Any and every kind and color party supply you would want or need ! Some prices can be pricey but have great sales 👍 employees quick to ask if you need assistance. Used them for decorations for both my parents birthday parties!

The one star is for the one nice employee whose name I wasnt able to get (Im sorry) who treated me like a human being when I walked in and she said hello and directed me to the aisle I needed. I was here to purchase bday supplies for my daughters 21st birthday, had a cart-full, needed to use the restroom, asked nicely, was told rudely by manager, no! Had to leave my things behind and embarrassingly go to Best Buy to use their facilities. I returned to finish gathering my stuff. There were five employees counting the manager and other than two women who came in to buy a cpl balloons, I was the ONLY customer. No one cared. They were more interested in staring at me and making me uncomfortable. When I went to check out, a young girl mumbles something to me about return policy. I had trouble making it out because she wouldnt speak clearly or loud enough. When I asked her to repeat, she rolled her eyes. No hello, no did you find everything, no nothing, just you cant return anything, sales are final. I asked why and said, I wasnt planning on returning anything anyway but questioned why she was so rude. She just said, covid. I said everything is wrapped in plastic. The manager then chimed in with, is there a problem. Nice of her to finally notice. I proceeded to tell her that yes, there was. She and all but one person in her store had treated me (the current (only) customer in there with a cart full of goods to buy) poorly. She did not care. She offered no apology, nothing. Im not a hard person to please, nor am I unkind to anyone, but I dont tolerate being treated as subhuman, so I told them to keep their merchandise and I left, buying nothing instead of the $50-75 or so I was about to spend. Brilliant job, folks! I will NEVER step foot in your store again and I will post my experience everywhere as well as call your parent companys corporate office, (Party City) and file a formal complaint. Shame on you!

The place has so many party items at reasonable prices

We could gone to the big box, but chose to help the smaller retailers. I would think a Party Shop would be friendly and cheerfully. Found a bad attitude clerk. The check-out lady could have cared less that we were purchasing forty dollars of merchandise. We were even talking about purchasing some balloons. First time and last time here.

This is a ratchet company, while the merchandise is ok and so-so priced they treat customers like you are felons walking in the door. They have always had a help wanted sign on the door and they cant seem to afford to use electricity since its darker than my closet. Their return policy is 24 hrs...If there is an alternative business to use for your party supplies, Id suggest that.Ps, make sure you bring your ID in if you plan to use your credit/debit card.

Very impressed with their vast selection of party supplies! Went in for a balloon bouquet and $88 later I left with a lot of festive party supplies, decor items & hostess gifts...for many occasions to come!

Recently we were coming home from a vacation, via the Orlando Airport. Our flight was delayed and I wanted to stop at the Party Store to get a special very large balloon for a neighbors party. I called the store and the lady told me they closed at 8:00 pm. We arrived at the store at 7:50pm and the two ladies working were so helpful and I left with my special gift. Went in with my own balloons and was told they could not fill them up due to a helium shortage. That is understandable, they recommended that I just get a tank and do it. When getting to the store I asked if they had plain star balloons. They said yes and asked how many I would need. I never said I was going to purchase them. I was just making sure they had them. While away getting the tank they started filling the balloons up. Came back and told them to wait, I needed to know the price first. They are for a work event, which we are on a budget. They said 3 for $10. I told them we couldnt spend that much on balloons. They said they couldnt do anything. They were already inflated. So I paid $20 just for 6 balloons. I went and bought the rest of the balloons I needed else where. During this there was another distraught customer upset.When leaving we looked at the receipt and they over charged us! While in there we told them they over charged us. They fixed. They didnt fix it all the way which caused us to have to turn around and go back.I will never go in there again. Customer service was terrible. They just wanted to argue with my fiance. I was not impressed. I will make sure my work doesnt use them either.

Wouldnt even give it a star.The Store is okay but i would prefer to go to party city just cause I felt very harassed by the manager cuase he just kept looking at me like I was going to steal something.. like yall never seen a Hispanic person come inside the store and actually buy something...i dont care if hes manager or not still just kept looking making sure I didnt put something in my purse like really. Seems to me like a SIMPLY UNFORGETABLE bad experience ....

We got 2 big shark balloons for my sons birthday on August 12th.... Its September 15th and they just stopped floating!😱 will def go back and recommend!
