Our salesman, Skyler, is very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us! We didn’t purchase a bed on our first visit but when we decided to make the investment, we returned to give Skyler our business instead of stopping at another store or purchasing online. You don’t come across people like Skyler everyday and we truly appreciate him! We are so excited to get our Sleep Number bed!!

Our salesperson was Sklyler at the Lady Lake store. He was highly informative. He answered our questions completely. He made sure we spent enough time on each bed at multiple settings, so we understood how each model felt, its capabilities and limitations.

Purchasing our sleep number bed 360 was a pleasant experience. The showroom and personal were professional. The first 9 months of having the bed was great, especially for my husband and his back issues. The responsive air stopped working. Service technicians came out and reset the bed, the did mention it could be the compressor. They sent a new compressor, installed it today and then had my husband lay on the bed, it immediately made adjustments. We both decided to take a nap an hour later, no responsive air. I called back support. Basically they’re saying the bed doesn’t always make adjustments. That wasn’t the case the first 9 months. It worked great. We’re very disappointed after making a sizable investment to have the product defective not even being a year old. No one from this company has any answers.

Paul was very patient and a great listener, which is a plus for a salesman. He understood what we both needed. We would definitely recommend Paul and the Sleep Number Bed store for our friends.

Paul at the Lady Lake Florida store was fantastic. We were looking for pillows and he knew everything there was to know about each and every one. He let us try them on the bed and had great patience with us. I told his manager to give him a raise!!! Our sales person was awesome . Skyler S showed us around and we gotto try all the different beds. We actually had a great time, plus learned aboutall the new things on the beds. Our old Sleep Number is 18 year old andwe have loved it, but it has seen its day even with our up grade on it.Skyler S is a asset to your company. He is not overbearing or a pushy salesman. The Sleep Number also sells itself.

Accompanied a friend looking for a new mattress. Sleep Number was our first and last stop. although pricey, my friend found exactly what she wanted within the first 10 minutes. the products on display were clean with appropriate sanitation such as disposable coverings on pillows to rest ones head when testing a mattress. the store was noticeably clean and the three masked staff members were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. overall shopping at Sleep Number was surprisingly pleasant.

I can truly say this was one of the best customer service experiences my husband and myself have ever encountered when making an important purchase. Kathy was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining every aspect of choosing the correct mattress to suit our needs. Not one time did we feel rushed even though she was at the end of her shift. She is truly a great accept. Thank you for allowing us to meet such a kind person with the customers needs at heart.

Felt very welcome, even though the store had many customers this past Labor Day weekend. We browsed and eventually a Rep came to us and introduced us to the Sleep Number bed and all its features. We were very impressed, and, therefore, after two hours, finally sat down and signed a contract. We openly talked to other buyers in the store, and many were second and third buyers wanting to upgrade their ten year old beds. Our visit was very satisfying and we now await the delivery of our bed on the 19th of September.

I was pleasantly surprised that Sean helped me through the mattress experience He was helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt no pressure in my decision but what I originally wanted was quickly explained to me that it would not suit the purpose of a restful sleep in the long run. The store was busy the morning we arrived. A sales person, Carol, came over and introduced herself and gave us some information. Carol was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we got the opportunity to try 4 different models. Each model has other options to choose from. It could have been somewhat overwhelming if we hadn’t done a little homework before our visit. We were not rushed and they gave us paper pillow protectors. Our heads were always on a clean pillow. We were looking for an adjustable bed and were got to try several adjustment settings. We picked one and we hope it is the right one for us. They have a 100 day return policy for the mattress if needed.If you are looking for an inexpensive bed this is not the store for you. If you are looking for quality and comfort this appears to be the place. Bed orders were running about 10 days so we are awaiting it’s arrival. Our smartphones are all set to control the bed upon its arrival.

Enjoyed everything about our visit to the store. My only problem was before I came up to pay for the bed I called Paul. I cancelled the 2 sets of sheets and also to see if we could get the discount on the 30th because that is when our money will be available. I was told no but I would only be paying $300 more. Which should have come to about $8320. Instead the price was $8660 which is $340 more even though I cancelled items. I should have been told that. I may have kept the sheets because the price would have been $100 less than I paid. Left me feeling ripped off. If I do business with sleep # in the future it will not be with that store. All that was needed was a little more honesty and clarity. Lydia Hill

Friendly staff, we learned a lot about our sleep pattern and how unhealthy it was. They show you the beds and what they can do for you. They explain everything in detail and show you the areas that are affected. We picked the bed that best improved all the areas if concern. Great place, great service..if you suffer from poor sleep visit this store...you wont regret it....

We have been enjoying our Sleep Number bed for over twelve years. This purchase is for our guest bedroom/TV watching room and wanted elevated feet and head. Salesman Paul super - personable, efficient, and thorough.

The minute my wife and I walked in the store, we had no idea what to expect. But Mr. Skylar eased our anxieties and made the shopping an enjoyable and very informative experience. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns, that satisfied and led us to our decision in purchasing our first smart bed. I now just hope that this was not just a great sales hype but a great investment towards a rewarding healthy sleep care.

We had a great buying experience, with Skyler as our selling representative. We went in just to look and ended up purchasing a Smart Bed. There was no sales pressure ... just a knowledgeable, informative presentation of the product. Skyler made sure that we had a bed that fit all of our needs ... even the needs that we did not know we had! We are hoping that we are going to love our purchase as much as the other Sleep Number bed owners! We are considering the purchase price as an investment in our future health.

How refreshing to go into a store without a salesperson immediately in your face starting with the dreaded sales pressure. We got none of that, we were welcomed with a hello folks, let me know what I can help you with and any questions you may have. We had questions and Skylar answered them all knowledgeably and with pride of what he was selling, you can tell he likes his job and the products he was selling. We did purchase a bed, not the most expensive one but it met all our needs in a bed and we didnt feel any pressure to buy something more expensive or extravagant just to make a higher sale, Skylar treated us with respect in our decision....we left excited about our bed choice and feeling like we made a friend. We highly recommend this store for the product and a wonderful sales experience 😊

First off, I am a sleep number bed owner (15 years). Love the bed. Always will buy the bed.The management here is one of the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The sales reps are for the most part very good, but if you have an issue - just say thank you and call the 800 number for real customer service. I advise go to another sleep number store, its worth the drive. I will not make another purchase there.

Before you even walk in, Sleep Number beds are expensive. But, if you have back or other joint problems, they are well worth it. The Staff in the Lady Lake, FL store is knowledgeable and attentive. All your questions will be answered competently and patiently.

We have purchased a few mattresses being together and spend alot of $$$ on different ones.So we went just looking to see what they had,because it was 50% off there beds. We go in, my b/f already knowing what he was looking for.(he investigates before we make a purchase of any item). He tell our salesman Skyler we are looking into the C2 or C4 I dont remember. But he helps us with both. Sker explains everything to us, answering all our questions. And we walk out purchasing a bed, 2 pillows. Only thing it does take about 2 weeks or so to get the bed, because they make it to order. So if you are looking for a good bed go see Skylar @ Sleep Number. I will write another review once we get our bed and slept on it for about a week.
