Great job TA!!👏🏼A Boston Market Restaurant, a healthier choice than the burgers and the unflavored subs restaurants. The bathroom was clean, they just need to clean the bathroom doors. Good customer service. This TA was pretty descent.

Needed pm done on my truck. Called 1 hour out to try and get a spot. I was told they stopped doing check-ins on phone. Once I arrived I was ignored by a lady and a man behind the desk. Another man was helped before me. Mind you its only 1:30pm and Im told that they wont be able to change my oil until early the next morning. Mr TA Get rid of these lazy rude people. Our trucks need better service and your losing alot of money.

Went to go to pay for parking. Second row behind shop. Was told its no longer reserved parking just to have some one knock on my truck later to tell me it is. They might need to retrain the day shift on whats reserved and not.

This is a very stupid repair shop. I will repair the pump. The worker disassembled it and told me there were no parts. I asked them to restore my pump and they also charged me $435. It is recommended that truck drivers do not go there for repairs.

It’s a TA so everybody pretty much knows what is on the Menu at the Country Pride. The parking is good and clean. There seems to be less Reserved paid parking here. I hate all that paid parking at the other TAs. The people working here are nice and the coffee is good. Generally very clean. Showers are good.

The shop here the bigger lady was terrible so so rude. Im so sorry your life is so terrible. I will never do any business here. I could tell as soon as I walked in & the way she communicated. Get better people. I refuse to fuel or purchase anything from this location.

Do NOT recommend !!! Staff was INCREDIBLY rude!! And racially biased!! Site was unclean. Bathrooms understocked. Lounge wasnt clean. Overall a horrible experience!!

Spent many a night here was a fuel stop for both Schenider national and Marten transport. Had a great restaurants with great red beans and rice. But that was 1990-99.

Absolute horrible service. They not only failed to make a simple repair to a box truck, but made numerous other issues that cost thousands of dollars extra, because they simply do not have qualified workers. Further, the tech that preformed said work did it off the clock on TA;s premise; this was not proper protocol by any means. Shady business. The TA station is unsanitary as well.

Fuel pumps never work. SMH

Needed to do some laundry, half the dryers didnt work, of the 4 washers, 1 didnt work at all, 1 filled super slow, so it took forever, nothing worse than a bad laundry.. def wont come back here, better to just take the machines out than leave junk here to torment drivers that need clean clothes...

I’m 15 miles away it takes them two hours to show up. Then the guy informs me he needs to go back to the shop for sockets and bolt cutters.Takes an hour to get back. Then he finally finished up around 7 hours of me sitting on the road. I say around because he never let me know when he was done.He left his socket attached to a lug nut. I asked for the old wheel to be put under the trailer and he took it anyway. He left the chewed up tire on the side of the road.

Store was clean, the ladies bathroom was clean and the cashiers were really nice and efficient.

They carry a little of everything. No hard liquor. Beer only. Open 24/7. Showers and laundry for truckers

Two great choices of food for truckers - Boston Market and Whataburger! Chicken pot pie and the sweet corn bread at Boston Market is recommended.

Great fresh coffee any time of the day! They have a decent selection of beans including a description of each. They are ground fresh and brewed on demand. And to top it off, they have a large selection of fancy flavored creamers!

The dudes at the shop are way too slow. I have been here for over 4 hours waiting for them to complete a simple PM, so far they have only changed my quarter fenders and replaced my mud flaps. Seriously, how much longer must I keep waiting? I asked the mechanic to change two of my filters, he comes back and asked me if I was sure I wanted them changed. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have said anything. I just want them to finish, so I can get out of here.UPDATE: I spent about 6 hours in the shop for something that is no brainer. Good thing I was stopped for the night otherwise, I would have been screwed. I’m never going to this shop again.

Tried three pumps to get fuel went inside was told to let it sit for 20 seconds then try I did that still didn’t work went back inside they we’re sitting down talking I told them it didn’t work they replied must no have no diesel. Could of got up and show some concern or try to troubleshoot situation instead of being lazy never going back again

The restaurant does not open until 10am. This is SUPPOSED to be a travel center. There is a waffle house within waddling distance for breakfast. Parking lot is small for a T.A. I just tipped the porter $10 for an exceptional job he is doing. For the place being an old dump, the showers and restrooms are spotless!

I get the premium oil change every time. 1st theres usually an 8 hour wait for some reason then it takes 3 hours to do an oil change! But heres the killer. I get an oil change once a month around the same time and in over a year theyve never greased my truck. OVER 12 TIMES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SO I HAD TO HAVE MY BUSHINGS REPLACED BECAUSE THEYVE NEVER GREASED THEM! As a truck driver we hear horror stories about TA but how do you fk up an oil change?! AN OIL CHANGE AND GREASING!

Under new management? Really? What a joke of a shop! No shocks, no brake shoes. Staff not trained to do the job at service desk. No NEW MANAGER or any kind of management to be found. Drivers waiting hours just to find out this shop can not help them with there repairs. Many drivers waiting for nothing. Needs another NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM to redo this shop and train employees.

Love this place great people and great Boston market home cooked meals. No harassment for parking over night to get rest from long travels. Nice showers and laundry room all affordable too. I really like TA

I called ahead to reserve a parking spot so I could get an oil change at not a peak time.. Spoke with service and ok’d coming in very early am. So at 330am went in with no trucks being in the bays it looked good. Quickly finding out that the Company doesn’t supply mechanics with filter wrenches and they were locked up in another persons tool box I walked away shaking my head. Really TA Really? You must be joking —a 24 hr Major Truck Service Center with no filter wrench

Clean facility, friendly fast service, decent prices on various items, ease of entrance/exit from a main interstate freeway.

5 stars to Angelica that works at the Boston Market. Above and beyond any customer service weve had at any ta/Petro across the nation! Give that girl a raise and let her train all employees in customer service. The food was great too, they should replace every country pride and iron skillet with these!

Charging team drivers $28 for a shower is ridiculous wont ever get fuel or anything from ta or petro again.

If I could give you zero stars, please never take your truck to that site. It is the worst thing you can do and it will cost you a lot of money. I went with a flat tire and the man they put in my truck took thirty minutes to grab the information of the truck and an hour and forty-five minutes to put the jack and could never put it. The man is sitting under my truck I do not know what, I told the person in front that I was going and I left without receiving any service and the woman from the front told me that he was in training, another man who had his truck to change the filter of the dicel gave him the thread of the filter the truth that horrible service. I recommend that if Having problems with your tires at the next exit there is a southern tire mart with very good service and cheaper.

Nice truck stop. Plenty of kitschy cool stuff as well as all the normal convenience store things. Only one way in and out though.

I moved to Lafayette La because they have a truck stop. My husband drive over the road and I moved from a very small town that didnt have any truck stops. I love it here in Lafayette La and I come to TA weekly. The parking lot is very big and the employees and very friendly. They greet the customer and will help you with anything they can. The bathroom are very clean. Good food as well.

Not enough ultra credits for the gallons I get.

The majority of parking is paid, although that wasnt a problem at the time of day that I arrived. It is an older facility, having a cramped sales floor. The restaurant was closed for remodeling which was disappointing since thats why I was there. The restroom was clean. The TV room was spacious and had several shiatsu massage chairs along the back wall. The fuel desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Finally left after service techs left me hanging (in order to smoke etc) for an hour. We checked in and were instructed to pull in front of the bay. There were no trucks in the bays and no service techs to be seen. Waited 45 minutes and asked twice if anyone was available to work on it today. The first time the cashier shrugged. Second time, she said shell get the manager. I finally saw some service techs wander by. I waved to them. They then appeared to go on a smoke break with the cashier. Waited a few more minutes totaling 1 hour just to figure out what was going on. All I needed was someone to come say Ill be right with you in xxx amount of time. Instead, everyone either ignored me or gave a vague answer. Decided to leave.

One of the worst shop you can go to very unprofessional illiterate people not professional at all

Although it is an older truck stop. In spite the fact that it is on the corner of I-10 and sometimes traffic in and out is nearly impossible. It is an awesome stop due to the people that brought it. The staff in the restaurant is fantastic. The people who run the store are extremely courteous. I will stop there again for sure. Thank you to the staff of the TA you did a awesome job

Incredibly slow. Over 4 hours to change a tire. But there manage to start on another truck that pulled in after I did for the exact same service.

I was only 25 miles away when I called for road service, they came to charge me 292.57 dollars just to come and say they couldnt do it. And threatening she is going to call cops (the lady on the phone) if I dont pay what they ask for when I questioned how come it is that much. So keep that in mind. And btw they didnt even let me pay with a card although I told them when I called I m gonna pay either check or card depending on the amount. Horrible experience overall.

Service desk with Bobbie, she went above and beyond her duty to get our tractor fixed. Thanks to her we were back on the road. Awesome employee, this is what customer service looks like. Thank you Bobbie for an awesome job. We appreciate your hard work.

If a person wants to truly experience southern hospitality they need to stop at the TravelCenters of America in Lafayette Louisiana. In a past nine years I have delivered wine from California to Lafayette Louisiana and New Orleans. The staff at the TA in Lafayette are like family. At this location you will never be disappointed at the customer service, the condition and cleanliness of the store and especially the quality of the freshly prepared food at this location. The young ladies that work behind the counter are the most friendly and make you feel like you are family when you were there. Any manager that is going to manage a TA or Petro should go to this location and learn what true customer service is all about.

Had to get an oil change last week and Angie, the girl at the counter was so sweet! The mechanics there were intelligent and our mechanic did a good job. Thanks again for taking good care of us.

I had simple work done, 3 hours at most, oil change and slack adjusted on trailer. It was nearly six hours before I backed out of shop.10 am in out 4pm. I literally had to make a scene for them to finally tell me they were done otherwise who knows how long I would have sat there in my truck in the shop. The shop floor was covered with oil spills which got transferred to inside of my truck. I would not recommend anyone to this service center unless you have P L E N T Y of Time.However I would recommend the restaurant, my breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time.

Went in for an oil change on Sunday waited about 2 hours before I was called in the bay and waited an additional 1.5 hours in bay only to tell me that there a filter I needed was not on hand and refused me. I was told to wait till morning which I did and then came the morning and was told they had to get the rest of the trucks that had been there over the weekend first. Total time waiting was about 5 hours for nothing. I won’t be coming back to this location that’s for sure. If you call this location be careful as they put you in speaker and other people are able to hear you.

Sad I cant put less than one star. I called when I was two hours away. Told me wait time was two and a half hours but would put me on the list. I got here two hours later and sat almost an hour and a half later. The guy that I was waiting on came in at 8:30 to get a wheel seal replaced. He finally left at 1:30. Told me it would take less than an hour to replace brake can. Here we sit two and a half hours later and still working. Maybe if you didnt smoke every twenty minutes, youd be done! Avoid at all costs.

Too many paid parking spots. After purchasing fuel we are expected to be shaken down to pay for a place to park. This only started when elogs became more prevalent. TA has taken out their full service restaurants in many locations and replaced them with fast food restaurants. Half of some TA truck stops are now paid parking. Frankly, there are other options that could be better for truckers.

I gave 4 🌟 because Im a simple guy the only gas station I ever use as a commercial driver has been pilot FlyingJ TA might be a good place I hear a bunch of good things about them but Im A pilot kind of guy I shower at pilot fuel at pilot and eat at pilot .One thing I can say is TA has a lot of parking space

If I could of left no stars I would have but since the Black Male Laundry Attendant & customers were more nicer than ANY FRONT DESK STAFF consider the 1 star was left for him because he not only greeted me but told me to have a good day!!! However This TAs Staff WOMAN NEEDS A WHOLE NEW LOOK ON THERE JOB IF THEY WANT TO KEEP IT !!!

As we all know TA is one of most expensive truck stops on the road. But the new Boston Market at this location gives drivers good and flavorful food .

Clean TA, fills quick, Restaurant is clean, but slow & underwhelming food even compared to other TA food.. The cook makes a difference in the quality of the plates served. Nice salad bar though and better than nothing.. next time we come here just grab a sandwich & snack from the case, its not worth paying for a meal & tip here its sad. Visited end of May 2018

Truck drivers wait hours to get a tire replace. The most recent case, driver checked in at 8am and not even at 3pm his truck tires were replaced as instructed. Several calls were done to obtain updates, however the false expectation for service increased. I DO NOT recommend this TA TRUCK SERVICE to anyone.

You know, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. One of the mechanics messed up my oil change and 70 miles down the road, I was dripping oil in a private parking lot. I called the service desk and the assistant manager on duty, Derek, was quick to react. Not only did they promptly send out their roadside assistance vehicle to get me back up and running again, they cleaned up the mess in the parking lot, and they paid to get my truck washed as well. Kudos to Derek for reacting as quickly as he did and Kudos to the GM, Dwight, for authorizing a quick remedy to a bad situation. Thanks guys, I didnt lose my load because of your good customer service!

The worst mechanic shop in the history of everything, on Friday afternoon the people in their didnt place the orders for the parts of the truck, so on Saturday morning I asked them, they said they had order them, which they lied because they didnt order them until Monday, acting all careless donot worry is written in the board, that means nothing if they negligent and not doing their job, obviously, and they didnt order the parts until Monday around 10 am, negligent, negligent, negligent, they need to close that mechanic shop immediately and fire them all who work there immediately, and hire people that do care to not be negligent and fast workers, because black people there just keep blaming white for their negligence, they failed to order the parts and trying to blame some else who name is Gary for them not ordering the parts, even although they had already told me the parts were ordered, which they didnot.No one is useful now a days, this is the worst shop ever, the worst, not a joke, not lying, is pathetic service, in my opinion is best if they shut down the entire TA in this city and put something else, like self own truck stop, and have Arab mechanics and few Mexican mechanics who do work and do they job much better.

Good stop has a Whataburger in the front. Restrooms are clean. Standard country pride restaurant. Give it 4 stars because of the parking hilly and uneven

Decent establishment. Theres a frequent beep in the mens room and some dude asked Me to lie to his wife, but all in all not a bad place.

Go to get driver side pigtail and bulb replaced. Waited with truck in a bay for 3 hours for them to say it was ready. Come out to the truck and check out the lights. Didnt even have a bulb in it and the burnt up pigtail was still present. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Truck stops are kool on a road trip to shower

I arrived at 6:20 p.m. Sunday evening to get a simple oil change done I didnt leave there till 11 Monday morning due to all the mistakes made by the shop and they still didnt do a hundred percent job on my truck they were supposed to grease the truck and the trailer the trailer got greezed but only the slack adjusters on the truck. Gries nothing on the front end got grease the universal joints did not get greezed and I cant remember his name but one particular employee Sunday night was very disrespectful also the only thing positive about the whole experience was the day shift employees very polite and very prompt and trying to get my truck finished and get me

The most lucrative establishment Ive ever made a stop at.10 minutes into dinner and theyre already bugging me to pay for the reserved parking. I always pay my reserved parking after Im done having my relaxing dinner time. Away from work. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Keep the change, Im not sticking around this dump.

Waited 45 min for someone to help me at shop desk. Staff members kids screaming and running around. They take personal calls while talking to you and walk away. Very unprofessional. Wont stop here again. No restaurant or any food.

Had the best cinnamon french toast ever! So moist and tasty, I didnt even use syrup. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and delicious. The bacon was carmelized and tasted sweet like candy. Our waitress (Keonrie) was warm, friendly, prompt and got everything right! An amazing way to start our journey on the road.

Really they need to have something thats says 1/2 star! Got written for simple oil change. 3hr wait i understand that but after being there 4 hrs i was giving a door. Filter and oil thats it.....why that should take 2 more hrs? Well because the tech trying to do 3 jobs at 1 time. He do something on my truck for little while and go work in another bay. SMH!
