I purchased a Verbatim External Slimline CD/DVD Writer. I come to use it 3 months later and guess what its broken and there is no USB Cord in it. I will never purchased anything with opening the box and checking out everything. Someone returned it and they never looked in the box. I called and all I got well its to late

Worst office depot in the world. Several times I went there they never helped me. They can leave you after asking for help more than 30 minutes of neglecting and after that they will say we do not know to make you leave and once they said to me to go to another office depot branch when I asked just to make a paper copy. Worst office depot.
