This Total Wine in Lady Lake, FL has an awesome selection of IPA’s! Wide variety and prices were reasonable.We were asked several times if we needed any assistance. Check out was painless and easy.Appears to have a good selection of wines and alcohol.Glad we have this store close by us. (Sorry for the not so good photos but I was so excited while at the store that I forgot to take pictures.)

Friendly and helpful staff at this big box store with a HUGE selection of various beers, wine and spirits.The employees have always been helpful and even offered samples of some of the products that I have inquired about. The store is well laid out and they make sure to carry local Florida options as well, which is appreciated.Definitely stop in sometime soon and give them a look.***Note - their allocated bourbons are NOT available on the shelf. Youll need to join their loyalty rewards program and earn a certain number of points each year to qualify to purchase those.

Just visited. Was large amount of wines and small inventory of alcohol. Did not have what we wanted. But a fairly decent place.

My first time here at this newest store. Wow!! Impressive size, friendly, helpful staff and sales reps.Plenty of tastings going on. I was even lucky enough to get a rep to describe the hard seltzer canned cider drink-- it was very tasty (yummy strawberry flavored) and refreshing, but not exactly carb friendly at 33 grams in a 11.2 can. Wait, what, an 11.2 ounce can? Thats a 7% decrease in size over 12 oz. Oh, well.At this location they offer preorder pick-up, a nice cigar selection, mixers, ice, some snacks, a big selection of single serving booze bottles, and all in a COVID19 conscientious environment.

This place has got everything you could think of! I checked out some of the Japan selections and found exactly what I was looking for, going back to a fancy night I had at a Sushi Bar.

Wow! The customer service was amazing. The first person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about wines. Quickly picked up on the types of wines I liked and helped me choose a couple of less expensive everyday wines as Well as some higher end wines. I needed to purchase some Bourbon and she had another person help us who really knew her spirits.When you can purchase anything on line great customer service makes all the difference.

Stopped by today for the first time and I was immediately impressed. The selection of just about everything you can think of is MASSIVE. Everything from wine, to cordials, every spirit you can think of, and even local beers! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and you have the option to taste a good variety of liquors before you buy them. You could easily spend two hours in there and still not see everything they offer! The prices are on par with or better than other stores in the city. Ill definitely be back!

We were in an aisle in the back, far from other customers, with our masks down. A woman emerged from the back and yelled across the room to raise our masks. I have asthma and cannot wear a mask long. But I try to wear it enough to make others comfortable. THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I will not be back. Keep it up, and you will lose many customers.

The selection is great, and the staff is very helpful. However, I object to being taken advantage of during the checkout process. I spend about 4,000 annually at the store and ABC would gladly do price match. Acting this cheap will cost you customers. For example, yesterday I purchased a couple cases of wine and 2 bottles of liquor, one was $8.00 and one was $30.00. I gave them a 10% coupon and they gave me a $0.80 discount. They choose to the inexpensive bottle rather then thd one that would result in a $3.00 discount. This type of behavior happensoften.

Great selection of products, very helpful staff and fair prices. Cierra went out of way to help us and stopped a woman without a mask from possibly infecting us and other customers. Masks are required in the store and are provided if needed.

Came here today to buy some cigars. The humidor is very large and has a good variety and selection. Cigars seem to be displayed in alphabetical order per manufacturer, although not always. The humidor is well-lighted so it is easy to read description cards for each cigar. They offer an additional 10% discount if you buy an entire box or bundle. I will definitely return.

Total Wine is a big new store. It is well organized, easy to find what you need. I do a lot of baking with alcohol. The staff made some great recommendations for liquor pairings for baking. The prices are fair, but the sale prices are great. I have not tried any of the samples, this would make choosing the perfect spirit easier for meal pairings.

The most knowable staff Ive ever experienced in a wine and liquor store. On one trip I asked them to put together a case of wine cost averaging only $12. Ive done this to test other stores... this experience was by far the best ever!!!

This place is Absolutely my favorite place to buy wine, they also have liquor too. But it is Huge and just Amazing. I still havent walked through the whole store. But they literally have almost everything. Love it !!!!

We just moved here two weeks ago (just retired) and of course we had to find a good booze place, almost like having to find your new doctors; anyhow, the wife liked Red Cat from Hazlitt (we lived in Upstate NY where they have their winery) so I checked out the web 2 C if Red Cat was sold here....I found it at Total Wine so we went there and my wife buys out the whole 15 bottles on the shelf...just in case she says...LOL. Anyhow, I was shocked at the size of this place, the riendliness of the staff and just the availabilty of product. What a find, great store, great prices, and great people. Drop in, you will have quite the experience...and if you dont drink, stop in anyways...you just might start so you can go back and enjoy the people!

Store was excellent with also competitive pricing. Policies and customer service at the customer service booth, however, need serious improvement. Not customer friendly. I left the store very angry and, usually, this means I will not be back.

This Total Wine is very clean, has wonderful staff, and is set up beautifully. However comparing to other Total Wine’s, this store is extremely disappointing. While wino’s probably love it for the large selection, it does not have the selection for much else. Cider takes up half of half of an aisle and beer has limited space as well. Also the best part of Total Wine, the mix and match 6 pack option, is not available at this store.

Has ALL kinds of good Alcoholic Beverages and mix drinks in there that we were looking at. But the Cashier lady was a bit rude just cause i asked for two bags!

They deserve 0 stars. The store manager along with the corporate leaders of total wine and more want to control their customers as subjects under their mask mandate. Under the Florida Constitution, US Constitution 1st and 4th amendment, and Federal Civil Law (Title 11, section 2000) you are under no lawful authority to require your employees or patrons to wear a mask. If you refuse entry to your establishment, which is open to the public, you are acting as an agent of the government which means you are now subject to being sued for violation of civil rights under the color of law and could result in a fine or a prison term. Declaring this as your store policy does not absolve you from your violation of law if this wasnt your policy prior to the government telling you what to do and threatening your business, because in the State of Florida the government has no authority on mask mandates.Should your business be threatened by any public health officials, politician when theres no legislation, or law enforcement official, you can report that person to the Department of Justice under Depervation of Rights Under The Color of Law, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242.

It was my first trip to Total Wine. I had seen their ads and I was curious. I havent been in a liquor store in years. I usually get my wine in a grocery store. My taste in wine doesnt run too fancy. Im partial to reds. The only whites that Ive liked are German. Mostly, Ive been sticking to blended reds. Total Wine has a great selection and prices to meet everyones budget. I left with a bakers dozen of wine bottles. I ended up with 12 blended reds and something that had a taste of chocolate. I dont recall the name, but they were giving out free samples and I thought that it was very good. Maybe I should have bought two bottles of that.They also have a great selection of hard liquor, but I dont drink much of that. Besides, Uncle Sams sin taxes are rediculous. I usually wait for a cruise to buy hard liquor and then its rum.So if you like a drink now and then, you owe it to yourself to take a trip to Total Wine and check it out.

The biggest, baddest wine and liquor store around. Dont go in if you are low on money. We blow many dollars when we stock up. The salespeople are the most helpful of any large store. You will save so much money on the great deals, you will be broke. Wonderful experience.

A lot of wines but not a huge selection of cigars. Advertised specials are more if a bait and switch. Bought over a case of different wines only to find out hardly any of them met the specials requirements. What cigars they did have were 10%-20% higher than other places. They have the best inventory of NA beers around. Their cigar prices and how they take care of them are a solid ok. Im not anywhere close to a Total Wine though and wish there were better shipping options; currently I make a 45 minute hike every few weeks. Im still giving them 5 stars though bc they were immensely helpful when I was struggling to pick out a bottle of champagne for my gf for Christmas.
