I was in an immediate need for repair on two commercial vehicles. Lane at Mr. Muffler had one vehicle back on the road in 4 hours and the second just a few hours after that. Prices were extremely fair. First class all the way around. He came highly recommended by three mechanics I know in town. Now I know why.

Called to get cats replaced on a CTS was told theyre too hard to change theres all kinds of stuff in the way I dont want it guess I know why theyre called Mr. Muffler and not Mr. Exhaust.

Holy smokes am I sorry I came to Mr. Muffler!!! I just needed them to weld a piece. From all the way across the shop--were talking 3 bays--I could see what a horrible job the guy was doing. When he was finished, I expressed my dissatisfaction at which time he went to get the boss. Bossman explained that thats what happens when you weld stainless steel. My nephew, a former welder, was with me and he pointed out all the things the welder did wrong. The Bossman comes up with another excuse of if you want it done right, you have to either TIG or MIG weld it and they dont have the equipment. I asked him why he didnt inform me of this before beginning the job. He replied that his customers dont care what the weld looks like. But then he wouldnt take my credit card, so I put a $20 bill on the desk. No way would I ever do any kind of business with this kind of shop again. I only wish I was able to post photos with this review so that you could see the horribleness that I left that shop with. Now Ill have to get another piece--hopefully out of a junk yard to save money--and do it all over again.
