I love everything about this store! Ive been looking for a black owned beauty supply to support and this is THE one! The ladies greeted me so enthusiastically with hey beauty as soon as I walked through the door. They were extremely sweet and helpful! I wasnt watched with hawk eyes or followed around the store which was a first for me. The store is set up very nicely and is extremely organized. The music playing made me feel like I was right at home! I was very satisfied with my experience here and will be a returning customer!! Make the right choice and shop with Black Beauty!!! I ordered a couple of products on the website from Texas and my items came to me in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact that the day after my items came in, I received a call from the business asking me how everything came in by leaving a voice message. Talk about Customer Service!!! Though I was unable to receive the call the voicemail alone made me feel appreciated and that my business was of value. I will be back to shop online.
