Our family has had all of our service through Xfinity for the last 5 years. We have internet, cable (which has not worked properly since the day we moved in) and six cell phones. I called today because Im trying to find out the status of the new iPhone 12 that we ordered three days ago. I am told that its under review. Review because I changed our credit card on file that we bill to so now theyre reviewing it for suspicious activity. I dont think someone that stole my credit card would go ahead and in turn also pay all my bills with this credit card. If they actually took 5 minutes... Looked at the last payment that was paid with this credit card... They would see that in fact its legit. But no they would rather waste 2 hours of my time (one and a half hours I will say trying to find my account) to tell me that theres nothing they can do. Im so annoyed with getting a representative on the other end of the line who doesnt even comprehend my question. I understand people need to work but if youre going to do a job that requires customer service skills you should at least have the knowledge to answer the questions intelligently. If I didnt need a few of these cell phones for business reasons I would have dumped them a long time ago. This is the worst company I think Ive ever dealt with and their customer service skills are horrible.
This location is a joke the customer service is atrocious the wait time is ridiculous just to walk in and pick up equipment was almost 45 minutes waiting the guy just stood at the counter helping nobody and then 45 minutes later calls me up there. And then to top it off I was told by Xfinity that I called and did an update to my account to add devices for the X5 pods to go and pick them up at this location and it would be added to my bill and this location tells me no you have to purchase them out right I cant leave with any without paying for them on the spot. I would honestly give it -3 Stars if I could
Good service. We stopped in to pick up a cable box for a second TV. We were greeted at the door by a friendly employee, asked our name and what we needed. We were offered a seat while we waited for about 5 minutes. The equipment was brought out to us, they answered our questions and we were on our way.
Front door lady was very rude my mother and I understood we had to wear a mask and as the lady gave us one she touched (without gloves)the ones she wanted us to take and rudely blamed my mother for touching the other masks as she tried to grab herself one from the pack when the lady could have simple put on gloves and handed us ours but instead proceeded to to act very unprofessional . Overall experience was very unorganized except for the one who helped us out with our issue. I understand you all deal with rude people and frustrated people all day but dont assume everyone is bad. not a way to treat customers
Don’t go here. There’s a long wait, even if you get there right at opening. I went to exchange a piece of equipment and they make you stand outside and then come back with the new equipment. They don’t explain anything. They just give It to you and say bye to move onto the next person. Then, I came home and opened the new package and they gave me the wrong wire. Everyone else was complaining as well because the service just sucks. I recommend a different store
Was a nice looking store. Didnt have to wait too long and our customer service representative was very nice. Unfortunately they were not able to find out who our tech was when we had out service installed because they left my gate open and my dog got lost, fortunately I dont leave him unattended for more than a few minutes so he didnt get too far but now he suffers from ptsd from it. I dont understand why that guy didnt use common sense. You opened the gate to get in why wouldnt you close it when you were done.... Duh! I really want that guy held responsible for my poor dogs ptsd thats so bad hes afraid of everything including tiny flying insects. He shakes so bad over every thing now and he was not like that before he got out. I think the tech should pay for some form of therapy for my dog!

Finally got an answer from a HUMAN. The automated answers give you what they want you to hear. I was able to have my bill reduced to its right level without unwanted automatic upgrades.
Tried to find out why they charged me 100 dollars and nobody could find out so Im still out 100 dollars. Living in an apartment which doesnt offer anything else but I will never go with them again. Also too excited
We do not have Comcast as our Provider. Nor will we ever!Just had two Comcast service men park their van in front of our house and walked up our driveway.The van was marked Comcast. I was expecting them to ring our door bell but instead they went directly to our electric box on the outside of our house. I opened the door and asked what they were doing. They said they were with Comcast and they were taking a survey.I told them they didnt need to be there and to to back off. One of the men put the cover back on the box and they walked back to their van. Dont trust a company whose workers will lie and who invade your privacy.
Wait time was less than 5 minutes and employees were well informed.

Still had to have a mask but very orderly the way it was handled. You gave your name and then sat comfortably until your name was called. Person that waited on us was so helpful.

I just spent an hour and a half waiting to speak to a customer representative. I wanted them to send a technician out to my 94 year-old father. I had all the papers relating to his account and proof of my account. They said that they could do nothing without him physically present. I asked about my own phone account in which I cannot hear any one because the line is dead when people call in but not when I call out. They said I would have to call the company. I asked them why they were even here when they do not resolve problems. They answered that they just sell Xfinity products. I concluded by saying that there was a reason why Comcast is the most hated company in America and why they have resorted to the subterfuge of changing their name to Xfinity. The stubborn and unhelpful manager replied that they had never changed the name and her monthly check is from Comcast. I asked her the name of the shop on the window- Xfinity. I rest my case.
Omg Asked for help with my new phone, boy what a mistake!!! Already backed up my phone but wasnt sure how to transfer info to new phone. I was there almost 3 hours and he transferred my info all wrong. Then wiped out my backup and icloud account. So its a week and Im still trying to recover. Now Im told I have to do a factory reset and do it all over again. Hows that for help. Ahhh
Had an outage today. They keep putting me in another town. My new neighbor tried to get service in our neighborhood. She was told there was no service here. I had to give her one of my bills to prove there was service.Was passed off five times to” someone who could resolve the issue. No one could. Was told I would have to cancel service and restart to get the right address. I e been here 20 years.Worst customer service I ever experienced with any company for any reason in my entire life. Had to listen to a computer telling me there was no way to speak to someone.I’m retired now, but if I ran my business the way they do, I would no have lasted the 32 years that I did.
Self serve is not easy with equipment that didnt work. Replace equipment, waste more of my valuable time and gas. Three Days later up and running finally! Not boring well. Week two and finally able to watch our TV without incident.
I keep trying to login to pay my bill but when I start putting in my password chrome shuts the Xfinity site and app down.
Excellent service today. I needed to replace my defective cable modem. When I got to the store I saw that there was a good number of people waiting for customer service. A service representative came over and asked what I needed, I told him that I had called and needed to upgrade my device. I was placed in the line with people that had already called for service.Within a few minutes, someone came through the line to determine what each of us needed. There has been 4 people in front of me when I got in line, but I had a new cable modem in my hands and on my way in less than 20 minutes!I was on hold on the phone longer than that to get issues semi-resolved with Atlantic Broadband/Metrocast up in NH!
Greeters are fine. However, theres complete disorganization!!! It made me think about pulling out All my xfinity devices and start looking for a REAL COMPANY!!!!!

Wow!!! I’m reading all the reviews and they are all horrible!!!! I’ve had Comcast since 2009, and have had all good experiences!!! The only time I went into the old store was for equipment or pay my Bill... I haven’t been into the new Xfinity store, I know that’s a waste of time.... so I did everything over the phone yesterday, lowered my cable plan to save money and bought a new iPhone!!! Very helpful and professional!!! Once I get the new phone, I’ll have to go into the store to upload my photos/contacts/phone number.... so I’ll write back and rate my store experience
Now, they’ve taken my email address away (well, they gave us Xfinity Connect which should be called, Xfinity Disconnect) that I’ve used forever….it was my primary address that I conducted my business affairs. I call them to discuss a new charge on my bill (this happens often) and I’ve to talk with someone who can’t speak English. I’m surprised that Comcast/Xfinity is still solvent. I’m too old to change, but taking my email away will probably do the trick.

There was a heck of a wait, but they handled my questions and request promptly once I made it to a representative. One of the best stores I have seen adapt to the pandemic in terms of organization, personal spacing, touch free service, and following safety guidelines.
I hope you dont buy into their wifi boosters. after 1 year they quit working and there is no warranty. $131 for 3 boosters is alot of money. go to an electronics store and get something with quality and reliability.

Their manager Jennifer Dickenson is terrible. Why? Was cold out. Only 7 people including employees and customers in their large retail space. I stood just inside the door for warmth. In fact. Let an elderly lady go in front of me because she was cold. She said if I didnt go outside and wait my turn (was 30 feet from anybody) she would call the police. I shared i was cold... being treated for cancer... and asked why I had to move. She actually then called the police! First time in myy entire life anybody called the police about any of my actions. Thoroughly embarrassing. And I will share this story in all my MBA classes and share my Xfinity experience when we talk about Corporate Culture as the topic.
Waste of time to have to deal with the 800 number that is not customer friendly. Constant getting someone outside of the United States that doesn’t know how to do their job. They want to charge you money for services not even provided. Worst company ever.

They offer no protection for their customers regarding lost, damaged, or stolen equipment. They are of no help with returns or exchanges, requiring the customer to do all of the leg work. Their main excuse is they can do nothing. What the hell are we paying so much for?

Our internet was disconnected this am as a tech diconnected our service when connecting service for our neghbors who just moved in. I called immediately to let them know of the problem and was told that no one could come out until the next day until the early evening They should have contacted the tech and immediately had him come back to fix his error not happy and not good quality service

The absolute worse customer service ever!! And this is not the first time with them.Live chat will tell you someone will call or a tech is scheduled. No tech shows, you call them (thats always fun - NOT!!) and there is no record of the scheduled appointment.Recently they were here to check my internet line and somehow caused my TV to not have access to any channels.Now they are telling me they cant get anyone out here to resolve it for 2 days which would actually be 3 days before they fix the mess!!OR . . . they could get someone here today or tomorrow for a $70 service fee.SERIOUSLY??? Lord have mercy!! Im going to have to get smarter about getting internet service in my restricted area some other way so I can DROP them!Please note that my compliant is NOT with the actual techs that come out. They are always friendly and appear helpful but with CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!Its a SHAME such a huge company does not empower their staff to resolve issues succesfully.

Was turned away from the store an hour before closing because they closed the line for mobile. They are the only Mobile store for like 40 some miles, I wasted almost an hour driving there. Guarantee if I had stated I was coming from a competitor instead of replacing my phone, they would have found time for me. Less than 10 minute transaction.
Avoid this company at all cost!!! Horrible expensive company. Trying to return our router and this is the closets store to Orlando. They are playing games over the phone sending the return slip for UPS trying to add on fees and taking their sweet time avoiding helping us.

The 2 people working were both great. They needed at least 4. They do take appointments so I would heartily recommend doing so.I was returning equipment, and the actual function only took a few minutes. My visit would have been about an hour, but I checked in and then went shopping at Best buy. 3 stars is for the vacation pause having to be a minimum of 90 days in this market, not 60. Would have cost me about 300 so they are creating another cord cutter. Brilliant!
Terrible service, unable to reset my password, will not use my phone number, then tell me that the account number given to me was not valid. Spent over 6 hours trying to do the self install with an agent. Returned all equipment next day. Try calling calling them and see for yourself.
The customer service is very slow the manager jennifer has no managing skill we asked a question and she talked back like we were in the wrong. Not recommended to go to for service at all.

I needed to replace my remote, as the gentlemen finished with the customer (his greeting was great. I would say it was happy & professional) I asked him where I needed to go to pick up a remote, he walked with me to the front of the store, took a remote out of the ™remote™ drawer.It was wonderful, he was nice and professional and I was in & out in just a few minutes.Its a beautiful store. Huge difference from the other store.They do have small water bottles for customers but theyre room tempature. It would be nice if the water was cold especially on those really hot days.Just a suggestion!
Call center and all you get is an automated service. Its hard to get to customer service. I made a payment and they made 2 charges on my card which was not authorized. Thats the problem Ive been having with Xfinity. They give one price but charge practically double. Im on a limited budget and cant afford these charges. But they dont care.

We were treated very professional by kylon, our salesman. He showed us how we could save substantial money. He was very knowledgeable. Friendly. And when we came back to pick up her phone, he advised us her phone was on sale. Another savings. No pressure from nylon.
I switched over to Xfinity cell service using their per GB plan. What a great choice! Save money every month on cell service. The folks in the store are very knowledgeable with all brands of phones they carry. Great folks to work with. Highly recommended.
I haven’t had cable TV since February. I pay $285 per month and I can’t watch tv. I was supposed to get a replacement box to self-install in early March. I still haven’t received. Every single time I have ever had issues with Comcast, I have to give up hours of time on the phone and chat to no avail. Yesterday I was transferred around to 5 people and I still do not have TV!!! They just wear you down to accept subpar service. I was going to completely Cancel everything but I can’t risk being without internet for remote work right now. They are using Covid as the excuse for awful service, no credits - but it really just made awful service worse (if that were even possible)!!!

Comcast and Xfinity are the worst services in the history of services. They are horrible. Ive been through 13 boxes in my house since July 2018. Ive had 11 tech visits and STILL have problems with cable TV. The first tech re-wired the entire house, so I cant believe this continues. If you call for help you get the same thing every time. Unplug the box and wait ten seconds and plug back in.. Doesnt work.. they send a signal..doesnt work...they send a tech out..IN 5 DAYS - Comcast and Xfinity are a joke. The people at this location are rude and could care less. One girl had nails so long I was actually afraid of her!! They use refurbished equipment and it SUCKS!!!! These people should be put out of business. When I moved from NY people told me that the cable company down here was horrible. I said I had Time Warner, no way it cold be worse. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Comcast/Xfinity makes Time Warner look like Tiger Woods in his Prime. There are points I thought I might rather not watch TV.. I have a surround sound system. Was going to hook it up, but I am scared to unplug the cable. Hell I am scared to vacuum behind the TV for fear it will knock cable out. COMCAST SUCKS!!!

Xfinity contacted me about my security system letting me know it had been turned off. I advised Xfinity I had closed the security system in January 2019 and was told I needed to turn in the security console and key pad at my local Xfinity store or take it to UPS and ship it back to Xfinity. I was going by an Xfinity store so I took the security hard ware too drop off at the store. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the store and instead of a facility where I could pickup equipment or drop off equipment or make changes to my Xfinity account I found a Cell Phone Store! The store was nice, soft sofa type chairs, about thirty folks could sit while waiting on one of the ten Xfinity folks to help them. I checked in at the front desk with a very nice person who said I had to wait to bee seen. I mentioned I just wanted to drop off equipment and he informed me I still had to wait till my name was called. I walked around for ten minutes looking at the cells phones and tablets Xfinity was selling. All of the eight help stations were occupied with folks getting help with cell phones, yep every person being helped at that time was getting assistance with cell phone purchases and set up. Give me a brake, for the next ten minutes I watched as the same folks who were being helped when I entered the store were still being helped. I am glad Xfinity takes time with each customer to make them happy, but how about those of us who just wanted to drop off equipment. When forty minutes passed, I heard the person at the front desk (those tow computer stations were not being used to help customers, just logging visitors in) tell a woman who was also dropping off equipment the wait was only ten minutes - lol. Looked around and realized all of the seats for folks to wait in were still occupied by the same folks as when I came in because the same folks with cell phones were still being helped. There should be a procedure to allow those of us dropping off equipment too do so quickly. I know I could have gone to UPS but thought the store would be better. Never Again. I left and will be going to UPS store, those folks seem too care about my time more than Xfinity. Amazing Xfinity decided to turn its assistance centers into cell phone stores.

Horrible. Have had a broken cable box since last Saturday, now 5 days ago. Promised a new box, by Monday, then told me no later than Wednesday, now it is Thursday and now are telling us after we called, it might be Saturday, they had to order a new box. If I could give them a minis number, I would have.
