Mark is awesome! He fixed my pump problem in less than two hours. He is very informative when it regards to my water pump function and maintenance needed. He is very honest, price of the service is very reasonable. I will surely hire him again without a doubt.

I would love to be able to make a comment about this company, but because they dont answer their phones, I have to believe that this is what I should expect if I need my pump repaired.

Highly recommend PNW Pump. A little under 2 years ago we had them replace our well pressure tank. They did a great job, even cleaned up mold from the previous tank. I recently noticed a small leak in the piping (I don’t think this was a result of poor installation). We scheduled a time for them to come out, they came right on time. The leak was repaired quickly, and they didn’t even charge for the repair since they did the initial install. They stand by there work!

Called Mark to replace a distribution manifold at my well. He came out took pictures and said he would get back with an estimate. Several weeks went by along with several calls and the response was he was working on it. He NEVER followed through and at the end, he did not even have the courtesy to answer or return my call. He and his brother Mike had done work for me in the past but Mark decided to not engage with a potential customer.

Mark returned my call within five minutes and was at my house within 5 hours despite having two other jobs before me. He repaired our pump and the price was very reasonable. It was a holiday and we had no water. Our house was built in the late 20s so Mark had to wade through a flooded field to get to our pump house. He handled it perfectly. We called Mark Moores pump service because we had virtually no water pressure. It was being blocked by a whole house Kinetico water filter (which despite its price, never worked right, all the parts are proprietary, and I will NEVER buy a Kinetico again.)Greg and Shad came out within a few hours! They removed the Kinetico and installed a simpler and much easier to maintain canister filter and now my water pressure is up to normal. They even took away the old filter and cleaned up everything.I was impressed by their professionalism, their rapid response and their service. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Northwest Pump Service for all your water pump needs.
