Bought a Nissan Titan from these guys in 2019... Called ahead cause I knew it would sell fast for the price they were offering... Called ahead and Lloyd assured me he would hold it til I could get there (an hour and a half drive) after work... Test drove it and fell in love... months down the road developed some issues that the extended warranty (they sold me also) covered... LEMON LOT UPDATE!! The JB Weld Bandits are at it again...Finally my diesel technician located where the leak was coming from.He followed the drips of JB weld all the way up to the back of the valve cover gaskets. There was so much JB weld gunked up on the engine the gasket couldnt seal itself also they overtightened the bolts and stripped them so I needed new hardware. $1500.00 to have this work done amongst other things. Loyd says he put $2500.00 in the truck before he gave it back to me! I want to see the receipts for $2500.00 worth of JB weld. Thats a lot.Buyers Beware LEMON Lot !We gave these crooks $5000.00 cash down on a $25,000.00 Truck.Dealership says it needs $4500.00 in repairs to be safe.They basically told me there is nothing they can do for me.Now Im driving a LEMON truck that leaks oil all over the place.I dont want to see this happen to anyone else.

My wife was in need of an economical suv for our family. I stumbled across a 2016 Chevrolet Trax on craigslist for Right Choice Automotive. I called ahead and had the pleasure of speaking with Lloyd. Told him we were interested in looking at and driving the Trax. He was very professional and accommodating to meet with us 40min before their closing time. Let me say that Chris and Lloyd could NOT have been any nicer! To make a short story long, my wife loved the Trax. Lloyd invited us inside his office so we could talk numbers. Let me say that its been probably 13 years since my wife or I have had a car pymt. Lloyd did amazing with financing us with ZERO down that night. We were thrilled about that. Discovered that a windshield wiper was missing and Chris promptly drove it to the parts store and had a new one installed in no time. They stayed almost 1.5hrs past closing time to get us a dream vehicle for my wife. If you dont come here to get a car, youre missing out. Thanks again guys for your help and hard work!!

My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle when I was 9 months pregnant. Being very pregnant, I did not want the long extended haggle other dealerships were trying to put me through. I bought my 2010 Dodge Ram from Lloyd around a month ago. I absolutely love this truck. It barely had 27,000 original miles on it!!! Immaculate condition, even still had the new car smell!! Bought a little red wagon from Chris and Lloyd. Needed a reliable and safe vehicle for work. Had it looked over by a mechanic of my choice, and they took care of the punch list that came back from the inspection. Drove it three days, and the car started overheating, leaving me on the side of the road. Chris sent out one of his drivers to troubleshoot the car and escort me back to his lot and mechanics. After diagnosing a bad thermostat, fixed it promptly and had me back on the road in a matter of two hours. He did the right thing, without hesitation and did not charge me for fixing the thermostat. He also made sure there was no damage to the head gasket due to the high heat.Good, honest guys who talk fast, but fully transparent. I will not hesitate to buy my son his first car from these guys, as finding customer service and culpability is so hard to come by anymore.Thank you Chris and we will see you soon for another car!

Sold my husband a pickup that was terribly unsafe. Found out later that it didn’t even have an emergency brake! The truck had rusted through many places but had been painted to hide it, but almost immediately, paint started bubbling. Entire braking system had to be replaced within the first month after brakes went out on the freeway.

I bought a beautiful 2012 Audi A6 Premium Plus on January 23rd. My experience with Lloyd (Co-owner of Right Choice) was very easy. He is very personable and a man of his word. I saw the vehicle online Sunday, but they were closed. I drove over on MLK day (Monday), but his brother had taken it to the Audi dealership to have the open recall taken care of. Lloyd promised that he would not allow anyone else buy the vehicle until I was able to get back there to see it and make a decision about purchase. My husband was supposed to take a look at it for me the next day as I was unable to do so. Unfortunately, my husband overslept and couldnt make it over before work. I called Lloyd and he reassured me that the car would not move. Finally, I was able to get there the following day. We test drove the car, loved it, and I bought it the same day. It is an absolutely beautiful car with leather interior, and all of the upgraded technology. There are no cracks or tears in the leather. Also, I met a woman there who recently purchased her 4th car from them. She had nothing but great things to say about Lloyd and his brother, which was good for me to hear.

Lets start here first, Right Choice does not manufacturer vehicles! As most car lots, they acquire vehicles that have issues (not on purpose). They attempt to make needed repairs to sell the vehicle. My wife and I purchased a vehicle LAST YEAR and it had issues unforeseen by Right Choice (Clearly an oversight by the Auction Co.). It took them 2 vehicles later and patience before we ended up with a vehicle BETTER THAN the one we initially purchased! So kids, whats the lesson for today? Catching bees with honey (blah, blah, blah). Be kind and patient! Right Choice will make it RIGHT! Chris will do what it takes except give you his dog (sad face). I assure you this is not a paid advertisement.

Shortly after buying our vehicle from Right Choice Automotive, the ball-joint on the vehicle broke. During the inspection for repair, the mechanic found extensive wear to the steering knuckle and it had to be replaced. We contacted Right Choice about the repair and, to our total surprise, Right Choice reimbursed us for the full cost of the replacement joint.That level of dealer responsiveness to a sale that came with no warranty is unprecedented. In no way were they obligated to make any refund at all. I notified them because I felt there was a deficiency in their process for preparing vehicles for market and I suspected that they knew about the damaged ball-joint. Their response to me indicated that they would never have sold me a vehicle they knew to be defective or dangerous to drive.I drove two hours to buy this vehicle and I’ll drive even further to make future purchases from them. I fully endorse this company as a responsible, trustworthy dealership.

I was interested in a 2010 Toyota Prius they have on their website which has been there for awhile. I went by their lot and parked right in front of the office. No one came out, so I looked around a lot myself and found the 2010 Prius in the back under a canopy. From the outside it looked perfect. It had tinted windows so it was hard to see the inside. I went inside the office to ask about it, and they immediately told me it was sold. That was two days ago and I still see that same 2010 Prius on their website. No one seemed very interested in selling me a car. Maybe they didnt realize I was planning on paying cash if I liked the car. I will definitely not go back to that lot

I bought a truck from them a few years ago. So take this for what its worth. They told me that it had been a family members for the farm. And I believed them. I am the trucks third owner apparently. The truck has been in 4 accidents in 3 states. Two serious. I was never told any of that info. This was held from me. I should have asked for the car fax. So now I am stuck with a truck I cant sell. So let this be a lesson. Ask for the car fax. Save yourself the pain.
