Greeting everyone is something that has to be implemented. Some of the customer service members are not friendly. This is the first Joanns that I have visited in which the reps could be a bit more attentive. I expect 100% when shopping.

Its a great store. Lots of crafts & fabric galore. Staff is amazing. Coupons I l❤️ & enjoy combining. Only would like to see the store remodeled & updated. (Like a home) If we create & design from materials sold there, it should look like it for inspiration.

Organized and clean. Staff was seen cleaning and taking extra care of the merchandise. The cashier was so friendly but the lady that cuts the fabric might have been having a bad day. Everyone is usually very nice and helpful.

So many great fabrics! We got lovely upholstery fabric to redo our kitchen stools. Turned out great!!!!

They have a lot of fabric, crafts, frames and staff is very helpful

This is a terrific place to go for any craft ideas and supplies. I like wandering down the aisles just looking at all the wonderful displays which are all so colorful.

Great store that I use for quilting, knitting, and embroidery supplies. Als has a lot of great organizational supplies and tutorial books for those of us who sometimes prefer print to YiuTube.

Its been a few days since Ive been into store but last time was great. Found what I was looking for and more. Everyone respectful of your space during these trying times.

It’s a Joanns. Not exactly a specialty yarn store, but you’ll get what you ask for. Good for buttons and the occasional subpar yarn binge. Also sewing and fabrics if you’re into that. ... wait. Anyway, you should wait until what you want is on sale, because it will eventually be on sale. Which is what I did when I wanted some Caron simply soft, and then splurged. Now I get to make blankets that don’t cost $300. Hooray!

Excellent! This store has everything and the staff knew their store and easily directed me to the areas I wanted ite.s from. The store was organized and marked prices.

Great location with a good selection of fabrics for all needs.

Went to have cross stitch pinned to foam core and then framed.. Requested that they call me before completing so I could sign the foam core. When I got there they had put a mat board on covering the back. I requested that the points be removed and when done it was obvious that one corner of fabric was totally askew AND that they used masking tape to hold fabric down. I took my item home, re pinned it and brought it back to be put in frame. When I informed person in framing department of my displeasure all I received were non committal noises of semi confirmation of what occurred. No apologies, no offer of discount or credit in future. Needless to say, it was first and last visit to their framing department.

Everyone was friendly and helpful but not too pushy. It was perfect. The store was really clean and well organized too.

The lady helping us was very nice and polite while helping us pick out a frame for my grandmothers photo.

Very bad service. People are always crabby.

Ordered some fabric online due to great after Christmas sale. Picked it up today & found even better sale items.

Everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. The cashiers were very busy but still polite. I found what I needed and stood in a line for a few minutes.

This JoAnns is located within a shopping center in Lady Lake. It has free off street parking. The store staff was very helpful during my Black Friday visit. This particular JoAnns was well prepared for the Black Friday crush with fully stocked store shelves and lots of cashiers manning the registers. If you sign up for the free JoAnns Rewards loyalty program, you get lots of coupons that can save you mucho bucks when shopping. You can also get additional discounts thru their Teacher and Military discount programs (I have the Military veteran discount).

Nice clean but help is rude and helpful at all go to the one in Ocala much better then the Villages.

Had everything we needed at reasonable prices.

Went to have fabric cut and placed items on counter while lady cut them to make face masks. While I waited an employee came over and rudely yelled at me to stand back behind the blue line but there was a big rack in my face so I was to the side of it. I apologized and stepped behind the rack and the blue line. After getting my items I stood in line and employees walked right passed me several times without masks on. I had a mask on as I understand the severity of this. My daughter is in the high risk category. Then when I got to registers they called for backup . Same person that yelled at me from fabric cutting dept. I placed my items on counter and started to take out my card. She then yelled at me again to stand behind the blue tape. I guess your suppose to put the items on the counter and back up. This person was so rude and made me so nervous I couldn’t bring up my coupon. I looked down the aisle and saw everyone doing the same as I was.Except other workers weren’t impolite to the customers.They should have plastic barriers at these stations so they don’t have to be so impolite to customers. This is the only Joann’s that I find this way.

Great assortment of fabrics and notions.

Product selection is like any other Joanns, the store is laid out nicely and clean. At the end of the day and in the morning all of the fabric is on the shelf so you see the entire selection. Fabric cutters were friendly and efficient but on 2 of the last 3 trips at least one error was made on the fabric/amount cut. Those receipts are so hard to figure out! The other problem with this store is that checkout takes a very long time, even with just a couple of people in line (during my last 5 trips over the last 3 months). Perhaps they could find cashiers that are a little less chatty and a little more efficient.

I was glad to see they are allowing only a few people in the store at a time and most wearing masks. it was a wait but i was relieved to know i would be safe going in... until i got in. They do not require workers to wear mask and most were not. I will not enter ths store again until they require masks of ALL workers- especially the check out staff.

They do have good sales and coupons if you have the app. Otherwise they are higher priced. However they have a good selection of fabric, craft supplies, scrap booking stuff, and even specialty baking supplies.

Even as busy as they were, the staff was very helpful and happy to be so.

Hate when I have a coupon and cant purchase online because of a problem with the pick up.

I love Joann Fabrics. Friendly staff and you can always find great deals on your crafting supplies. This is my go to store for baking, floral, and craft supplies.

I go here for nearly everything artsy and I love their sales and the coupons you get every time you buy something. Its great to get 40% off of something you thought youd have to spend $20 on. Thats always good.

Despite the fact that it was Black Friday, the clerks helped me figure the exact amount of fabric I needed to cover my dining room chairs and suggested which coupons I could use to save the maximum amount of money. Very impressed with their above and beyond assistance.

They didnt have what I was looking for but they had a very broad selection of material and craft supplies. They were incredibly busy but the employees were helping as many people as possible. I was able to get in quickly, see that they didnt have what I was looking for, because the store was well laid out, and out quickly.

O.M.G. I love this JoAnns!! Their selection is great & their deals are almost always a great bargain. Sometimes you just need to touch, feel, & see the item your buying - this JoAnns doesnt disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not really impressed anymore. Their products are great for home decor buy crafts and fabrics are less desirable. Its hard to find regular everyday patterns you want anymore.

These folks make waiting in line to get fabric cut such a joy.Always get treated like Im the only one there when theyre asking what Im planning on doing with my fabric.Thanks, ladies.You make the traffic worth it. :)

I had been looking forward to going to Joanns for some new yarn. I dont know if I just caught them at a time when inventory was low, but only 2 aisles of yarn and nothing very exciting. This is so unusual for this store. Hope my next visit is better.

I got what I needed quickly.The sign in for the app and coupons work best if you get the coupons before you are in the store shopping. The in-store login for the app is slow and cumbersome.

Came home only to find two items missing that I paid for. Returned to the store the next day and the one of the items was found behind the counter. Then came home again only to realize another item was missing as well from my first trip.Staff was rude and acted like I was making the story up. Yeah Joann employee I really need to steal a 2 dollar Christmas ornament. Get a grip. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. RING ITEMS UP AND PLACE THEM IN A BAG!!!

JoAnn is way more than a fabric store. I find it more of hobby store that also sells fabric... There has never been a time that I have left the store without something that I have been looking for along with the items I went to buy..I find it a fun place to shop as I never know what I will find that I didnt know I needed...
