Finally found a local place that serves great tasting bagels. Today hubby had an onion bagel and freshly made vegetable cream cheese. The cream cheese was mouth watering. I had the egg, bacon, sausage on a sesame bagel. It was so yummy and too big to eat in one sitting. Amazed at the cafe with the variety of coffee, drinks and even milk. My daughter who will only drink almond milk would have been delighted. Cafe. Clean and laid out to be functional. Outdoor seating is available. Service was great. We took 6 bagels home with us and the cinnamon bagels are delightful. Needed to savor the freshness and the memory of living in the north. A++ will return with no hesitation!

Really good bagels. Would only suggest they serve fried eggs instead of just omelet. Pay pass makes for easy checkout. Friendly employees.

Tony the GM goes above the expected to make sure his customers are happy & those bagels are perfection! The store is clean, employees are always sunny & happy to help. We LOVE the salmon with cream cheese & everything bagels too. If you havent had a Brooklyn Water Bagel you should really try them out.

Normally I would give it 5 stars, but this time the turkey rachel sandwich that my wife and I had was on the dry side. Very little thousand island dressing. Mentioned it to the manager, said he would look into it. Will definitely go back again.

Best bagels hands down!!! My favorite by far is an Asiago bagel. If you havent tried it yet, dont wait any longer. Life goes to fast to let your taste buds be ignored.

Actually 0 and 5 stars.My husband discovered Y’all two weeks ago. He just returned from his third trip there. He asked me to write a review and said he would actually give 0 stars if he could for the current Manager who has been extremely rude on the other two visits. We both give you 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for your fantastic bagels, best we’ve had since moving here from NY in 2017. That’s the ONLY reason he returned for another dozen today, we actually debated it and your bagels won out, lol. He was also happy he didn’t encounter her today.

Great bagels, drink selection and service. The helpful manger even came to assist me in making my first Boston Egg cream (giving me extra chocolate). Nice variety of great tasting bagels alone or in a myriad of other ways. Drinks included a natural lemonade, large coffee bar & make your own Boston Egg cream soda! Reubens come in Turkey or pastrami. Definitely will be frequenting this spot- just wish it was golf cart accessible.Unfortunately our second visit was greatly marred by a hyper employee who thought she would die & made a scene (despite there being large acrylic shields at the check out) because we do not wear masks. Seperate is not equal should have already been learned. Note they do offer curbside service but educating employees would be better. Manager did his best but employee training definitely needed. Even the CDC says masks are ineffective, plus you do not know what others have been through. Sadly now off our list.

I am no bagel connoisure, but this is literally the best bagel I have ever had. The food is consistently good here and has a pleasant atmosphere. They use pure Brooklyn water which has a higher mineral count. It definitely improves the bagels consistency and flavor. I am enlightened in the way of the bagel thanks to this delightful place and their tasty water. I will definitely recommend and be back.

Was just there. Waited thirty minutes for an order. It was busy, ill grant them that. When it started clearing out, i watched an employee grab the hanging tickets they were working on, amd the five to six that were hanging off the printer that hadnt been looked at and throw them away. I said dont throw mine away as im still waiting and she replied it never printed. She literally took five to six hanging off the printer and never looked at them and threw them away. Like how could you possibly tell me it never printed when you didnt look at those orders? Never. Ever. Returning. I advise everyone to either not go, or dont order online. Buyer beware.

We loved the service, food and employees. Today, we are living in a society of nobody showing up for work. We appreciate you.

Wow. Never been here but heard it was good. Was NOT disappointed. Staff was friendly while taking our order. I had the Ruben and was very pleased. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich and we both enjoyed it. Cant wait to return and try something else.

Great fresh bagels from plain to everything. Bagel sandwiches are wonderful also. Muffins are out of this world. Fresh coffee in flavors, too.Dont miss these treats. I freeze one or two to toast at home. Yummy!

Always clean and safe. The bagels are the closest we can get here in florida. The crust is perfect and inside soft but firm. No fancy candy bagel here..just hot fresh, season well awesomeness. Coffee is smooth no bitterness. Choices of real milk to all the artificial stuff. Just 👍 great

ABSOLUTELY appalled at the management. We noticed a sign that said mask required to enter. Myself and my husband have a breathing condition in which we can’t wear a mask so management said we had to wait outside and have our order taken outside. Fine. So once we give our order and paid we find a table inside to sit down and eat. As EVERY OTHER TABLE no one is wearing a mask either because they are EATING. The manager brought our food out to us and told us we can’t sit and eat since we didn’t enter with a mask on. Sounds to me like total B-S. I will let everyone know about this!

Okay, I wouldve given a 1 star, but I was here earlier in the morning and the service was great. An older employee helped me with my order since it was my first time here. She was very nice and suggested the iced coffee which was AMAZING! Now fast forward to about 1pm and I go back with my sister. This time however, our cashier is a younger woman. When I paid, she didnt give me my change. Then she walked away to refill the coffee machine. We get our bagels and my sisters is great. She really enjoyed it. I got the Williamsburg. The first half was delicious. The second half, I will be blunt. The salmon was spoiled and tasted sour. Now I feel like I am going to throw up. I threw the other half away after the first bite. Overall I will not be getting the Williamsburg again.

I have been going to Brooklyn water bagels for years. Meeting new staff and always used have a wonderful experience. NOW THEY HAVE TURNED INTO THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG THEY COILD CARE LESS. Heart breaking to see the best bagel place turn into the worst. 😭

Would normally give a higher rating but the past three weeks bagels have been terrible, undercooked and flat, I ended up throwing several out. I can buy a better quality elsewhere.

Medically cant wear a mask and they kicked me out. people sitting inside arent wearing a mask so why do I have to wear one for 2 seconds entering? VERY displeased. especially since I drove 45 minutes here. just a very rude experience and will never recommend

It was okay I have always gotten a great chicken salad wrap there but today was not good. The chicken salad was very wet not their best. But that wont stop me from going there I guess this happens to the best of restaurants. Their coffee is always great 😊

If youre going to get a real bagel you no longer have to go to New York. Right here in The Villages Florida are real New York bagels with the right consistency and oh they are soooooo good.

If you want a good bagel you want to come here! I personally enjoy the everything bagel. I get it toasted with cream cheese on the side. They have many different options of bagels as well as several different types of cream cheese. They also have a selection of muffins and cookies. Great staff, great service!! Truly one of the friendliest places in Lady Lake!

Finally, a decent poppy seed bagel. A good, fluffy chew without being like tired shoe leather. Proper crust with a generous coating of poppy seeds all over. Excellent taste start to finish. Will be back to try other flavors.

I grew up on L.A. bagels (from Cantors on Fairfax!) and lived in NJ for over 20 years. I KNOW bagels! And these qualify as bagels. Listen, bubbaleh, I drive 20 miles from Ocala to get these bagels so don’t even listen to anyone who tells you, “oh, so-and-so bagels are good” because so-and-so doesn’t even know what a bagel is! THESE ARE BAGELS!

Under new management. Bagels are horrible. Nowhere near a New York Bagel. Bagels are thin, dry, flaky and have no flavor. They used to be puffy, thick, sweet, soft inside... just like a NY Bagel. I hope they get the recipe back from the original owner. I know I & our NY buds will not be back anytime soon.

This was the worst breakfast I have had in a long time. First and last visit. Hope others have better luck.

Best tasting bagels ever.

Nice place very clean really good bagels! Only gripe was one day I got very little to no cream cheese on my bagel. Probably just someone working having a bad day I guess. But all in all very good bagels and coffee!

Bagels would be better if they were consistent. Garlic is my favorite, but the garlic gets burnt quite often, not so good.UPDATE! 🧄 Garlic wasnt burnt on bagels the last visit there!

Love this place. I drive 21 miles one way to buy their Bagels. The best Bagels outside of NYC. Maybe it is the water, but who cares the bagel is very, very good. You can get some salmon but they dont have onion, capers, or chopped egg. The cream cheese they sell is very good also. Didnt know the brand, but it is as good as cream cheese gets.

If you want a genuine New York style bagel, this is the place to go. I live approximately an hour and a half travel time so that should tell you something about how good the bagels are. A three-hour ride round trip to get bagels, think about it.

Staff was friendly. Coffee was really good, i had the dark roast. I got a dozen bagels, i got a combo of the egg, cinnamon raisin and asiago cheese. They were all tasty. Gave some to friends and family

Seriously gone down hill lately! Twice in last month went for breakfast sandwiches. Ordered sausage England cheese on everything bagel....both times no sausage, no cheese, tasteless bagel ! We drive at least a half hour to get this and it is NOT worth it anymore

It seems to me when placing an order that employee should not have to take phone orders and anyone at the counter can wait.No matter what restaurant Im at this results in my order being wrong and I am tired of it, this will be my last trip to BB

Only bagels worth the calories around here! Coffee is also really really good. I live the coffee ice cubes for the iced coffe. The egg sandwiches are also yummy. Its all delicious there.

I am going to start by saying that I really enjoy the bagels at this place unfortunately today I saw a roach crawling around in the area where they actually formed the bagels into the bagels themselves it’s crawling around by the sheet pans in that area where they forming the dough and I was going to take a picture and I was going to draw attention to the employee making the bagels unfortunately I really didn’t want to cause a sceneAnd now I have to rethink whether or not I will patronize this location I’m very troubled

When your hungry for a beagle its the go to place. Wish the menu had more options. Other than that, I have no complaints. I ho there whenever Im in the Villages. You will not be disappointed.

Never been to a bagel shop, when I unwrapped it in the car I have never been so excited over a bagel. Then when I took a bite, I decided it was the best bagel Ive ever had. I never knew a bagel could be so fulfilling. And the prices??? So cheap its crazy how amazing the food was-thate what will bring me back for more!

I actually currently work at Brooklyn Water Bagels in Lady Lake FL. My manager served molded onions for an entire week, when I brought it to his attention he responded with use them anyway. Tony the manager, is constantly seen dropping toasted bagels on the floor and serving them to guests with not even a second thought crossing his minds. Its not only become normal for him to cut corners(serving expired and molded products) he encourages it. Changing the dates of expired products in the coolers was a task given to me to fool the district manager to continue using expired products. 5/3/19 was perhaps my last day working here because I can no longer bear to work for someones who pays me 9.25 and works me like it were a sweatshop compared to other workers who make the same or more doing much less. I get scheduled for an 8-1pm shift with easily 8-9 hours of work and because I cannot finish the task in time he insists I need to work faster,It is beyond too much to ask from anyone making less than $10 an hour. If anyone from corporate sees this and would like to contact me Id could go even further into detail.
