Replaced all the countertops with quartz.Adam and Johnny at the location were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a small miscommunication and they all went out of their way to get it corrected . The installers Mitch and Nick were very professional and did a great job. Without a doubt the best remodel experience I have had since moving to the villages.

From the planning and selecting, to the fit and finish, they installed numerous windowsills and countertops in my medical/surgery center and it looks fabulous and is perfect! They even returned to drill additional holes for computer wiring pass-throughs, and faucets. I had new granite countertops installed in my Kitchen and also in my masterbath and guest bath. I had so many choices of granite to choose from!! They were very helpful in getting me in to do the layout of the templates before I had to leave. The installers arrived early and were very nice and excellent installers. Overall I couldn’t be more happy with the job that was done, I thought I got a very good price for all the work that was done. I used their plumber to hook up all my sinks and he was fast and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about the company and their employees.

I had some issues initially when the granite was installed and I was not happy. However, Kirk, Al, Omar, Leo and Lilly made everything right. The cuts on the granite were great, the caulking was so much better and professional. The sink was great. Their desire to make things right shows they do care about their workmanship. I will recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had the best experience with Ultimate Granite the Villages. Great customer service! We placed an order on Saturday and on Monday my wife called to see if she could change our selection.....that was no problem. Adam was very flexible and patient. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. The price was $2,500 less than the three other bids we had received. The plumber, Allen, did a great job installing the sinks and adding a garbage disposal. Would highly recommend!

How to start I almost paid way to much. Double to be precise . I told my sales person I liked the granite at Ultimate Granite in The Villages. My sales person told me a crazy wild tale. About how great his company was and how bad Ultimate Granite was. I asked him why is his price more then double Ultimate Granite’s price. He told me buy price do it twice and he would buy the granite only at Ultimate Granite and do the work. I almost did it. But then I started asking my friends in The Villages who they used. Everyone used Ultimate Granite The Villages and no one had problems like the salesperson said. I when with Kirk and Adam at Ultimate Granite The Villages. My kitchen is done now and is the talk of the block. Professional company with professional install team and great plumber. I don’t want to use the name of company that lied to me in Wildwood. Beautiful stone. After an initial scheduling issue caused by COVID-19, they jumped in and made things right. Their template makers, stone installers and plumber were all on time, professional and first rate. Little wonder they get so much business from Villagers.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable customer service. Walked through the aisles of granite with me and told me about granite and how to care for the stone. Helpful on choosing the three sinks and counter edges that worked best for me. We did two bathrooms and the kitchen. Measuring process was quick. Laser pattern gentleman was very efficient. Install day came and the two young men were on time, careful of our surroundings and very efficient. The installer is an artist with his electrical tools. We are very pleased with the entire process of Ultimate Granite and we would definitely recommend. A very professional business.

Incredible experience! We’ve had granite installed before at our other house in the villages but the team at ultimate granite far surpassed the previous experience. Honest, true and dependable. They even showed up early on the day of install and their professional installers had 2 1/2 bath house with full kitchen completed in 5 hrs.

Very impressed with all the people with Ultimate Granite. Great selection and price. Sales, layout and installation people and plumber efficient and pleasant .

Maybe it was because mine was such a small job, but it was a complete disaster. Weeks and weeks of excuses as to why it wasnt getting done - from no one to pick up the piece(small enough it could have fit in a VW bug) to piece getting broke. They finally came with the small counter piece but no backsplash - which they never did deliver, leaving a large gap. They never offered to make it right and when I asked for my money back I was told they would see. 2-3 more months of ignored calls, no money back and no product, I had to go to my credit card company to get the payment back. Would NEVER use them or recommend them. If a small job was this bad I wouldnt trust them to do a big job.

I shopped around central Florida going to many places. Ultimate had the best prices and by far the best service. From the salesman to the installer everyone was friendly and very knowledgable. There was never no pressure. We even changed granite during the process and they never complained. The person who templated my two bathrooms and kitchen, was the same person who fabricated and installed it. His final product fit perfectly with tolerances of less then 1-16th. That is unbelievable! Steve seems great. And they do have a large selection. However...We visited multiple times in order to be sure of our selections. We then left a deposit with the installer to ensure the granite we chose would be held for our project. When it was time to do our job. Ultimate had sold our granite. Not cool and very unprofessional.We decided to use a different installer and different supplier.

We are so thrilled with our new Quartz, we had such a great selection to choose from and seeing the whole slab made a big difference.The owner was wonderful and had our install in a week after it was measured.
