CSC Integrations installed my new Next Hello doorbell. I am extremely satisfied and will be using CSC again for future Nest product installs. CSC were extremely quick to respond to my query with a reasonable quote. My new doorbell was installed and working within a couple of days of contacting CSC. The installer was very prompt and efficient. He was likewise, knowledgeable about the product and the app; and cheerfully checked out my existing thermostat and furnace for compatibility with the Nest Thermostat. The new doorbell works perfectly; zero issues.

I used CSC to install a Nest thermostat on an older heater/AC unit. They did a great job. They were able to quickly make an appointment and install it. Explained how the device worked and the installation went smoothly with no problems. I will use them for other work.

If you are need of solutions for a NEST product, these are the guys to hire. We have an older home with boiler fired hot water heat. When we added air conditioning this summer we went through 3 HVAC contractors to try and get our two NEST thermostats to run the systems with no luck. Sean came out and looked over the systems, ordered two relays and returned two days later to complete the install - systems all work perfectly.They know the equipment, very professional.

If there is no star option, I would give this company the lowest point due to their lack of reliability in coming when we had an appointment.We made an online appointment and they did not show. They were very polite when we called when they did not show. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule only to have them not show a second time. This morning, when the technician was late for 15 minutes, we called only to find out if someone will show up and received a call back an hour later. Being that we both work full time with busy schedule is very difficult to simply wait at home for someone who is not coming. The company wanted to reschedule a third time, although our trust in them is very poor. I cant believe​ that they did it a second time. We dont feel that they really respected the importance of making their appointment and our time.

This has set my bar very high as to how contracted work for a home should be done. From start to finish these pros gave an amazing impression on me. They respond very quickly to RFQ, they have an amazing scheduling system, and payment couldnt be any easier. The contractor that came out to fix my furnace wiring was extremely knowledgable, didnt have problems finding my place like all the other rookies, fixed my problem quickly and even told me exactly what he fixed and expected next steps. Class act and as good as it gets.

They came out to install a Nest Doorbell at my home. I have to admit, in todays world of horrible contractors, I assumed this appointment would be no different. Boy was I wrong. They were professional and very attentive to the small details. They did a great job and I couldnt be more pleased. I will absolutely hire them again.

I really liked:- The fact that quote, appointment scheduling and payment can all be done online- How prepared and friendly the specialist I talked to was- How quick and autonomous the technician wasI didnt like that:- I commented the original quote online and I had to call to get an answer after almost one week- I called twice to try to reschedule my appointment before years end but I never got a call back from the responsible- Probably a consequence of the previous point: the technician showed up at my door 1 day in earlier (January 2nd instead of January 3rd) but I never received any notification about that

I needed to install a common wire maker to make my Nest thermostat work properly. Ive scheduled the visit via web just several days in advance, the technician showed up precisely at scheduled time, has completed the work well, and charged me the price advertised on their site.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Solved the problem in no time. I would definitely use them again.
