JUST AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!

I went there with my wife for tires and alignment. Was told I needed inner tie rods. They were installed as well.First, when my wife left, she had to return due to a clicking in her wheels. Turns out they had put the balancing weight on wrong side of the wheel and it was hitting the caliper. Then, they lost her rim cap and they had to replace it.And now my car. Asided from the issue above, when I came back, after having another mechanic looking at my car. ( Reason being, my front end was eating my tires.) When I brought it in, the outer part of tire was worn from alignment. When I left, inner part of the tire was being worn and my front end was very Shakey. Granted, a period of 5 mo. Had passed. When I spoke with the mechanic, he now told me( after 2 minutes under my car) that I needed OUTER TIR RODS, and a main Bering for one side. I purchased the parts. But took them to another shop where I was told that my only problem was that they had not tightened the tie rod AT ALL. It was 2 threads form coming off and possibly killing me and my family. The Owner, at first tried to dispute whether or not I was a legitimate customer. Once I produced receipts, he then told me it may have been a previous owner. Once he saw it was HIS signature on the reciept, he said I can re align your car but nothing more.To those who choose to see this place as a reliable, competent, establishment, to service the vehicles that transport the ones you love I hope and pray you will first consider the well being of those who will be in your vehicle.Thank youJoel Smith,
