Excellent job on our kitchen countertops
I visited LMG on 5/18/21 to pick out quartz countertops for my kitchen and granite for the vanities in my bathroom and the bathtub in our master bathroom. I was assisted by Robyn, she was very pleasant and helped me pick out everything that I needed. Once I picked out everything Robyn asked me to send her my plans so that she could work up my estimate. I sent the plans the same day. I waited and waited, but never received a response. On 5/28/21, I forwarded the previous email from 5/18/21 stating that I was doing so because I thought that she may not have received it. She replied saying that she did indeed receive it, she would work on it and send me some numbers. Well, today is 6/11/21 and I still havent received anything. I called to notify management of my experience. I was very disappointed with my experience.
Entire staff is so helpful. Great selection of stone and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Lafayette Marble and Granite and will definitely bring my clients here to select their stone for projects.
