Edible Arrangements has always been cool and everyone knows it, but yes there are some flaws, as with every business, no ones perfect guys. Young people working here, so theyre learning about communication, promptness and customer service but wanted to simply add that they were out of inventory of the popcorn and we ordered the big Variety Pack for my mother in laws birthday. I was pretty disappointed to find out before picking it up that they were out and I needed to substitute or get a refund for that portion, especially since the popcorn was going to be her favorite part I think. I ended up substituting for something else, and it was no problem, just inconvenient. Everyone will continue using this business in the end, so its best to be clear on what you want and when you want it and be very kind and understanding, it goes a long way. We were all there once, in their shoes. Give grace for errors, unless youre perfect. 😀

I ordered a regular sized edible arrangement at 11:00 am on a Friday expecting it to be delivered to my home by at least 3:00. It was my mom’s birthday so it was supposed to be a surprise but I kept checking the delivery status and it stayed at arranging your order for like 2 hours. I called and they said it was ready but they were waiting on the driver to get back. long story short if you are under a time crunch DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

My mother placed two orders of the Congratulations Indulgence Box for my sister and me for our birthday totaling $82.10. When we went to pick it up as we had scheduled for curbside delivery, I called the number for it to be brought out and the worker seemed as if she didnt want to bring it out, but wanted us to go inside instead.So, we went home after getting our order and sent a picture to our mother who told us that wasnt what she ordered. My mother called the shop and the girl working said that the manager wasnt there, so there was nothing she could do about it. Her excuse was that she didnt check it since it was made the day before.My sister and I drove back to the store only to go in and be greeted by a young girl who was not wearing a mask. NONE of the workers were wearing masks. We told her what happened and she had to look at a picture in order to see what we ordered. She had no idea what it was by name alone. I had to confront her in order for her to go to the back and ask another worker, who she stated was under her, on what to do. There solution was to just give us what was missing, though they tried to take one of the boxes away, to which I had to CONTINUOUSLY clarify that we had two orders. When I looked at what they were adding and asked if it was correct multiple times they told me that everything was there and it was fine.When we left the store, we sent another picture to our mother who said that the amount of item we were given was wrong. She called the store again, and the girl said that it was okay because We were fine with that. That was a lie because I specifically asked her, more than once, if that was everything we ordered and she said it was.Monday, my mother called to complain to the manger who tried to argue with her and said she only ordered one box. The manger pulled it up to see that two was, in fact, ordered, and offered a refund for one of the boxes, which I hope will happen. With the way the service is, I wont be surprised if it doesnt.All in all, I felt uncomfortable about the lack of masks. The workers and managers try to lie their way out, are rude, and dont seem to want to do their jobs. I have no idea what kind of manager leaves their shop during the weekend to be run by a bunch of teenagers who do not follow covid policies nor even know their own store policies or what comes in each arrangement. Me and my family will not be ordering from there again, and I will be sure to let my friends and associates know about this as well.

Made an order to be delivered for my anniversary gift to my wife. Told them that my wife would be leaving by 3pm. Called that morning said it ready at 10am and would go out it didnt. 3:20pm called talked to manager and said it would still be another 30 minutes told her my concerns and all she says is you want me to cancel the order. Very unprofessional.

This location was horrible. I ordered a sympathy set for my friends family in honor of his passing. They gave me a time to pick up but when I arrived all the doors were locked but the lights were on. Myself and two other people waited for almost 2 hours and no one showed up. Good luck getting them to actually answer the phone! Long story short they have done this to me twice! And I had to wait to receive my money back!! Do not visit this location!

So let me start off saying Ive ordered from here twice. The first time Im not complaining about anything. The second time is a whole different story.So I live in Washington DC and my grandmother in the rural area of Lafayette near Judice Middle School. So I placed an order to have some chocolate dipped strawberries to be delivered to her house. Yesterday I called her to make she would be home because I didnt want them left outside, well they didnt have any other plans so they were home all day. Well about 6PM over here which means it was about 5PM there I called to make sure she got her package. She said no. So Im like well its almost 5 I know thats when the store closes so let me call them to find out. Call them and they told me it was delivered at 2-3PM. Now Im like what the hell. Call my grandmother back make her look all over outside. NOTHING! Call the store back then they call the drivers and apparently they cant find the order that I placed. So after I tell the lady I spent a lot of money on these for them not to be delivered she said well Im sending one out right now and if she gets two, she gets two. This morning I called my grandmother and she informed me she only got one and they were just plain ole dipped chocolate strawberries and that she could make some better and look prettier. So Im not sure what happened with my first order but Im not amused that what I paid a lot of money for is not what my grandmother got. Im posting a screen shot of what she should have gotten and a picture of what she actually got. I will be calling the store first thing Monday morning and let them know I want a better arrangement sent free of charge. Its BS that this how you run a business and can not find an order, tell me if it was delivered or not, and then not get what I paid for, especially since edible arrangements is sooo expensive.

I give this place zero stars... first off they very rude in there and the manager is even worse ... I ordered my dad a $80 basket for his birthday and had it delivered to The restaurant they was having dinner at.. and they did not bring it till after they done ate and was gone when I called in to ask for a refund they told me that I was a liar and that my family didn’t even eat at the restaurant here is the proof of the picture that they was waiting in the car for it to be delivered after they done ate .... I would not recommend no one to use this edible arrangement in Lafayette Louisiana.. I thought when you ran a business it was about customer service.. but not here she is very hard up for money

I never had a problem with edible arrangements before until now. I ordered my Mother’s Day gift on Saturday but it was never delivered to my Mother on Sunday. I paid for expensive delivery fee for it to be delivered on time but it was not. I called the store on Sunday to see if they received my order and if it will be delivered that day and they said all orders were sent out and did not bother to ask me my name to see if my order was sent out and then they hung up. I called back and left a voicemail to say my Mother never received her delivery and told them to call me back and they never did. I also called corporate as well and left a voicemail but nobody got back to me. I called again today and they looked my order up and said it was out for delivery yet my Mother never received it and it is now past delivery hours and they even charged me so where is the order? I asked for my delivery fee refunded since it is no longer Mother’s Day and they told me to call back tomorrow for the manager. I called back later to ask how late they delivered because I did not want my Mother waiting all day and they told me around 4 that a truck was sent to youngsville for deliveries but now it is 9:00 and still no delivery. So glad they charged me yet never delivered her gift. It was a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a Mother’s Day balloon how hard is that? Their business is clearly going downhill. They never tried to contact me, I had to do all the calling and when I called corporate office, they left me on hold for 30 minutes and never responded to me. Very disappointed in this business, no communication, no gift delivered, not a way to run a business. I will ask for full refund tomorrow and not order again. They may be great for birthdays but they clearly cannot handle the holidays.

Door and internet says closes at 5 come here at 2 and they said they can’t make anything because they close at 3. Poor business practices.

I placed an order for same day delivery at 8am. The store then called to say they could not make it but could do it the next day first thing. I said that was fine as long as it was before 12 noon. Well needless to say it wasn’t. Then when I called the store I was hung up on and they didn’t answer a return phone call.

She’s been given the run around every time she has called to check the status of delivery. Told every time that it was out for delivery. Really?! For 2 days straight?! The workers are always out back smoking, trash piled up in back, I cant imagine what the inside in back looks like. (For Valentines Day they are outback outside under a Canopy making arrangements). I see people leave angry daily. Have witnessed multiple times people coming to pick up with nobody answering the door or having to wait at least 30 minutes for their order. Take my advice, make your own arrangements.....

I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries for my spouse for Valentines Day. I did not try them for myself because I do not particularly like strawberries. My spouse told me that the strawberries were perfect. Very sweet and fresh! He did not like all the chocolate on them, so he peeled a lot of it off. I ate most of the chocolate that was left over, and even the chocolate was amazing!

I placed an order by phone and exlained I would pick it up after my massage( 1hr). I get to the store at 12:19pm to find a sign on the door that read will be back in 30 minutes . I finally see the sign taken down at 12:58pm. I walk in and wait another 5-10 minutes for someone to come from the back and tell me tht the guy that took my order never told her and he was gone for the day. I have ordered several times despite the pricy fruits because i like them..this was not a good experience

I live in Texas, my mom in Lafayette. Ive used this place before with no issue. Part of paying for this service is the card especially since I cant see my mom or give this to her myself. I had to call her to verify she got it because she didnt know who it was from. She got the wrong card. When I called and told the store about and that I will no longer be using them. I got the rude response of just because of the card?part of the gift is the card I typed something meaningful and loving to my mother and I had to read it to her over the phone instead of her being surprised by it.

Horrible customer service experience, I called to have an arrangement delivered to my wife and it took her 20 minutes to take a simple order. The employee asked me if I wanted delivered to a previous address that I had delivered to aver two years ago and I told her NO and specifically gave her the address of the business to make the delivery. I called a few hours later to see if the delivery had been made and the employee told me that I gave the wrong address and phone number! The address I gave her was my wifes business address and the phone number was my own phone number!! Apparently she realized that I gave her the correct address so she then said they tried to deliver it to the previous address because thats what printed out regardless of where I told her to deliver it. She was very rude over the phone so I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager and I told her I doubt that she is and that I would be coming by the store to speak to a manager. She then rudely asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes I do, and she just hung up the phone! Very Unprofessional customer service!!!

Horrible service!! I Order them my first & last time !! My order was not delivered so i had to go in to pick up my order.. The fruits smell like they were sour & my order was rushed !!! Totally ruined my surprise to my husband!! They even told me they ran out of bears!!so my order didn’t receive one !! Never AGAIN !!!
