The owner of collision Doctor, Chris is a knowledgeable upfront guy and very professional. We discussed what needed to be done and the cost and he did what he stated he would do and he did it very well. Im fussy and have the experience to understand quality workmanship. I was concerned prior to the repair and Im very happy with the results.

I brought my vehicle to them in 2016 because they were listed by State Farm as a preferred vendor. I would never take my vehicle back here. Unfortunately there were no helpful reviews of this place back then. I have to look at their terrible workmanship every single time I walk up to my car.I had minor damage to two doors from someone backing into me while I was parked. They kept my vehicle for a lot longer than they estimated and never called to update me. I had to call them every few days and kept getting the same runaround that it would only be one more day.When I was finally notified to pick up my vehicle it was very late in the day and I had little time to find a ride over to the shop. Since it was after sunset, I could not see that they did a terrible job on the paint. You can clearly tell even after two years. The finish on the doors does not match the fenders, it’s cloudy and you can see their attempt to fixed the dents.They were also supposed to detail the exterior of my vehicle, in accordance with State Farm’s included services, but it looked like they just sprayed it down with water right before I showed up. No one bothered to dry it so that I wouldn’t get water spots and dust on the ride home.

Horrible experience! The woman at the counter acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. She was rude and disrespectful. I guess it was because I am of Hispanic decent. I was born in the US and English is my first language, so really there is no reason for her to exhibit rude behavior. Unless she is racist against Hispanics. If you are Hispanic or look like you not a white american, the people at Collision Doctor want noting to do with you. Id advise you take your business else where!

Very nice people, decent work

Collision Doctor fixed my car about two years ago and it was the worst thing that ever could have happened to my car. My car should have been totaled but they misjudged the amount of damage done to my car, and then tried to fix the rest out of pocket. They did such an awful job fixing my car that i have had to go to other places and get their work redone. Every body shop I have been to is shocked beyond belief that a body shop could do that crappy of a job. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money and time. I was without a car for almost five months when they were fixing my car. It has been almost two years, and i have had to get everything they fixed redone. The place i recently took my car said I COULD HAVE DIED because one of the parts was not installed right. PLEASE do not waste your time or money YOU WILL REGRET IT. They do not care about your safety or your time!
