Ordered on-line and had my wife pick it up since she was going to be in that area. Wehn she got there she was told they did not have that battery in stock and sold her a Continental battery instead. I thought bait and switch practices went out a long time ago. Evidently not. It should have informed us at the time of the order that you didnt have that battery in stock!

Great service was able to get the correct product because we called my wife from the store.

Do not take your phone here to have the screen replaced! Had the screen on my iPhone XR replaced. When I picked it up the lower part of the screen was darker then the rest of the screen and the facial recognition did not work. They replaced the screen again and the facial recognition still did not work. They said they would order another screen. Did not hear back from them and I tried for over two weeks to contact the lead tech. He was never in and never returned my calls. Finally contacted him, took the phone back where a different tech replaced the screen again. Facial recognition still does not work. I have requested that the lead tech or owner contact me. Have not heard from either of them. TAKE YOUR PHONE ELSEWHERE!

The person working was very unprofessional. Didnt know what he was doing. Rung in the man in front of me incorrectly and said Ill just tell my boss I screwed up. I waited 10 minutes before he even came out of the back. He wouldnt take my computer battery to recycle. He said they didnt do that. On the back of the paperwork I picked up about the place it says the recycle batteries. He couldnt put a battery in a phone that the lady behind me had brought in. He had no right being there on his own. He told the guy he didnt know how to run the computer register. I believe he needs to be retrained in every aspect of this job.

Took my iphone for screen to be replaced. I didn’t realized they were soon closing but tech Stephen didn’t turn me away and gladly fixed my broken screen. Highly satisfied and recommend.

Followup. I called customer service they wer going to have the manager contact me, still no response. Did get a reply, should be noted below saying it was the wrong store, well that is not true, I was there and I know I was in Lady Lake and I re-checked and the bad store is #791. Wow they do not even know their own stuff!

Kind, knowledgeable help. Not that its a big deal to pick out a replacement bulb if you have the time and desire to stand there and compare specs on a half dozen boxes. I find it nice to have someone quickly share thoughts on my best option relative to my need.

Besides batteries they replace cracked phone screens and program key Fobs. Friendly competent staff.

My iphone 5c dropped flat onto the floor and the cover was completely shattered. I could pay $399 to get the cheapest iphone 7 or have the cover fixed. I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs. I had my problem resolved to my satisfaction, a brand new cover plus a brand new battery for $99. The tech was friendly and competent.

They suck. Went in to get a bulb for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma and the salesperson totally gave me the wrong bulb. I never opened it tried to return but because it was after 14 days would not honor my receipt. If I would have picked out the wrong bulb then I would take the hit, but the associate looked it up and STILL gave me the wrong bulb. I will never go there again. I will stick with the auto part stores which is where I ended up. What a total waste of time and money. The sales associate did not even offer an alternative. DONT SHOP THERE!

From my recent purchase of a golf cart battery. This was a very quick and easy and helpful purchase with the employees assistance.

I am now very frustrated. Ordered a battery online from this store because it was in-stock. Called the next day to go pick it up. Associate said the battery was not in stock and that it had been on back order for quite awhile. He apologized for it showing in-stock on the website. I asked to get a refund. When he started the process, the line was disconnected. I also got a voicemail explaining the above and he said to call him back. Tried calling back, phones were out of order. I waited a day and now I cannot get through. The voicemail answers and says all associates are busy. Push 1 to continue to stay on the line and 2 to leave a voicemail. I push one and it keeps saying push 1 then hangs up. I push 2 and it says the mailbox is full and cant take any voicemails and then hangs up. I cant get through to get this resolved. Its 30 miles from my house.

A gentleman named Richard Bishop helped me. I needed to replace my charger for scooter battery. Not only was this store the cheapest. Customer service was great. Richard went and retrieved my battery from van. To make sure we had the right charger, and it was chargering. Then returned everything to car for me. So nice. I will be a return customer. Also was unaware of all the services this store offers. Check them out...you will be surprised!

Went to store to get a battery for a I phone 4s did not know it was 3 G and no longer able to get service. They installed the battery and when I was riding home I called my provider and they told me I could not use the phone . This battery is only specific to this phone. They would not give a refund of $40 because “it was it in the phone” this could not be used in any other phone or this phone. Being on a fixed income and really needing a phone I can not afford to get one this month because they ripped me off sell me a useless battery. Never will go to that place again!!

The staff are very professional and go above and beyond the call of duty. They dont try to sell you any products you dont need. We were more than pleased with our sales rep., and will likely go there again.

Went into this store because I heard about it from friends. They have a great selection of batteries and bulbs, almost anything you could ask for. The associate Richard was very knowledgeable and took care of my needs above and beyond.However, when I entered the store there was a terrible smell of burning tobacco almost to the point of me getting sick since I am allergic to smoke.I do not recommend coming to this location if smoke bothers you.

Really awful, is all I can say. Came in a. Couple weeks ago to get some solar rechargeable batteries to replace solar lights batteries, they didnt have enough on hand so they ordered 12 to be delivered, arrived in a couple of days, opened 2 packages 4, with 8 of 12 put those in solar lights, left in for a couple days, only 3 of 12 worked with 1 pkg unopened returned to store told they only give credit for unopened pkgs. Makes sense right? They just lost my business, selling junk that doesnt work!

I want to applaud richard on his amazing service knowledge and concern about my issues. I am a retired wounded vet I went to mount dora location earlier in the week about my phone battery and the kid took 20 minutes to answer a simple question was no help. richard had every answer possible and fixed me up in less than 10 minutes. and helped me into thecar since I cant walk well. I wish every store would hire guys like this so I wouldnt have to drive so far for good service.

Order was placed online, received email indicating that order was ready for pickup. When arrived at store to pickup, was told that the order wasnt ready and that the email notification system has a problem. My advice is to call ahead and confirm that your online order is in the store.
