Ro-Mac garage door service was excellent in every way. I can’t say enough about their responsiveness, courtesy, competency, and fairness. Our technician, Dan came earlier than expected because we had vehicles stuck inside. The problems were complicated, but the technician’s knowledge, experience and determination resulted in a smooth running garage door. He went well beyond just getting it working. He made sure everything was working as best as possible. His kindness and caring was pervasive throughout his work. The cost was reasonable and worth every cent.

A limb took out our kitchen window on Monday night during a thunder storm. Jimmy came out from Romac; provided an estimate and came back the next day to replace the window. It was a great job, done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Who can ask for more?

We are in an older home with a single car automatic garage door. Gentleman came to the house and affirmed what we knew. We needed the springs replaced. He said he’d have to order the parts. Never heard from them again! I guess this job would’nt have made them enough money to bother. Non-existent customer service! Know they’re out for the big bucks.
