The customer service of this place is phenomenal! Mike has been nothing but professional and courteous! I’m still waiting on my approval I’m even planning on spending more with n and m over the Warren Buffet brand down the street! I’m getting a better quality house and a much more pleasant buying experience. I visited the place down the street with an approval already from a bank it’s been 4 days and I haven’t even received a follow up call. Mike has been calling and texting me through this entire process!

These guys are the best. They do what they say theyre going to do and get it done on time and with a smile. Definitely go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Not sure what the deal is with the great ratings, our experience (or lack thereof) has been horrible. Went to office and spoke with Bradley a month ago (and applied). Said hed submit our application that day and get back to us middle of the following week. Nothing. Ive called him directly once a week and messaged him for a response. Nothing. When I call the office and ask to speak with him, hes with another customer. I did finally get ahold of him ONCE two weeks ago. He claimed he misunderstood our requests and didnt submit the application but he would right away and call us back in 48 hours. Its been two weeks. Pretty sad considering we had back-up co-signers with perfect credit, the full amount for a down payment and no budget in mind... we dont beg anyone to take our money. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. It is a great location close to the highway. However it is not close to the interstate access area. This company has one location in Ladson SC area and another lot located in the College Park Road area.

My experience with N and M homes was phenomenal, My sales Rep was Chris. The entire N and M homes staffing is very nice and pleasant. From the first time i stepped foot in this places, Ive been treated the same. Chris worked with me very well he stayed on top of things and informing me on what was going on step by step. He also helped me way my options by picking what was best for me and not just selling a home. I really appreciate you Chris and Mike. They were the 2 that i spoke with most. I would recommend to anyone that wants to purchase there dream home.

I felt like the staff was very nice and friendly. however they had a lot of questions that they had to ask before you can actually look at the homes. Also they have someone show you around to every home and explain to you about the house. which is not exactly a bad thing. I was just looking for this place to be like others where I could look around and see if theres something I would like or not before filling out papers and getting credit checks and stuff like that. I am still deciding whether or not I would like to do business with this company though.

Wheww I’m soooo glad this is over. I love n&m this is my 2nd home from them. I love these ppl so much. They answered all questions. I know I gave them a headache because I’m the type of person that needs all QUESTIONS answered. I called 24/7 even after hours & they always picked up. Shout out to Bradley he is the best . Call to get some info on a trailer and was immediately put on hold for about five minutes then was promised a call back .I was never contacted back and I am cash Customer. Guess they dont want a sale. Taking my business elsewhere

They were great until they got their final payment and then they couldnt care less. Horrible service department. Owner is sexist and refused to talk to me. Lets just keep this between us guys. I was the one dealing with every aspect of that house and he was too piggish to talk to me. Absolute biggest mistake we made!!

I can not say enough good things about the people and N&M homes! Im in my house today because of them!! My sales rep Debbie was amazing!! She was upfront and truthful with me and my wife from the very first moment we walked through the door. The entire staff made us feel like family and important it was nothing short of awesome! Did I explain myself and my credit report yes, did I know my score? After a rough divorce with a bankruptcy you bet I did! Did they pull my credit ABSOLUTELY! Why? 1) to make sure I was telling the truth about myself and 2) to see if the expectations I had were realistic! I wont dive into the details of my dealings because my situation was unique, and may not be available to every one. How ever I will say that N&M did not give up on us. They fought for us to have the dream of owning our own home!! They never mislead us. They told us the reality of the situation, and how to approach it to achieve our goal. Im in an amazing 4Bed 3Bath with a half acre for a fair price. Buying a home can be frustrating now with all the new laws and such, but I had nothing short of a pleasant and professional experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

The sales staff do not follow up! Twice they have not kept in touch! Still waiting 2 months later to know if the Teagan has been delivered! Was told it would be there in a week, Chris never got back in touch! Not worth my time! Very happy we went with Kings mobile homes and got the beautiful Somerset with all of the upgrades we wanted at a great price! Kings returns calls and emails timely and are very informative through the whole buying and delivery process! Will only refer family and friends to King’s and warn to steer clear of this company!

N&m put up signs on private property without landowner permission. this is not only stealing, it is littering as well. Please do business ethically.

Youll be better off some where else. The owner Allen, left this sign on my property after we decided to go somewhere else with our business. This was after we didnt return his multiple phone calls, and then he continues to post signs about his business all around the neighborhood that werent there until after we decided to go somewhere else with our business. Seems like its borderline harassment, very unprofessional at the least.

Thank you guys for rushing and helping me when I had a small water leak. I had to get the kids to school and I had to get to work. Allen rushed and got it fixed all before I had to be at work. Thank you Allen, Micheal, Bradley, and Noah! You really care and put your older customers 1st.

If I can give this company a negative I would. I started the process with my grandmother for a whole year. We were kept in the dark with our progress. I was given the run around. One minute we were close to approval then next minute still waiting . We withdrew from the process and got a trailer with another company.

This company is a total fraud that has no respect for the people who buy it, as they do not repeat the delivery times I do not want to imagine what kind of work they will deliver at the end and that is why He urged them to pay attention and above all not to give money because for that they are very demanding.
