Its been 1 month since the purchase of my vehicle. They were supposed to have either the warranty company which is AUL fix the rattle/vibration from the engine heat shield or they would fix it. Well at least thats what the salesman John Richburg told me since it was making that noise the same day that I purchased the car. Well long story short, they wont fix it and its not covered under the warranty. Thats bad business giving a loyal customer like me the run around being that this is my second vehicle that Ive bought from them. The owner Bill wont even try to make things rite. After they have gotten their money off of the sale of the vehicle, they could care less about any issue that u might have with that vehicle. I dont recommend anyone going to this place to purchase a vehicle. They will deceive you and they sure wont stand by their word.

Well where do I begin? Oh I know where, this place will sell you a lemon and dont even care. They do not back up their word or the extra warranty that you can buy. Say for instance you buy a vehicle from them, and the motor seizes up they will do everything they possibly can to make it look like its your fault. No matter if you took care of the car or not and got the oil changed like it was supposed to be. Also the guy had to get the transmission rebuilt in the vehicle right after he got it. I would not buy a bicycle from these people.

Go see John at Cooks for a smooth and easy car buying process. Just three months ago I purchased a brand new car from a dealer and the buying process took THREE days. I called Cooks and spoke to John about a car I found online. Within an hour they had me approved! All I had to do was test drive the car and sign the papers. John and Bernie made the approval process a breeze! I already had a car financed in my name but Bernie found the right bank for an approval. Called yesterday to discuss about a car and was transferred to the sales person and whoever that man was, he was completely rude to me. I asked about a specific vehicle and how lt runs because their was a lot of bad reviews on it. He told me none of our cars are in bad condition when it clearly was on the reviews based off previous owners. So he lied. Told him I did a application last week, he was giving me different names asked for my call back number then hanged up. One of my family friends bought a car here a while back, but didn’t say the people were rude here. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or what. Glad I didn’t went here .
