Very clean and really well organized store with a beautiful set up. A variety of foods, desserts, fresh sushi, groceries and liquors along with a cute store attached with housewares and smell goods! Love to shop here!

I love this store...but the prices are quite ridiculous. For a chicken salad. $12.99.. I understand that you pay for quality and thats why I shop there. But the ready to go food is way over priced. The mark up is way over other stores with quality food. Please think about the consumer a little more. Thanks!!

If you like Chicken salad, Tuna salad, Potato Salad, or Handmade Pies... this is the grocery to go to, also Ive noticed their wine/cheese/freezer section is better than most major retailers. Customer service is hit and miss, but so are the usual customers shopping there, so its understandable. That river ranch mentality frequents the aisles.

The snacks are super expensive, but thats typical for movie theatres, I got free refills so its not that bad. They recently got new seats I think and boy are they comfy I love them.

Were regulars at Champagnes but very recently tried the Wagyu filets. Have to say these were some of THE BEST filets weve ever had. More flavorful than prime, and impossibly tender. Cant wait to try he Wagyu strips next time.

Wonderful customer service, the best wine and cheese selections in town, fresh seafood, lots of local items to choose from, amazing hot lunch meal options, as well as cold options, they have the freshest produce in town and the store is always in tip top shape. I frequent this store and have always had a wonderful experience there. I highly recommend shopping here, and the best part about it is that its local. : )

Convenient for last minute groceries!

I usually go to Champagnes everyday I live around the corner and I work next door but I will no longer spend my money here. I was racially profiled. I ordered a plate lunch from the deli and realize I didnt have enough money the total was 8.99 and I only had $5 I told the lady I was going to go get some more cash when I went to exit my job which I was followed by the Manager Sarah she told me she was making sure I was coming back to pay for my plate lunch I never had any problems at this store until this day. When I notified Sarah (the manager) I told her I was uncomfortable that I was followed to pay $8.99 she told me it doesnt matter that she would follow anyone and for that I will no longer shop at this store and I encourage anyone that doesnt have enough money at their transactions DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL BE FOLLOWED AS TOLD BY THE MANAGER HERSELF..

Great market tucked away in a little plaza. A little pricy, but any specialty market will be. There is an on-site butcher working from morning to early afternoon. With regular, prime, and aged beef selections, along with seafood, pork, chicken, stuffed meats, specialty sausages, many different pre-made sides, and ect, with a pie bakery connected to it. Not a supermarket, but by no means is it small or lacking in products. I highly suggest stopping at least once simply to be able to expand your cooking selection, and take mental notes for another time.On a side note, i had originally gone there for a bone in prime rib roast, but for special cuts like that you should call ahead and they will get the butcher to make the cuts, then they will pack the meat and save it for you to pick up when your ready since the butcher stops around 2p.m.

My absolute favorite local supermarket. Always the freshest produce and deli options. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. One of the best liqueur selections around and the same can be said for their charcuterie components. I love their chantilly cake too!!

I work for Antonis Italian Cafe across the street from Champagnes in the Oil Center. If I cant find certain kinds of ales, cheese, etc...I always seem to find them at Champagnes.

I like supporting this local grocery. They carry a few things I cant get anywhere else in Lafayette, Richards bacon and St. Joseph Homestead locally grown baby lettuce. The spicy Asian mix is the best!

Very clean story. Very helpful associate in Deli. We noticed they carried Boars Head. We asked for a specific product that we didnt see displayed and they immediately offered to order it for us. Gentlemen in meat department offered assistance quickly. Young lady in the specialty cheese area was nice! Nice selection of wine.

The meat department is second to none. Wine, liquor and beer department better than most. Great employees great service, in and out no wait time.

Love the location, the staff, and selection of grocery items. Recently theyve increased the amount of sausage and ground pork. This had been helpful since were eating at home more often. The deli had a good selection of hot items as well. The cauliflower boudin is delicious!

They have some of my must haves: take and bake ciabatta baguettes, fried gyoza, apple wood smoked bacon.

On Sunday morning, October 25, I was standing in line for the customer who was being waited on to finish, like most people, you look at the items on the shelves to your left and/or right. When I looked up, the cashier had walked away and I was just standing there with my items in my hand. Learned her name is LeAnn . . . a manager! Rude to say the least. I asked the cashier next to me where did she go? She didnt know but helped me once she finished with her customer (Bridget on her name tag); thank you for your hospitality. Security was standing by and witnessed.

Nice store, I enjoy coming for their cakes. The prices are a bit high and I dont find the platelunches very appetizing. But the workers are very nice and friendly.

I bought a pork roast, and a pack of pork steaks for barbecue. Opened the steaks and they were literally rotten, the smell was ungodly. I then decided to open the pork roast, also spoiled beyond belief. I called, and was told they could not refund without a reciept.I tossed the rotten meat and just decided not to shop there anymore. In fairness, Ive shopped there for almost 2 years, and that was my only bad experience. But it was bad enough, especially with the bad customer service when I called.

Unquestionably the most expensive supermarket in Lafayette area. I avoided whenever possible.

I was hungry for BBQ figured since it was Sunday I would go to Champagnes Grocery their BBQ dinners are at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend the BBQ plate lunches every Sunday

The cranberry-walnut chicken salad is awesome! Their pastries are delicious. Reminds me of a fancy bakery. Its really good! I tried the hotdogs with chili, I really liked them too. Ill try other things over there and make sure to post my review. So far, so good.

Awesome service and very clean and organized. The cheese and wine lady is always so so polite and she is so cheerful and outgoing. She has actually got me and my daughter to buy quite a few different samples that she was sampling all because of her personality and her being so customer oriented. Gosh I really wanted to put her name on this review but I cant seem to remember it. I just called up there and asked customer service what the ladies names were that works in the cheese and wine department and the 4 names that she told me does not ring a bell, but Im going to just go ahead and say five stars 2 Champagnes in the oil Center and especially to the cheese and wine department for upselling products and always keeping a smile on their faces. By the way, the lady that Im talking about has long brown hair. And she has two daughters. One of her daughters is very shy and the other daughter is very outspoken. Just like her.👍👍

Wonderful store-made rolls! I needed a huge salad, rolls and presentation roses and arrangements for a large event. The ladies in the deli were so sweet and got all the food together-usually you have leftover salad but they added lots of cucumbers and tomatoes and it was delicious!The florist did an outstanding job on the arrangements and rose bouquets. The ladies recieving them thought they were beautiful and so did I.Highly recommend!!

The ladies at the Liqour counter this morning were kind and courteous. I was just stopping in as an out of town we and they were very helpful.

Love this place especially on wednesdays.

They want to charge $8.50 a pound for spaghetti..... that is a rip off hamburger only cost $4 a pound and pasta sauce and onions cost them basically nothing their prices are just way too high unreasonable actually

Champagnes Market is a wonderful grocery. They have an outstanding wine and liquor selection but I go for the freshly cooked entrees and sides. I stock up on three or four a week to bring to work for lunch. Currently my favorite is lasagna. Also, it seems to be the only place I can find the Cucumber-Lime Gatorade! There is a connected Subway sandwich shop, also.

This market has everything you could ever need. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming as well. A very well kept and clean store.

My awesome local market! They are doing exciting renovations and really expanding their deli and bakery - delicious food for on the go. This will be the second year we ordered our fried turkey for Thanksgiving from them - a huge hit when we walk in with our beautiful yummy turkey!!!

The hidden gem in the Oil Center. We go there almost every other day for quick shopping trips or prepared foods. Its clean, well stocked, well attended by an excellent, courteous staff and rarely crowded, even at peak times.It is a little small and pricey for major grocery trips, and they close a little early at 8 PM on week nights, so it is best to go right after work.

Best wine and cheese section in town! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when looking for a good wine or cheese. Recently remodeled the produce section. Its a small grocery store so they dont have as big a selection as a larger one.

I liked the store🤔, normally dont put my review or comment on stuff like this, but its actually good 🤔. Very calm, clean and it seems like its cheaper than Walmart and any other market place, I will recommend to friends and my husband

It is a nice store, they are remodeling to make things nicer. They have a large variety of foods to choose from that would please quite a few palates. It is a little pricey but you can find most of what you want. They even have seasoned meats that are salt free if you are on a low sodium diet.

Local grocery in Lafayette. I try really hard to spend my money at the local places rather than the larger chains. They had a great selection and a helpful staff. This isnt Megalomart; if you need bread and a kayak go elsewhere. If you want friendly folks and a good selection youre going to like it here.
