Great place, great people. The owners, the staff, and the patrons are quality people I enjoy spending time with. Good cigars are a bonus.

I love this place! I wish I would have discovered it sooner. They have such a cool lounge area and its nice to just hang, burn one and relax. I also like how they are hosting activities, parties and watch events. Keep it up boys! Ill see you soon.

My buddy moved to the area and became a member of the lounge. They introduced him to some new brands and were very welcoming at first. Eventually he started getting very strange recommendations.. cheap stuff that was way overpriced. Idk if it was some form of hazing or what. They even began suggesting weird drink pairings such as milk. The front desk lady was told to always have a glass of cold milk ready when my buddy walked in. It wasn’t until I confronted them that they tried to laugh it off. Who knows what other sick games they had him participate in as part of the new member “hazing”. I’m scared to say but there was probably nudity involved.Oh and they stole $2k of my friends cigars when they changed management.

I stopped going here a few months ago when it became apparant that this shop does not follow Covid guidelines. I decided to check it out again today. Nothing has changed. No masks being worn by employees. No social distancing. No respect for the law or its customers. Dont support a shop that doesnt care about the health of its employees or customers.

Recently moved to the area and I have been in search of a good shop that offered a wide selection of boutique cigars. This establishment was high on the list of reccomended cigar shops. Sadly there is a lack of quality customer service. The young lady at the counter not once greeted, or extended help in the humidor given there were several brands I was unfamiliar with, in fact, she was very dismissing and arrogant. The prices were above that of the local competition, and the inherent lack of consideration to mask wearing, as well as no attempt at controlling social distancing outside of a few poorly placed stickers and a sad plexiglass shield makes one feel uneasy. It is a surprise this business continues to operate given all the state/local health mandates.

I have frequented many shops. I have NEVER heard of a shop raiding a members locker and making zero effort to make it right. Don’t support this place. They are not good people. Mediocre selection and terrible prices are forgivable. Dishonesty and thievery is not.

New ownership is making it a great cigar shop again. I shopped here 18+ years ago and loved the atmosphere. Back into the hobby a year ago and was so disappointed to stop into my old shop. Tried them again two months ago and now a friendly staff with a great selection with fair prices. Young man at the counter was egger to help, maybe still learning but was trying and seemed very passionate. One of the owners I think, named Tony was very helpful and took the time to give me a tour of the humidor and gave me some good suggestion. I was very excited to see they were apart of Privada Cigar Club LCA and had some limited cigar you can only get at a LCA shop. I try to buy all my singles local and support brick and mortar shops as much as I can. Keep it up Casbar you have my business. I look forward to smoking there and attending some cool events.
