I was asked what kind of ice cream I wanted my banana split to be made from...i was speechless so chocolate and vanilla were what I said. I paid $6.94 for a slightly upgraded hot fudge sundae. No pineapple, no strawberries,....this was after I requested a soft serve cone and was told their machine was not in service. This was awful.

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The staff is rude and seem not to care, the drinks are not made by Dunkin specification, and when I told the lady at the drive thru that was not what I ordered, she closed the window and proceeded to speak badly about me to the rest of the staff/manager, then opened the window and asked how I wanted it since thats how it comes. ....... just not how its made at EVERY dunkins Ive ever been to. Didnt pay, wasted my lunch break, left empty handed!

Good atmosphere. Friendly service. Only downside is it is super expensive.

Staff was awesome! Iced Lattes are tasty (I had Caramel Craze) and my mom had pistachio ice cream (Still has plenty of nuts!). - DJ Peace (on Spotify).

The cashier literally told us in drive thru that he was from Maine and had no idea what the flavors were. Nor could he ask. I said Ill come in and he thanked me. I go in, to nobody at the basking counter. Standing there for almost 10 minutes and the cashier in dunking tells me finally she takes my order. No ice cream for us that day.

I guess youd have to say 3 strikes, youre out. We have been here 3 times, giving this place chances. Every time, no chocolate ice cream! Most popular ice cream! Also, wanted marshmallow on one sundae and they had none of that either. Weve given them multiple chances, but well have to find another ice cream place to spend our money in.

The two girls working this Thursday night went over and above to make my night a little happy nice work ladies you both deserve a raise. Thanks for adding to a wonderful night.

We stopped in here and after waiting for help at the ice cream counter were finally informed we needed to order at the coffee counter after they served three people who came in after us. There seemed to be no interest in actually providing customer service.

The woman who took care of us was extremely nice and helpful. The place was squeaky clean. They were out of a lot of stuff, thats the only reason for the 3 stars

What a bad customer service by a specific old girl. if you have a bad day better do not attend to the public

One of the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They are always out of the top flavors because they do not care!!!! They would NOT give us a refund or our ice creams. They could have opened a quart, but didn’t. They (black boy and white girl) told us to come back tomorrow for a refund. At first they wouldn’t write on the receipt that they wouldn’t give us the ice cream or a refund, but after I said was going to call the police, the girl wrote on the receipt in marker that blend thru to the other side of the receipt that we wanted a refund as we didn’t receive anything. We went there for ice cream, not a refund. But these two would not help us at all! The owner is losing money with these two soda jerks as employees. The girl offered to open an ice cream to make our orders (after I said I was calling the police), but the guy told her not to make the orders. They both really should be fired!

Ice cream was excellent. Service left something else to be desired. It was early evening and there was one person behind counter...other person was on break. He acted like he really didnt want to be there. Very slow!

Macchiato was warm not hot, taste was not sweet, tasted only coffee. Two days ago the Macchiato delicious and hot.

Prices have gone up. I had the most unenthusiastic server i ever met. She actually made me uncomfortable. She obviously didnt know how to make an ice cream sundae!

If you want to be let down then this is the place to go to. Every time I go Im put on excessive waits in the Drive-Thru also they dont have things in stock you would be looking for something and it sure will be there so after driving all that way you have to substitute it for something you didnt want. I do feel bad about the negative review but its the truth I hope that they can get things organized again and also not be short-handed all the time

They have a policy you have to pay then go get your ice-cream. I found out today that some of the people order first then go stand in line to pay. This couple behind me ordered as they walked in then stood in line behind me. When I went to get my Ice cream I waited 5 minutes while they filled their order. If one can do that we all should be able to. Bad management on Baskin-Robbins part.

People are so slow dont know what they are doing.!! Out of stock on many things !!

The ice cream was good, but the lady was super slow, and constantly confused. It took for ever to get our order. Did not know how to ring up some items, and she said that she wasnt new. We will not be back.

They were courtious and clean, but they dont have my favorite flavor orange sherbert

12 minutes to get 2 large chocolate shakes and no one was in the store! Then when we get them one was filled so much it was coming out of the opening where the straw goes and the other was about an inch from being filled. This is the fourth and final time we will try badkin-robbins in lady lake/ the villages. Three times they couldnt make shakes.

Very disappointing experience!!! Waiting in an empt drive throw line for more than 10 minutes only to pull around to the window to find very few people in the store. The young man handed the first order out the window to find out he got it wrong. The second order they were out of and had to find something else. Very disappointing when you order a below 30 and get all candy pieces and very little ice cream. If I wanted a candy bar I would have saved $10 and bought a candy bar. It took them just over 30 minutes to make two below 30s.

They had no ice cream @ 8:30pm on 1/1/20And they suppose to close at 10😕 I was REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SOME ICE CREAM!😕

It was really dirty and there were bugs in the glass where the ice cream is kept...we did not eat there...disappointing.

Shake was great, but there is no guidance there.

Waited 10 minutes at the donut counter, cuz thats where you order ice cream. The couple ahead if me argued with counter about getting a donut for a penny. Then I waited to get a banana royale, the gal did not know how to make it - she literally put an entire banana and ice cream in the cup, nothing else. Such a waste of my time - will never repeat that in the Villages, booo!

Told the guy what ice cream i wanted 3 rimes while he looked right at me still git me the wrong ice cream put so much hot fudge it melted the ice cream before i got to enjoy it and so many sprinkles on my kids ice cream it seemed like a cup of sprinkles not a good ice cream joint

This is the worst customer service I have ever received the cashier has more additude then the store can hold second day in a row she has been rude and disrespectful to not only me but others as well so if you go in and its Mariella just walk away and save your self the headache.

Always great service, but the only thing I can nitpick is that they dont put sleeves in between the donuts. Thats about it.
