Best Hydro store around for the price and service. Went in last week and J.R went above and beyond. Answered every question i had best experience ive had yet. They are now my go-to for any hydroponic or gardening needs .

Incredible customer service. I came in, with NO idea what I was doing, or what questions to ask about growing bamboo from seed, and they were knowledgeable, quick, and kind.

I came in looking for an odd combination of fertilizers needed to meet very specific needs they took the time to help me locate what I needed and avoid what I did not need. I will be doing business with these people again as they helped me and took the time needed as well as doing extra above and beyond to meet my specialty needs. Thank you so much.

HHG was so incredibly helpful yesterday. I went in with a bad case of root rot on some of my epiphytes. They helped me with some net pots and other supplies. They were patient, really fairly priced and knowledgeable. They have a ton of great supplies, even if youre just growing tropical plants. Highly recommend!

Purchased some equipment that came incomplete, alex the store manager was very patient with me and worked to get all the pieces we needed. The store does a great job of price matching any and all competitors pricing and is a pleasure to work with. Have made many purchases at both stores and plan to continue.

Alex the co owner and even the spanish sounding co owner these people ive spoke to are so humble and so helpful its as it should be. Their prices meet and in most cases beat amazons prices 99% of the time. I hope this place continues to grow and surpasses all other hydroponic stores and i believe they already do.

Went in for some bug spray was a bit of a price discrepancy told them how much I can find it online and they match the price I was very pleased.

Far more merchandise than the Tumwater location and more employees. The Tumwater location seems to be the least well stocked.

I save receipts. Earring guy said the price of the soil I purchase went up a dollar. Yes, it went up $9.I will not pay for the new location and I will not return.Inflated retail pricing is what can be certain at this location.

Id been a regular customer of theirs for over a year. They accepted my debit card for payment one time and their computer malfunctioned during the process. They refused to refund me or give me the stuff i came to buy. And it was a few hundred bucks worth of stuff. The money was already withdrawn from my bank account because i used my PIN with my Debit card to pay. I even went back to the office to print out the current bank statement to show them. I offered a copy of my driver license and my phone number in case something went wrong. Not good enough!?!? They made me wait about 4 days to get my money back and i ended up having to go to another store to buy what i needed. Not to mention having to come up with more money to cover the unexpected purchases AGAIN. I was really taken aback that they treated me this way after all the business we did together. It was the dumbass owner causing the trouble. The employee he had, that seen me several times a week, even agreed the owner was in the wrong. Great store. Too bad their customer service sucks.

Always trying to sell me things i dont want (VERY HIGH PREACHER) to sell me stuff i dont want. every visit i left with out the stuff i want . they dont listen to what you want they try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. if i did things the way they want to do things it wood cost me a mint i have a system that worked for 20 years they say im doing it wrong i was growing when theses guys were in diapers. ill never shop there again

5$ for a 3 gal pot, 5$ for a saucer for under the pot, 48$ for a 3.8 cubic ft bale of sunshine60$ later ... Less than a year ago a bale of sunshine was 38$ . Inflated prices is a understatement
