Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We showed up after closing just to look as I had seen the vehicle on the website. Kalon walked out to greet us... totally unexpected as they were “closed” and we went home in my truck about 45 minutes later! They were very interactive with my daughter and kept us with a smile on our faces the entire time!!!

We saw what appeared to be a really nice Mercury Mountaineer. My father and I drove from Baton Rouge to look at this vehicle. To our surprise, this vehicle looked nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely filthy on the inside!! It had never been cleaned! There was still trash in the door compartments. Leather seats had never been wiped down or anything else in the vehicle! He was Sean was bragging on what a great vehicle it was! Rims were all tore up, the headliner was taped to front windshield! He wanted $8000 for the thing! I was so disgusted. And he was rude to my father!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I dont understand how they can sell any cars looking they way they looked! We looked at three others on the lot and they all looked that way!!! One smelled like something died in it!! I dont know how they sleep at night!

Bought a car from here that was supposed to be really nice and top of the line but I’ve had it for about a year now and it’s done nothing but been setting me back more and more ever since I left the lot. Mechanically and cosmetically. I bought the car for 11,5 which was already overpriced and now a year down the road still owe on the car and have had to put about $5,000 in to it to just keep it running and I’m tired of it the car sits in the yard as of now leaving me out of a ride for anything that’s more than 10 minutes down the road and has me very disappointed with cars performance that UCF assured me also financially depressed with the bind they have put me in.

My car buying experience was quick and pain free. Got a great car at a great price, and was in and out in record time. Mr Shawn and family were great. Would highly recommend.

Bought a 2005 Grand Cherokee a year ago in September from Shawn and the same month I bought it I took it to Take 5 oil change, there was absolutely NO oil in the vehicle. 3 months later I took it get another oil change the oil was critically low. Ive been having issues with the oil for a year and kept having to put air in the tires. Yes I purchased extended warranty but they only cover certain parts. Just had valve cover gaskets changed and even after that, my vehicle is spitting oil out everywhere!!! Bottom line Shawn sold me a lemon!!! After putting $4,000 cash down on this vehicle and still owe $8,800 a year later, with monthly payments of $250 Im stuck with this problem!!! Please do NOT purchase anything off this lot! How do u sell someone a vehicle with NO oil in it?? How many of us think to check the oil before purchasing a vehicle?? So wrong Shawn, so wrong... May U Live for ever...

Not impressed with this dealership. Bought a vehicle with them that had problems twice after we bought it, and weve only had it for about a month or two. The first problem happened before we even got our plate in. Contacted this dealership and they said there was nothing they could do. Spent 800$ on this vehicle so far. Our warranty covered nothing, not even a loner vehicle for my fiance to get to work. All this place cares about is getting your money and then after that, they will not do anything to help you or make it right. Use caution when buying from this place. Id recommend having your own personal mechanic looking at the vehicle if thats possible before purchase because whoever they have looking at theres missed a few important things. After test driving this vehicle, this dealership was ready to sell us a vehicle that they knew needed work on the brakes. After mentioning the brakes, they suddenly remembered there had been work done on one side of the vehicles breaks but not the other. We should have taken that as a red flag, but were really needing to get into a vehicle that we could fit our children in, and these people seemed nice and the process of getting approved was so easy we were sold. Please dont make the same mistakes we did! Lesson learned!

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They where super quick to help me get a loan from the bank to buy a car from them. Which I did found a car fell in love put $3000 down and borrowed over $6500 from the bank to purchase my vary first car. Less than 2 weeks of getting my car it was in the shop bc the check engine light kept coming on had to replace my throttle body which was $400. Was then told my warranty did not cover it and I would have to pay a $100 deductible. My car then breaks down on me today so I call to see if there is anything they can do and they simply say we can give you a number for a tow truck and a mechanic like thanks so much for your customer service after you just made close to $10,000 from me. I do not recommend this place at all! I do not like leaving reviews like this but your customers should come first and I feel like they care less that a car they sold is giving so many issues in less than 6 months!

This man who called himself the Manager or salesman contradict every thing he said. If you want to give your money away and end up buying a car which doesnt even run after you got it home then go ahead and purchase his vehicle.Do not Sign any paper before you read it all or you will end up with an old car costing you double or triple what he got from an auction.
