Did an excellent job from start to finish. Would use again when I need flooring.

We could not be more pleased with the entire process of working with Trish to choose our new flooring and have it installed. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt absolutely no pressure, but we were able to get all our questions fully answered. After we made our selection, Trish scheduled a visit to our home on her way home from work that very day. She took time to measure, make helpful suggestions, place the order, and put us fully at ease with our options and choices.The demolition of the existing flooring and installation of the new Mohawk Scorched Oak was performed by crews that were professional, pleasant, and hardworking. From beginning to end, everything was on time and on budget, even though they discovered some existing issues when the concrete slab was fully exposed. The issues were resolved properly and promptly.Last, but certainly not least, we feel very comfortable with the warranty on the flooring product and the workmanship. We do not anticipate having to use the warranty, but just knowing it is there gives us much peace of mind.If you are looking for quality flooring professionally installed at a reasonable price, you will not be disappointed with Great Lakes.

Terrible experience!! Installers were messy, didnt speak English and generally were awful. This is the fourth time we have had floors installed and the absolute worst! They broke stuff, cleaned spills up with our towel and then threw it away! Missing four door stoppers.

I am so pleased, not just with the quality of my floors, but more so the quality of service and attention. I did some shopping around before settling on Great Lakes Carpet & Tile. I started with them and ultimately went back. Jimmy was amazing! Knows and understands the products and was able to answer all of my questions. He came out to our house to take measurements and was able to give us a price up front. We were scheduled within 2 weeks to have our project completed. The team of 3 men that showed up at my home the first day were absolutely incredible! Ronaldo spoke with me, confirmed the scope of work and allowed me to walk him through any concerns I had. Again, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. These men were respectful of my time (as I was working from home), and my furniture (the few big items we weren’t able to move). They didn’t stop for continuous smoke or cell phone breaks, they asked to use my garage for lunch break and powered through to get the job done in just a couple of days. I couldn’t be happier with the final product and the overall experience!!! 5 STARS!!!!

First time in the Lady Lake store looking for tile, very professional staff, excellent selection. Worked with Pete, he is the best salesman I have ever worked with, he was very knowledgeable about the products in the store, he took his time with a lot of patience and understanding about what we wanted. Very happy with the outcome, would definitely recommend this company. I will be back!

We had new wood flooring installed today in 3 bedrooms.. cannot say enough about how professional, clean, neat and thoughtful the installers were. From our first experience with Trish in the showroom who helped with our selection to the installers today, it was an awesome experience. The installers were highly-qualified, respectful and conscientious. They treated our home with respect, were clean, efficient and got the job done in less time than anticipated. I stopped by to get an idea on flooring the living area in my house. The associate was very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the types of floors and offers available.

My parents had a great experience working with them, but I cant get them to even call me back to have someone come out and take measurements. I was assured they handled the Ocala area, but was cancelled on 2 different occasions and assured I would be called back with a different appointment. Never happened. The worst part is, my wife and I really were looking forward to the floor we had picked out. If the job was too small or we were too far away, it would have been nice to know upfront.

We found them great people to work with. Chris took care of us, and shown us that they really stand behind what they promise

Great Lakes Carpet & Tile have a good reputation and we’ve been happy with them in the past. We had an experience this time that was not great. Their subcontractor was not up to par and Great Lakes had to fire them, clean up all their work and re-install with new crews. The Great Lakes team did a good job keeping us informed and the General Manager had a special meeting with us and made sure he heard every one of our complaints. Bottom line - they turned a bad situation into a good experience. The floor looks awesome.

Kyle is great. In doing an addition on our home, We have incurred some bumps with the contractor, Kyle has gone way beyond the expected to make things work. Checking with distributor, dielot, quantity etc.
