This store always smells so pretty. I mean, the aromas can guide any blind person right on in the door.The store is neat and clean and the employees are helpful. Looks like they added a few more check out counters.

One of my favorite fragrance places. The room sprays are my favorite products in this store. They have so many amazing scents. Some of the scents for the body care products are not my type but everyone likes what they like. Overall, it is a great place to shop.

I came to the mall in Lafayette with my cousin. We decided to go to Bath & Body Works for their annual sale. They were quite busy! The workers were also busy but they were polite. The store was clean. And I was able to find a lot of products I like! I really enjoyed the sales. They also have great coupons. The cashiers were really nice too!

Usually the BBW experience is great but I did not feel welcome nor safe as a guest at this location. Manager Erin was rude and very unfriendly. Not what I expected from the BBW family.

Up until a few months ago, I didnt realize yall had a mens collection. I love the teakwood! My only complaint for anything about the store is that every time I go in they are sold out of the teakwood cologne. Every single time. Theres plenty of everything else in the mens but never that particular cologne. I understand that its popular, but I would think that any popular item would be ordered more often. But I might just have to go online to get it. Other than that, I love the store and its products!

The prices are great I always good deals, and a lil something for everyone to like.
