I went in for the first oil change for my A6. I was greeted at the car by my service advisor who called me by name and welcomed me. I was going to wait since it was a simple oil change. My advisor approached me with 2 minutes of getting to the waiting area and told me that I had 2 software recalls on my car. He said that he had a loaner for me if I needed it since it would take a few hours for the recall work. I took the loaner and took care of a few errands. They called promptly in 2 hours and said that my car was ready. These guys are top notch and very professional! Great place to buy and get service!

Worst experience with this Audi dealership location. Their after service is trash and if you didn’t buy the car from them, they don’t treat you good. I went their 3 times to get my Audi connect approved as only the dealership can approve the agreement. The first time they said they don’t have anyone to do it. The 2nd time they said the sales person will be there a month after. I went their a month after only for them to make me wait for 45 minutes and ask me to come back. One of the dealers literally said YOU DID NOT BUY CAR FROM US. They are only encouraging us to buy future cars from elsewhere. I love Audi but didn’t expect this from this location. I would prefer Baton Rouge location as they are not biased.

So I dropped off my 2013 Audi S8 for warranty service on the oil separator causing a whistling sound. After the multi-point inspection, I was contacted by the Service Advisor, who recommended over $1000 worth of service item, such as wiper blade, cabin air filter, vehicle air filter and battery replacement. I turned this down. So they next day I receive a phone call that my A/C was no longer working. Never mind that I live in the south and if the A/C is not working, I would know prior to dropping it off. So I turn down the A/C not working repair, as it sounded suspicious. After receiving my vehicle I notice, the AC001 A/C high pressure switch/sensor -G395- on the Recommended but not performed area of the receipt, which is strange considering that I turn down the repair, Audi service department seem to know exactly which part need to be replaced, which is hard to believe that since I turn down the repair, that they spent the diagnostic time to locate the exact part that is the culprit.During the repair of the separator, this require the removal of the front bumper and coolant pipe, the location is mighty close to the A/C high pressure switch/sensor.Anyone else dropped their vehicle off at this dealership get the A/C not blow cold air issue? I end up taking my vehicle to another mechanic shop for a $470 repair which consist of changing said sensor. Maybe it is all a coincidence. But the timing is just way too close for comfort.UPDATE: Got a call from service manager on 7/16. Basically, consists of going back and fore on he says/she says. I understand there no way to proof if there were any wrongdoing or it was just a timing issue that the A/C is not working. My review is to provide other Audi driver with a beware and don’t get duped message. But with your location being the only one in Lafayette, I guess Audi customer don’t have any options.Audi Customers: Just make a video of yourself going over your vehicle and check that everything is working just fine before the drop off and you should be good to go!

Ryan at Audi Lafayette was amazing. At first I was a little apprehensive about buying a vehicle out-of-state, but between Ryan, Sutton, and Chris the process was seamless. The paperwork was processed on Monday and by Thursday my car was on my driveway, delivered via transport arranged through the dealership. I would highly recommend. Ryan went above and beyond answering all my questions even on his day off. He texted me pictures of my car and even sent me pictures as it was on the transport truck leaving the dealership making its way to me in Florida. Thank you all!!

Im based in Houston, Texas and have a bad habit of buying at least 2-3 cars a year. Was currently shopping for a preowned Audi S8, and found one at Audi Lafayette. Spoke to Kenn Posey, who was awesome on the phone. I waited a bit too long and the car got a deposit from another buyer :-(Kenn stayed in touch with me in case things didnt work out, and sure enough, the car became available again! Kenn and the entire team, including Frank Gonzalez as well as Sutton Lewis were all awesome to work with; upfront, easy, no pressure. Ended up flying in to see the car personally and it was exactly as described!Great dealership to work with, highly recommended!

Came go Audi Lafayette after visiting various other dealerships from Baton Rouge to Lafayette. The experience was quite stellar. I started with the salesman Dylan who had a laid back sales approach. He listen to my interest and gave adequate suggestions.Once I decided on my choice of any Audi A7, I meet with Mr. Frank Gonzalez who gave me the time to call my credit union to see their APR. Once I got my rate he decided to match it,which saved me a trip to my credit union saving time and paperwork. Mr Gonzalez had a very professional demeanor and made my experience better than the multiple sales managers I met at the other dealerships in the area.Next, I sat down with the finance manager Mr. Gary Parker who was extremely personable with his business approach. He asked questions that would help me feel comfortable with the purchase of my car. It lead to me purchasing extended warranty, gap and tire/wheel warranty. I feel protected with my purchase. I have told all my friends about the experience. I will keep spreading the word. I will be back for my next purchase.

Recently, I determined I needed to purchase a second vehicle for myself to garage in Texas to cover Texas and Oklahoma for the large geographical segment of my territory for work. I did my research and decided on the Audi Q5.Through my employer, we have a program that is called True Buyer and it allows us to put in those specifications for the vehicle and it locates them within a given radius to your desired location. Well, what it can’t prepare you for is the individuals you’ll be dealing with during the car buying experience. I was given 3 dealerships to choose from.I was very busy traveling and couldn’t really stop right then to vet the actual vehicle. But, knowing there were several within a 3 hour drive really helped. It took 3 weeks for Kenn and I to speak, but it was truly his professional, patient persistence that won him the final sale here. He never gave up, and he never overstepped the boundaries of this busy career woman.We worked the financing end over the phone and email. I was still traveling, of course, and when I finally made it to the dealership to get my beautiful vehicle it was a perfect union without even one minor moment of anything other than a professional experience. I was in and out in 30 min.Hopefully, this helps anyone out there looking for an experience in buying a car to have a pleasant one instead of that similar to a root canal. Mine was never better, and I’m 53...not my first rodeo.Grateful customer,Shelly

In November of 2017, my husband and I walked into Audi Lafayette to simply look at vehicles. This was the first dealership we visited and we were not intending to make a purchase. We hadn’t even settled on any particular brand vehicle. During our visit, we were so pleased with everything - from the patience our sales rep had allowing us to test drive three separate models, to the finance manager taking time to get to know us better - the experience was outstanding. In the end, we traded in our Lexus and drove away in a 2018 Audi Q7!

We stopped by Audi this past Saturday afternoon. There was no welcome at all (no hello, how are you?, nothing). We walked around for about 15 minutes, checking out the various vehicles, without anybody (including the numerous employees we saw hanging around the dealership) acknowledging us before we finally left. I appreciate that these are unprecedented times and we, too, have seen people out and about just because they are stir crazy. We, however, were not those people. Moreover, because we were not sure if the dealership was open at all, we did call in advance and we did ask if an appointment was preferred and we were told no, come on in. That is what makes this experience even more frustrating.That being said, we did have very welcoming experiences at other dealerships which we appreciated.I am happy to inform you that we purchased a vehicle from another dealership last evening- while practicing social distancing as well as the additional safety practices recommended at present.Thank you again for your response. Ive been looking for a 2014 Audi RS5 Convertible for months with the ventilated seats, aluminum package, and every bell and whistle Audi could put on the RS5. After months of searching every site Audi of Lafayette posted a beautiful 2014 black on black RS5 convertible with all the bells and whistles and my ventilated seats, sporting the aluminum package. I called as soon as I received the email alert and began my awesome buying experience with Matt while sitting at my desk in West Virginia. It was near closing time and I asked Matt what he need from me to hold the RS5, because I was going to buy it no matter what. I sent Matt what he needed and he said I will call you tomorrow and we will start the paperwork. 10 min later I get a text from Matt with a picture of my RS5 sitting behind the dealership. The next morning Matt text me with a good morning and lets me know hes on his way into work and will call me in 20 min. Matt made sure my wife and I knew what was going on the whole time and like we were sitting at his desk even though we were over 1,000 miles away. Matt has been the person you want to meet you at the door when it comes the time to buy your next car. The reviews that others have written are a testament to the character of Matt and Audi Lafayette. Once Matt has found you the perfect car and found the best rate that works for you and your budget, Gary steps in and puts the bow on your experience. Gary is a straight shooter like Matt and wont sell you anything you dont need or dont want. If he makes a suggestion of this will cover you because this wont then you might want to pay attention. Overall this really has been a great experience and thats why Im writing a review. Every time I get in my RS5 Ill of course love my RS5 but also love that I didnt have to go through hell to get it and deal with a bunch of con artist that pulled one over on me and now Im paying for it for the next 5 years. Buying a car is an experience to remember. How do you want your next car experience to be?

First and foremost, In 34 years of buying cars, Mel Potier is my favorite salesperson ever. She’s honest, informed, courteous and most of all patient. She is very likeable and treated my daughter and I like family. This state of the art dealership is super clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities. There is a zero pressure feel and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. These guys are super organized. I noticed one small cosmetic issue after a month of driving my Q7 that appeared to be my fault but I knew it was a dealer mistake. They replaced my whole front grill with barely a question asked. This is also the first dealership ever where the finance manager treated me with full transparency, respect and ethics.

If youre anything like me, shopping for a new car can be stressful. I like to get out and look around in peace. I hate when salesmen run up to you while still in the car. When I arrived Walter came outside to greet me, in the most respectful and humble manner ever witnessed. He was not pushy or overwhelming at all. After getting the vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive, he rode in the back and explained different features to me, which I thoroughly enjoyed since Id never owned an Audi before. After deciding on this car, I had to get with my bank for finances. During this period Walter in a very classy manner kept in touch with me and kept me up to date on the vehicle. The day I was ready Walter was not, he was off, however after calling him, he got dressed and came in on his off day! I was elated, that type of customer service is slim these days. I was extremely pleased with everyone there, they all smiled thanks and congratulated me! Audi Lafayette is the best dealership ive visited thus far in Louisiana and ive been to more than 10 in the last few weeks.

Its obvious he knew what he was talking about. Honestly, I was a little wary of traveling all the way to Lafayette. There are two Audi dealerships that are closer but I made a great decision. I will start off by saying I am completely in love with my Audi. It’s beautiful and so exciting to drive. I’ve loved it from the moment I saw it. However, I do wish I’d purchased it elsewhere. The customer service I received at this dealership was absurd. This was my first car purchase and the particular salesman I’ve dealt with (Craig Andrus) made my first car buying experience nothing short of a nightmare. I feel like he took advantage of me being a young woman buying a car for the first time. For one, he was not knowledgeable of my car at all. How can you sell something and know absolutely nothing about it? He told me twice that my car didn’t have a back up camera, and it does. He didn’t tell me about parking assist, which could’ve helped in tremendous ways. Every spec I know about my car, I had to learn on my own. I used to work in sales, and we were trained to be knowledgeable of our inventory, but I guess this doesn’t apply to Audi Lafayette? Extremely unprofessional if you ask me. Train your employees to know the cars they sell!!! Also, before purchasing the car, I was denied a discount and promised (by Craig) that Audi would be responsible for removing two small dents on the car door, free of charge, but he has never followed up with me about this matter. I’ve tried to call him numerous times, left multiple voicemails, to no avail. When I finally was able to get in touch with him MONTHS later, he says, “I’m sorry, I don’t remember making that promise to you, and I must’ve missed your calls because I had a full plate.” Whaat? Are sales people not supposed to build relationships with their clientele? Follow up? Why not just discount me the car? No integrity, and extremely unethical. So I decided to share my experience here, and I’m considering consulting an attorney about this. I did speak with Mandi H., who of course never returned my call. Totally deceitful dealership! All I can say is, if you are shopping here, make sure you know everything there is to know about the car you want FIRST, and make sure EVERY promise is documented.

1 Star was giving them more than they deserve. I completed a deal on a Used 2017 Audi A4 from this dealer, paying a deposit and everything. Then the recall on the A4s hit and they informed me that they could not sell me the car until it got fixed, the day before I was coming to pick the car up. That was not the issue, i was willing to wait. While I was waiting for the recall parts to arrive, this dealership decided to SELL THE CAR TO ANOTHER PERSON, despite my deposit still being held by them for the car! They fronted the whole thing by suggesting that another car came in but would be a higher price. It was not until I turned down the higher priced option that they called to tell me that the car that I contracted was sold to someone else.Purchaser Beware - until you have driven off the lot with the car, you have not purchased anything with this dealer. Deposits MEAN NOTHING!!!I was even interested in the higher priced car, but with nearly double the miles on the car plus a reported accident (vs none on the one that I first wanted) I did not consider the higher price a reasonable option.New update!!Even more interesting - I happened to find the post that they put on facebook congratulating the person that bought the car. I made a comment about it on the post - and I see they took the posting down! So they sold the car on the 12th of August and started talking to me on the 15th to Out of the Blue send me a text seeing if i was interested in the other used A4. It took them until today the 21st to tell me that they sold the car only because I said that I just wanted the one that I contracted for. Pretty sneaky Audi Lafayette!

I purchased a 2013 Denali from there on Sept 25. The 3rd row seats were missing in the vehicle and the dealership agreed to order a new set prior to me driving 1.5 hrs to store. Ive called the store several times and have spoken with both new and used car managers whom both promised to return my calls with tracking/shipment information but neither has. Now I seem to be receiving the run around since taking delivery of my vehicle. I expected premium service from a premium dealership however this has been the opposite. As of now I still have a vehicle in my yard that is useless to my wife and family .

Audi Lafayette was a huge disappointment. I understand that this may come as a surprise given that they have only 5 star reviews, but please pay attention! I negotiated the car price with Matt, one of the sales reps, via text messages. After we came to an agreement (which he said he confirmed with Frank, the manager) I came in to complete the purchase of the vehicle. I was already approved for a loan and the deal was practically done. It turned out that the paperwork that they tried to get me to sign did not match the agreed price (?!?!). Matt claimed how he misunderstood our text communication, which, by the way, clearly stated the agreed price. He then went to speak to Frank and came back to let me know that there is nothing they can do to make his mistake right. Frank didnt even bother to come out of his office to speak to me himself and resolve the issue until I asked to speak with him. Once I finally got a chance to talk to him he blamed everything on his employee (?!?!) and said that he could do nothing. He then indicated how he felt he was doing me a favor (?!) by throwing in a small extra discount which really tipped me off because he had made similar comments on a previous occasion about the value of my trade-in. At that point, I decided to walk out of the dealership.Even if Matt made a mistake that should have been resolved internally. Not once did the manager genuinely apologize during our conversation. He also never attempted contacting me after the incident to resolve the issue. This is definitely not a way treat your customers!P.S. They use cheap marketing tactics such as claiming that they have the most competitive price in the 500 mile radius when they clearly dont (everyone make sure to check the prices on the web before purchasing from them!), telling me how a similar car by competitors (Mercedes and BMW) do not hold value as well, telling me not to purchase a BMW but rather lease because its a terribly poor investment, etc.

I went on a sunday to look and do research and found the type of vehicle I was looking for and it was open. I sat in it to see if it had good leg room and a voice came over the intercom and said if I didnt get out of the vehicle I would be shot. So my family and I left and will be looking elsewhere. If it was such a huge deal then maybe check to see if your vehicles are locked before you leave on the weekends.

Just purchased pre-owned 2016 A6 Prestige from them. The Sales Manager, Tim, Finance Director, Gary and Sales Associate Dylan were exceptional. Very communicative and fair in dealings as I was coming from out of state to make purchase. Tim also shared some information about the car while I was in route that he had just noticed to give full disclosure and agreed to make it right and reimburse me for getting it fixed locally. Also, one of the items mentioned in the car ad was missing so he had already ordered it and was having it shipped directly to me. All of the staff were very friendly including Sales Associate Haley who was the original person that I spoke to when making initial inquiry. With out a doubt if I was local, I would be dealing with them and would never hesitate working with them in the future.

I saw a particular pre owned vehicle from this dealerships site and spoke with very friendly rep. He told me vehicle was in the shop and will be ready in few days. I receive confirmation email yesterday saying vehicle will be ready by noon today. so I set up an appointment for 1pm because of reps lunch time.Last night I receive a reminder email and today I receive reminder phone call. All good and I show up on time. Im told rep is not there because its his off day and vehicle is not there because of the delay... ???Why would rep tell me hell have early lunch to meet me at 1pm and forget its his off day? Most disappointing part was not seeing the car after confirming theyll have the car... only thing Im told is, well let you know when it comes in.This review probably dont mean anything to the dealership but Im very disappointed and wasted my lunch hr for nothing...
