The Christmas flowers arrived 3 days late and within 2 days were wilted. They never responded to my call or email. By far the worst florist I have ever dealt with. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Absolutely a beautiful arrangement. They didnt have the actual plant i ordered but called and ask if a upgraded substitution would be okay at no additional charge. I was blown away with what they sent, I would use them again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU SO MUCH

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 3rd time Ive used them and am always disappointed. It feels like the typical bait and switch. They promise and amazing arraignment or you see a gorgeous one online and its always a disaster upon arrival. Price is astronomical and customer service is nonexistent. 100% guarantee?? Sure, try to get ahold of someone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered to be delivered Friday before mothers day. Got an email they were delivered at 7pm, but nothing was at my parents house, no knock on the door, nothing. The next morning my parents checked and the flowers were sitting in the sun at 930am, again no knock on the door.I called the shop Friday, no answer. Saturday I had to call at least 20 times before someone answered the phone and they said they were too busy to send me to a manager to talk, promising Id get a call by 3. She said she was the manager Alexis daughter, named Amanda. I never got a call. Amanda took my card number to issue a refund, but never did. I then called Sunday and spoke to someone, stating Alexis is yet again too busy but they are refunding me. Turns out Amanda is not the managers daughter. The driver took a picture of the flowers he delivered, in the sunlight in Florida! Wilted and with barely any water in the vase.I will never be ordering through this florist again. Buyer beware!!!Edit: finally got my refund days later. Statement says flowers of winter lake which is by Orlando. Ironically that shop also has absolutely horrid reviews.

The worst flower service I’ve ever purchased flowers from. Not only did they deliver on the wrong day, but they delivered something completely different from what I ordered and replaced it with something I never ordered without my consent. Also, it’s been almost a month and I have still not received my refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want terrible service and your order completely different from what you paid for.

My son spent over $70 to have flowers, candy, balloons, and a stuffed bear delivered to me on Mothers Day. Nothing arrived until the following weekend. No flowers. No balloons. No apology. A stuffed bear and a box of candy were left haphazardly on the porch either late Friday night or very early the next morning!There is NO Building except an abandoned old golf cart store, with a chain link fence around it! There phone number has only a message that there message box is full.

I wish it was possible to give less than one star because that’s what this place deserves. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and the flowers that were delivered were wilted, disgusting, and didn’t look anything like the online arrangement. They looked like flowers that were taken out of a dumpster and mailed to a customer for a special occasion. Honestly embarrassing to receive such an arrangement from a “florist”. I also tried calling them multiple times during business hours and received no answer. I then drove to the store address to find a mailbox in front of an empty lot surrounded by a fence in a residential neighborhood. This “business” should be shut down and no one should trust or waste their time or money on this “florist”.

I ordered flowers for Valentines day and they were never delivered. I was even nice and said they could just deliver them the next say even though they had missed the holiday which was the entire point. Still never delivered. I asked for a refund and they said I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get a refund. They also rarely answer the phone. So frustrating.

Next day. No flowers! Next day received flowers but not at all what was ordered. Red roses with purple flowers is what was ordered but received an arrangement with 3 orange roses and cheap fillers. They should be ashamed of themselves! Scammers!!!!

I ordered a plant to be delivered to my dad in the hospital. It was next day delivery. They did not deliver and the next day he discharged home. They finally called to say they didnt have the plant in stock. So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. A month later, still no refund. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!! They do not answer emails and barely answer the phone.

CAREFUL ! THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE AND FAKE COMPANY - THEY DO NOT EXIST ! After what is written below happened, my family drove to the address that is listed as the flower shop address and there IS NO SHOP. It’s someone’s shady looking house, with absolutely no flowers now sign nor nothing (see pictures below)I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates a day in advance to be delivered on mothers day. On the website it said mothers day special free delivery in the area... I ordered, and received a confirmation. The next day a lady on the phone said that they would be delivered before 6pm. Of course just like every other review on here, the flowers NEVER ARRIVED despite an email confirming that the flowers had just been delivered. The website says that they are open at 8am. My stepfather, sisters and mother and myself have called several times and of course no one is picking up the phone. How is this place still in business ? I live in France, so I have to have my family drive over to the store to speak to someone because no one is picking up the phone.

My sister-in-law ordered a centerpiece for my mothers birthday. The flowers arrived (a day late) and I posted a picture on Facebook thanking my brother and sister-in-law. My sister-in-law said it was the wrong arrangement and the florist would deliver the correct one the next day. Three days later no replacement has been received and phone calls are not answered. I am an over the road driver and ordered birthday flowers for my love since I could not be with her. I ordered through AVAS because they advertise as local not knowing that they subcontract to Flowers of Lady Lake to prepare and deliver. I explained that she would be leaving for 3 weeks so they needed to be delivered to the business location in the a.m. I made 5 calls beginning at 1pm with no response or return calls to resolve non delivery. They would not let me speak with a supervisor and simply stated that they are out for delivery and you will be emailed. She has now left for 3 weeks and never received her arrangement and I am left extremely dissappointed that her special day was treated with such disregard.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR AVAS EVER!!!

Terrible communication. I ordered flowers on a Saturday within the deadline for same day delivery. Emailed receipt says delivery day on THAT Saturday. Flowers were not delivered until Sunday morning! I left multiple voicemails and the phone was not answered. So, wrong day delivery, no replies to requesting a refund, AND my order was an extra ten dollars for a box of chocolate, which never came with the order when it was delivered! Horrible way of doing business. I would not recommend. Waste of money!

I ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered on a Saturday. Got an email they were delivered on Saturday which they were not. My parents who were receiving the flowers got a message that they would be delivered on Monday. No returned calls or returned emails. My parents never received their flowers on Monday either. My mom ended up going there Tuesday to talk to them. They had the flowers in the back which were now 4 days old and said they dont do refunds. There was NO marking on the building that it was a flower shop. Very sketchy. They said they hired out for deliveries but had no intention in trying to call, return my emails or deliver them again. HORRIBLE service!!!

Please do not use this flower shop! They never delivered my flowers and are not returning my calls.I ordered Mothers Day flowers to be delivered on Friday 5/12, a week in advance. I called on Friday morning and was assured that the flowers were out for delivery and would be there today and to call back closer to 4pm to ensure they delivered. I called at 3:30pm and the flowers still had not delivered. They tried to reach the driver and he was not available. I asked for a call back from a manager and still did not receive a call. I called again at 4pm and spoke with the manager Lauren. The only thing she could or would offer was a Monday delivery or a free refund. Neither of these options are acceptable. I asked for her to continue to call the driver and contact me back. At 4:30 I still had not heard anything and when I would attempt to call, the call would go to voicemail.I love to support small business but they make it very difficult to do so. The lack of care from them when they failed to deliver flowers timely is absolutely unacceptable.Again, do not do business with this company!!!

The flowers I ordered for Mothers Day were delivered a full week late. Half of them are dead, they were just dropped at the door with no apology for the horrible service that was provided. They had my phone number and never once called me to explain the reason, or lack there of, for not delivering my order in a reasonable and timely manor. I had to call/email the company a total of six times to get this situation rectified. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this company. I will never again use this company and would love to know I saved someone else the pain of having to deal with this place.

Flowers for a funeral we had here today were not delivered until the service had already started. The florist was to have had them here by 10am--which is what was specified on the delivery card--but they did not arrive until just after 11am. The delivery person then thought that she would walk into the sanctuary and place the flowers at the altar, even though the service was already in progress. Obviously, we did not allow that to happen. The family of the deceased--who had ordered the flowers--was very upset that their flowers had not arrived in time to be displayed in the sanctuary, and wondered why they found them in the narthex after the service. After explaining the situation, the family was advised to contact the florist and request a refund. We did not even get an apology from the delivery person for the flowers being late!All of this took place after the florist contacted us on Wednesday asking us if they could deliver the flowers on Thursday for our Friday funeral. They were told no because we always want fresh flowers--not day old flowers. They did that to us on a funeral a few weeks ago and the flowers looked awful by the next day.I would not recommend this florist to anyone!

Bad experience as well. Put in a flower delivery for a birthday several days in advance and was called at 6pm that night 3 different times because their driver couldnt find the location. Flowers were finally delivered two days late. Wont be using them again.

Just received a surprise fruit basket as a gift and while Im very thankful for the thought, I feel terrible that the sender wasted their money on this basket that has rotten fruit and the fruit is just thrown in here, no presentation at all. If I could give no stars I would.

Flower arrangement was terrible. Stems cut too short and not at an angle. Kept falling out of vase. The browning of stems led me to believe they were old and used flowers. They were top heavy and looked nothing like the picture on 1 800 flowers.

This place is very sketchy! No signs no entrance and lots of trash. We had flowers coming to us from someone and they say they left a note to call. No note but anytime we called they had disconnected phone, had no way to leave a message, or hung up just to disconnect phone. I actually drove over there and no way to get to anyone. The only time people came out was when I was leaving. This place has really outdone itself in poor customer service and satisfaction. Plus I still didnt get flowers.

I ordered flowers for my friends 95th birthday. I ordered on August 4th to be delivered August 9th 5 o’clock came and went and no flowers. I wrote an email with my complaint and low and behold they arrived at 8:30 that evening. 😡 will not be ordering here again.

Horrible experience.First off, the flowers were suppose to be delivered on Saturday, Sept.23. They flowers were never delivered. Since this was my birthday, I would not have know they were going to be delivered until my mother, who ordered them, informed me. She called on Sunday to see if I like them and I had to inform her that I didnt get anything nor knew they were delivered. She called them to ask where they were and they said I didnt answer the door. With no intention to re-deliver, my mom had to ask them to bring it out Monday. After calls every day if complaining that the flowers were not delivered, they finally delivered it on Wednesday. 4 days after my birthday. But the story doesnt get better.On Wednesday, a employee, JoAnn, called to verify my address. As I was explaining to her the location of my apartment building, she interrupted me by saying she would find it and then hung up the call. Due to the fact that I worked 0.8 miles from my apartment, I went to help her find the location. I called her back to let her know that I received the flowers and politely informed her that she was rude and disrespectful by hanging up the phone during the conversation. JoAnn decided to inform me that she had other deliveries to make and it sounded like I was not going to help her find my apartment. Once again, this conversation came off very rude and disrespectful. I then asked for her supervisors name and she was told me just to call the number and then hung up the phone. I called Flowers of Lady Lake and spoke with Alexis, who was not the supervisor, because I was informed one was not at the location at this time. Explained the situation to Alexis and she stated it would be followed up on. She then called JoAnn to inform her, which JoAnn then proceed to then call me back to apologize. Her apologize was insincere. I explained to her that I understand that she was having a bad day and has a lot of deliveries to make but she needed to be more respectful to people. She then continued with sarcasm by saying, youre right, I really need to stop worrying about getting all my deliveries done and start worrying about how to talk to people. JoAnn managed to turn a nice gesture into a horrible experience. Something needs to be done about her attitude and behavior because it was completely unacceptable and gives a negative feedback to the company. Instead of having the opportunity to call my mother and brag on the flowers, we had to discuss the method of how the flowers were delivered. Very poor customer service!!

Asked for next day, “ok”, next day still no flowers by 3, called and was asked “what time do they close?” Horrible florist, avoid!

Ordered flowers as surprise for my wife. They couldnt deliver the flowers on time and called my wife and ruined the surprise, as well as no flowers.

This has to be the worst florist Ive ever dealt with! Flowers were ordered several days before mothers day and were never delivered. They said that they attempted delivery but did not call or tag the door. They said they called the florist yet the person they said they spoke to doesnt even work there. They were not willing to send an apology arrangement and they also did not call back the florist or the customer to follow up. The answering machine did not even have a voice message other than to say mailbox is full. Do not use this florist!

Flowers were never delivered, several calls were made with no answer. Do not use this place.
