales person Francisco was great, sale had ended but display case still had the sale price so he honored it like all stores should. I wouldn’t even have known about this place until Fender listed them on their web site, so glad I found them.
Stopped in today and had such an awesome experience! Greeted by kind faces first thing and helped out immediately even though I know nothing about trumpets!!! Went above and beyond to tell me where else I could get what I needed but gave me plenty of reasons/bargains to stay:) Have been a customer for almost a decade and will continue my streak, thanks so much!!!
Purchased an uncommon item for my instrument here. I was actually fortunate because most music stores have to order it. I was discussing my unique musical needs with the staff here and they were well informed on various oddball topics that fit my needs. I am pretty sure they can count on my business again.
Terrible service. Mask nazzies
This place has great music, great deals, everything you need for music lessons of all kinds, and very friendly staff!
Lessons are good, but they are not when it comes to having to cancel one due to illness or injury. Of course, they will cancel lessons if something is wrong with the instructor, but won’t reschedule and still charge for f you miss one for any reason. After a year of lessons, you’d think there is a little flexibility.Other than that, a good place to learn.
This is a great little shop. The folks here were wonderful. I was in Washington for a business trip and they helped me exchange some instruments wed rented for a long time. They pulled out all the stops and stayed after hours on a Friday night to help me out. I really appreciate the work September and the others put in. Thank you!!
Truly exceptional staff. Great place to rent instruments.
Cute little music store in Lacey, the ladies who helped us were so nice and helpful!
Ive dealt with this shop over the years with my kids all being in band. The staff here has always been pleasant and helpful. And they always remind you to pick up your school band instruments when theyve been left there too long after repair!😉
After really disappointing experiences with another music store, I found this Music & Arts by chance. Young man who sold me a console was so pleasant and helpful from my beginning phone call to loading it into my car with me. Top notch experience. Highly recommend. Thank you for helping me achieve my musical goals!!!
I can’t say enough about the staff at the Lacey Store. As a beginning guitar player I went in to the store clueless as to all the in & outs of getting started or knowing what I needed to look for. Savannah & September were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & most importantly, patient with me. Cause I know I can be a bit “information overload” with questions for my decision making process. And the timing couldn’t have been any better. I was informed of their Open House Lesson promotion were I signed up for four lessons and received a free amazing Laurel canyon LA-100 acoustic guitar. Along with a special deal for some of the accessories I would need, like a Gig bag, tri-pod guitar stand, shoulder strap & clip on electric tuner.Simply amazing!!!
Store manager has bent over backwards repeatedly to help my daughter with her violin shaped object. It finally fell apart, as cheap stuff does, and this guy has really helped us get into a decent real instrument that we could afford. Hes taken lots of time showing her how to properly string her instrument as well as tune it, as the orchestra teacher never has time for an individual like this.Ive really been pleased by his kindness and excellent service.Ive read poor reviews from other stores in this chain. Please do not allow those reviews to affect your opinion of this individual location, as clearly it is the persons who run the shops that makes the difference, and this guy is awesome!Look for the friendly guy with the beard. ;)
Went to store for item listed on the website. Had many questions but the girl behind the counter never gave good answers and never once took her eyes off of her cellphone the entire time time I was talking to her. Most items on the website are not in stock. Very poor service when checking your Facebook posts are more important than a customer. Waste of time.
The selection of sheet music and music books is much wider than other stores in town. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and they seemed to take a genuine interest in the project i was shopping for.
Always has what we need. September is such a great help she really gos above and beyond to give you great customer service
Maybe not the widest selection, but the guy was super helpful. I needed and got help on trumpet service.
Very friendly and not to pricey.
