Bibi was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, and Miguel did great work and was very professional. They came to our home to replace two windshields (which we put off during Covid), and everything went perfectly. They even contacted my insurance.I was skeptical about the ad saying 100% covered (even deductibles!), until Bibi explained the FL state law that pays your deductibles. It was all legit. 100% convenience, 0% cost, 100% recommended!

One of the best experiences Ive had in terms of dealing with something for my car. I called and talked to the extremely personable BiBi on a Tuesday at 6 PM. I had assumed they would already be closed but they took my call and set up an appointment. By 11 AM Wednesday AM I had the windshield replaced and was good to go. Such a seamless, easy transaction. Bibi and the installer were helpful, kind and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Customer service over phone was always very courteous and fully followed up with auto glass supplier and insurance company until job was done. Quoted cost upfront. Mobile tech they sent home to install auto glass was very skilled and efficient. He did fairly good job cleaning up but should have vacuumed a bit more thoroughly the tiny glass splinters left inside back trunk of van and on driveway floor.

I needed to get my windshield replaced because on the first day of my vacation, someone knocked a golf ball way out of bounds and shattered it! OBAG set me up an appointment for the next day and assured me my insurance would cover everything. Daniel was great, even called to say he was going to be early! Fast and professional. I’m giving them 5⭐️ because they are everything I expect when I hire a business- prompt, courteous and professional. I would only like to note that for their sake, that they slightly scratched the inside edge of the hood. Not that big of deal as I have touch up paint and I understand stuff happens sometimes. I had a badly cracked windshield and it was getting worse. I reached out for a qoute and s/w Bibi. She was very professional and nice! She got my insurance on the phone and we verified my policy and she had me scheduled within 15-20 minutes. Alex came up my office the next morning. He called me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He transferred my stickers to the new windshield after installing it, cleaned his job site and called me when he was finished. It was such a pleasure to call for information on my windshield repair and have someone pick up the phone and speak to me right away about it. I was given information on how to Put the windshield through my insurance, had a three-way call between orange blossom and my insurance company and made an appointment all in the same call. The repairman came the next day to fix my windshield and did a great job and had my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes at my house. Easy Peasy.

I found an incredible company in a pinch!Tried Safelight which gave a $349 quote, plus clean up/removal cost, but the 1st opening wasnt till 5 days later- not a possibility for meHappened to find Orange Blossom online:1- an actual human being picked up phone2- she got info and gave me a spot next day3- quote was $332 INCLUDING clean-up/removal4- contractor (Angel) called me en route to my home to give ETA5- SUPER nice guy who LOVES his job, how refreshing is thatWill def use again if (I hope not) another window shatters. They have the best customer service and installers I had ever used. The only reason I wont give them the 5 star is, they make a mistake by sending the installer and the following day the calibration guy. After I was told they installer will do everything the same day. It cost me to loose two days of work. When I called they blamed each other in customer service. But overall its a great company and service.

They sourced a hard windshield to find, got an appointment the next morning, and they even showed up right on time. Mike with Orange Blossom made the repair happen, while other glass companies shied away from the challenge of finding my windshield. When I called BeeBee took my call, what a hoot she is. Anyway she asked me a bunch of questions and showed me a repair wasn’t going to work. So she took my insurance information, she contacted them and did everything to set me up to have the windshield replaced.Today Fred came over and replaced it. Originally scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced with Safelite. After several rude and unfriendly phone calls with their staff, reschedules and unwillingness to work around my schedule, I canceled my appointment and went with Orange Blossom Auto Glass. I chose Orange Blossom because they were the highest rated company in the area. One phone call to Orange Blossom squared away everything with my insurance company (I had to upload a picture of the windshield chip and the odometer reading) and set up an appointment for the next day at my home. I appreciated that they did not try to pressure me to get a new windshield. Ricardo did the windshield repair in about an hour. Windshield chips are never fully fixed, but the repair stops any cracking. Orange Blossom warranties that repair. The appearance of the chip is mostly gone, leaving a smooth, tiny dimple. I highly recommend Orange Blossom; they are easy to work with and very professional. I had zero out-of-pocket costs.

Just got my damaged front windshield replaced. I dont know if its always this simple, but Orange Blossom made it so easy and the installer showed up exactly when he said he would. I was expecting a somewhat long drawn out insurance process. So easy.

I was extremely disappointed in the service or lack there of, I was left without an update on my work order and was only told of the extreme backorder once I called and requested an update. If I ran my company this poorly I would be out of business. I eventually canceled my order with Organ Blossom and enlisted another company.

Orange Blossom glass is a top-notch company. I had to have my glass replaced on a 1984 Corvette. And needless to say the glass hadnt been out since it came off the assembly line. But the guys at Orange Blossom worked for over two hours. And got the new glass put in after about 4 hours. They cleaned up the carport, and even vacuumed my car. I would recommend them to anyone at any time! Kudos Orange Blossom glass!

After almost an hour on the phone getting information, he told me they could not do it today. I will say at the beginning of the phone call I said I needed it done by 2:30 today and he never once said that that couldn’t happen. Then to find out the location stated in Lady Lake is just a call center not a repair shop. Way miss leading website, and will never recommend this to anyone.

I received numerous reminders of the appointment so I was never in doubt of them coming. The partnership with the insurance and inspection companies was handled seamlessly. The technician arrived earlier than expected, finished the job and gave good instructions on how to deal with the car to make sure everything would be perfect. He replaced all the decals and the windshield was spotless. Great job.

In Florida for vacation, crack developed across windshield, called Orange Blossom for estimate. They contacted my insurance, filed claim over phone had my windshield replaced next morning. Was told to expect service late morning/early afternoon. Repair tech let me know he was had arrived with phone call on cell and replacement was finished within one hour by noon. Great service!!!

Company had to replace my windshield 3 times!!!!! 1st one had wavy lines, 2nd one had defects near the dashboard (worker told me those windshields were from a top maker, 3rd and final shield (from different company) still has a small area of distortion near the dashboard on the passenger side...much smaller area than before..i gave up....contacted insurance company to NOT refer any business here.

Initially I called them to fix my windshield. After charging me for it they came and fixed the windshield. They did not do a good/satisfactory job. I was told that it will be good after an hour. But the crack that they apparently fixed was still visible and when I was driving the suns reflection on the crack was getting into my eyes. I called them and complained about the work. Immediately they started making excuses and up-sold me a new windshield. Since i was stuck with them I agreed and once again they charged me first and the next day came and replaced the windshield.To me I will never go back to them nor would I recommend any one to them for any work.

Ashley was great getting me a quote and setting up my appointment. More affordable than the others in the area. Had to reschedule because of rain, but other than that the technician did a great job (took a little longer than expected but that was because I have a 06 and it was tricky getting the rear glass on my pickup out) A+ would recommend

The installation of the front windshield went okay but they were not able to calibrate the rain sensor that was replaced and installed with the windshield. This was part of the job that was to be done and after attempting once or twice the tech just gave up and said for us to take it to the dealership and have them do it. This was highly disappointing considering that this was part of their service that they are putting off on the dealership that we have to pay additional money towards.

The technician that came out to do the window replacement was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I blinked and the new window was on.The only reason I am not giving them a 4 or 5 is because the lady I spoke with, Carolyn, on the phone to make the appointment could have done a better job providing customer service, she only met my expectations and missed a few opportunities to exceed my expectations. For example, I always allow the person answering the phone to do their outgoing spill and if they use their name, when they are done I address them by name and ask how they are doing. The ideal thing would be to say “I am fine how are you doing” not “I am good may I help you” at that point we were already off to a bad start. As I was picking up the glass from my shattered rear windshield, I was also giving her my card number to pre-pay in full the amount of the service. By the time I got to giving her my 3 digit code on the back I screamed in pain because I had gotten a piece glass stuck in my finger. Shortly after screaming and letting her know this, she said “what is the 3 digit code on the back of the card” then proceeded to inform me “that is why you should be wearing gloves” not once did she pause for a second and ask everything okay Mr. Johnson, do you need to tend to that cut and call me back, or even how but is it, are your bleeding?No such compassion at all was shown, I figure if I am about to drop $350+ dollars the least you can do is show some compassion toward a paying customer on the phone. Like I said the technician was great, customer service of the person answering the phone, average at best.
