Love this store. After my original dress from another company was lost in transit, i was able to get a dress last minute for my sons wedding. Great selection of clothes and boots. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they make you feel comfortable while shopping. Thank you Boot Barn!

If youre looking for something, other than cowboy style boots, I do not suggest going to the store. Their clothes are adorable in the womens section but selection is lacking in the mens. Also the quality of their shoes, in my opinion, is awful. Quality verse value, along with their pricing, not even comparing to its local competition. On a positive note the staff was very nice and helpful. The inside of the store clean and organized.

This is a fantastic store with lots more to offer that just boots. They have clothes for adults and kids. Lots of beautiful things for the home as well. Be sure to check this place out if youre looking for Western themed clothes, boots, hats, interior decor.

Ordered a stetson rancher straw hat 109.00 got beaten up justin hat 40.00 had to ship it back so I never got a new hat gave up.

Theyre very helpful at Boot Barn but I will never shop there again 2 days late on my bill how to charge me $40 I bought pullover shirts from there and amongst they had holes in them everything there is made in China so much for USA

In addition to a huge selection of primarily Western style boots, Boot Barn carries jeans, shirts, western style jewelry and leather care goods. They offer a discount on your total purchase at the register if you can provide proof that you are military (active or veteran), like I am, or proof that you are a first responder (law enforcement, fire rescue, EMS). There is free off street parking available. Exterior doors can accommodate a wheelchair or walker user if someone opens then for you; I did not see handicap door openers here. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist their customers.

Great location! Very clean and the staff is very helpful. The sales associate, Ashley, helped me not only find the items I was searching for but also held onto my stuff while I kept shopping and boxed my items up in Christmas boxes for free (I had to pay for the box but boxing wasn’t required). Great service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful staff Cheyenne Ashley Kelli Rebecca and theres one other girl I cant think of are all wonderful when you walk in the door they all greet you with a smile and they say is there anything you can help you find today. Reasonably priced store. Great great boots great jeans and shirts. If youre going in ask for any one of those girls they will help you with a smile and they are the friendliest.

First visit was nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Second trip, the lady was really not friendly at all and had a big attitude.

I had been looking for a pair of boots for a while. I went to many other stores and couldnt find what I was looking for. Finally went to Boot Barn where Justin the store manager was very helpful. He helped me pick out my new boots and even showed me how to use the stain and water repellent. Thank you Justin. Very satisfied.

Excellent selection of boots. They could use more hats though. I went in to exchange some items and the guy I spoke with was great. The girl was not very knowledgeable when I asked about their cowboy hats. I ended up buying a pair of shorts and a shirt for my daughter plus a hat and the prices were reasonable.This is pretty much your only choice for western wear in or around The Villages unless you drive to Ocala. I like the store and will be returning for sure. I have my eye on a new pair of Ariat boots! 5 stars if they had more selection and better trained staff

My husband was ready to purchase a $249 Stetson hat but he needed it steamed and shaped. It was 6:45 pm on a Friday night - there was maybe one other customer in the store - but the. Clerk “didn’t have time” to shape the hat. I found some jewelry I was going to purchase but we stood around the checkout counter and no one came to ring us up!! Exasperated- we just left. I would not recommend anyone waste their time with the lack of service at this boot barn Located in Lady Lake, Florida
