This is the best tent rental company for my wedding! Efficient and friendly service with quality rental materials.
I am writing this review because maskless workers from Celebrations were setting up an event on 9/25/20 and were overheard saying that the scamdemic is over. I cant support science deniers.
Celebrations were very accommodating, we had a party Saturday, they said they could only deliver Thursday and not pick up until Tuesday but didn’t charge us for keeping equipment extra days. For our backyard wedding reception we got 3 round tables, 2 buffet tables, chairs and linens. They set up and picked up without a hitch, would go to them again and I highly recommend.
We, unfortunately, did not have a good experience with Celebrations. After getting quotes for many rental companies, we decided to go with Celebrations for their unbeatable prices. However, additional costs were tagged on throughout the process. For example, we would either have to pay for an additional day or pay for an exact pick up/drop off time. If you dont have an exact time, your rentals can arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm (or later I was told over the phone). We ended up paying for exact pick up and drop off times and Celebrations was between 15-20 minutes late on both. Everything we ordered also was conveniently nonrefundable, so we couldnt cancel. We also didnt experience great customer service. When we called Celebrations, our person of contact often had an irritable affect making us as a customer feel like a burden or annoyance. We ordered a dance floor and was told it was our responsibility to cover the dance floor with the free tarp if it rains -if not we would have to pay $900 a square if there was any damage. Sadly, the guys dropping off the dance floor said there wasnt a tarp listed on the itemized list (it was listed on our copy though), so no tarp. We ended up covering the dance floor with whatever we could find and even slept on the dance floor in our tent to protect it from the rain. I wish things had gone better with Celebrations because I think there was the potential for this to be a smooth transaction. It just wasnt.
In 2014 we used Celebrations services for our daughters wedding. The event specialist answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. We had a double peak tent put up and the crew was very professional. The linens were extremely well pressed and look amazing on the round tables. 250 guests attended a beautiful, fairy tale wedding. We are now planning our sons wedding in 2018 and my first call was to Celebrations!!! No question about using their service again!! They do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a special event.
TERRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend going anywhere but here for any rental needs you may have. The day before my wedding we were setting up and I was missing all 150 of my napkins. When I called them they were closed, which is fine expect for when they called me back they had absolutely NO apology or sense of urgency to get my napkins to me. My mother in law had to go to the venue on my wedding and set up 150 of napkins by her self 2 hours before my ceremony because they didnt deliver them to me the night before when I had 20 people there to set up. AND I was also short random plates and silverware, so I called and told them that as well. Do you think they apologized or gave me any sort of discount for their mistakes?? No they actually charged me MORE. I called about a $25 extra charge (by the way they just ran my card again WITHOUT my permission) and she said that was for the extra plates I had delivered with my napkins..well I had to get extra plates and silverware because they didnt even bring me 150 to begin with!! When I called to ask them about it all the lady kept saying to me was well they got delivered to you didnt they over and over again with ATTITUDE! I told her I would not be using them again and she said great have a nice day. WOW, they do NOT care about making their customers happy or FIXING their mistakes. Seriously probably one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. My parents were planning to use them for my brothers wedding but will be going elsewhere for their needs because they were the absolute worst. An overall joke of a business.
Celebrations delivered the tent on Friday, the day before our wedding. The guy who delivered the tent, Dan who says he is the manager, claimed they forgot the sledgehammer. They took the truck and went to get the sledgehammer that took over an hour, although we offered to let them use ours. Then after returning another guy had to get the zip ties they forgot. Saturday, arrived and we set up the tables. Right away little tiny spiders were all over everything, including every one setting up. Our guests had to help move the tables, chairs and dance floor out of the tent. So, we called Celebrations. We were told to take pictures and video and call on Monday. I called on Monday. I spoke to Dan. Dan said we delivered the tent, we set it up the spiders are not my problem. Really?! This was our wedding, we could not use the tents or the lighted back drop. I will never use this company again. We have pictures and video of all these little tiny spiders that did not just appear overnight, but it is not Celebrations problem. It was just a lucky thing it was not raining. This is such an unprofessional attitude. Never again, Dan the man, will never get our business again, and all of the people I know, including all the attorneys I work for, and other businesses that we work for, will know, not to use this unprofessional organization.

Well, I was hired as a warehouse manager. I was given a start date and received on a Saturday a call from the office that they would have to delay my starting date. I called back a few times and spoke to bonny since it was taking longer and longer. I asked numerous times if I would have to find a different job but was assured that I wouldnt have to. Then all of a sudden I had one of the owners call me and tell me he is the one that is doing the hiring of any manager positions. Remember..... I was assured that I would not have to find a different job. So today I got a call that I didnt get hired! How on earth do you hire and then unhire somebody? Bad business. And they found me, not the other way around.
Contract stated that tents would be set up by 9 am on my wedding day. By 10 am we were forced to cancel a non-refundable tent rental which was not cheap. My 75 year old grandmother was forced to sit in the Olympia rain because this company was unable to honor its contract with us. Zero stars.
WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING AT MASON LAKE ON JULY 21TH. CELEBRATIONS DELIVERED ON TIME, THE TENT WAS AMAZING, THE DELIVERY-SET UP PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IT WAS GREAT WORKING WITH BONNIE AND THE REST OF THE CELEBRATIONS STAFF. EVERYONE WANTED TO MAKE OUR WEDDING PERFECT AND IT WAS. THANK YOU CELEBRATION
Customer service picking up the rented tables and chairs was great. The chocolate fountain didnt work and when we returned the stuff they were very rude. The fountain turned on and the chocolate was melted, but it wouldnt pull the chocolate to the top. Owner and assistant basically told us that it was our fault it didnt work and was very rude to my son when he was explaining what had happened. I have rented from them in the past and everything was great. Not sure why the poor customer service this time around, but we will be sure to find a new rental company for future needs.
I recently got married and used this company to rent tents. They were so late that we had to cancel our rental so the venue could set up tables. While the forecast said it was suppose to be clear it ended up raining a fair amount. This would not have been a problem if we had the tents we rented. Our venue warned us that this company was more often late than on time. We should have listened to their advice.
Went in to talk to the owner and the lady I spoke with was very rude and snappy as well as possibly the most unhelpful person Ive ever spoken with. I will never use these people and recommend others avoid them as well at least until they have improved there service skills.
Nice people. Easy experience. In and out fast with no hassles at a fair price.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We showed up prior to their closing time (5:30pm) only to be told they were closed and that we needed to come back during normal business hours. I explained that my fiancee doesnt get off work until 5pm so this is the soonest we can get there. We then asked if we could schedule an appointment to pick our wedding items only to be told they didnt make appointments and that as long as we were there by 530 they would take care of us. We had cash in hand and they still refused to serve us!
We had a great experience. We rented an arch and punch bowl, both came just as described and on time. Their customer service was great!. Thank you
Horrible customer service. I had a delivery time on my contract with them. I even called a second time 6 weeks before my wedding and it still had a delivery time of 9 a.m. When it came to the day of delivery my motther and I stopped to make sure the payment went through. I was then told my delivery wouldn’t be until between 12-2. I said no thats not what my copy says and showed him. He then tried to continually tell me that this was a “computer error” and pretty much telling me I was wrong. After about 5 minutes of back and forth I finally ask if they can just switch the deliveries around since they hadn’t left yet. He goes outside and comes back and says yeah thats alright.Then while the men were setting up one half of my tent was filthy so we then had to wait for them to go back to the store and grab a clean one. About another hours wait. Why they don’t check these things first is beyond me. Will not be using them in the future and will not be recommending.

We are friends of the bride and groom.They told us where they rented the tables and chairs and heard good things about your place.My good did I change my mind when we seen your tables.They were chipped and dirty.I can see why they werent washed because they would have fallen apart.Had chips out of the tables and so dirty.Its hard enough and so stressful on the wedding day but to add this to it was wrong.I feel bad for anyone else to go through this.Maybe to you folks its just tables but on a wedding day everything matters.You rented them table covers and charged them to cover up your messy tables.
I used them for my wedding, and some of the chairs were dirty, i actually ended up cleaning the chairs the night before the wedding. great service, but i wished they would have checked the chairs before giving us such sub-par ones.
