Dont go near that place unless you want covid. One of the worst toxic places to work for in Indiana.

Would be a great place to work if 80 percent of the staff was not getting high at work. The fact that Cindy G the manager of wire sets knows about it but does nothing it about it makes it even better. When asked to speak to her boss I was sent home because she was mad. Working where people are going to get hurt because of the lack of concern is not the best thing plus the cost of the product is probably twice what it should be for either the customers or for the owner Jim Risk because of all the mistakes that are being made on a daily basis. When 40,000 pieces are pushed out and there is 32000 mistakes something needs to be looked at but it never is they just continue to go on like that and make product cost higher because of the amount of extra material being used but that is never taken into consideration by management, neither is the well being of the employees.

This place is not open to the general public, but the employees are generally fun to deal with and it is far from the worst place to make pickups and deliveries.

Its unprofessional and theres a lot of favoritism going on. And you cant go talk to anyone because it wont do any good. Supervisors talk to the staff anyway. I was working In the back with Andre and Stacy and two other girls and one guy. And it was like me and the other guy was doing all the work while Andre and Stacy talk and play with Sierra in Kimberley. And the way they talk back there you would think you was in high school. They let Sierra do whatever she wants. And its not like you can go talk to anyone. I talk to a lady in the office and she said thats why the guy Larry quit. And that its been going on for a while back there but know one does anything about it. I asked to get moved but It wasnt a place for me to go. So I ended up quitting. Oh and Stacy and Sierra are like bestfriends and Sierra flirts with Andre so I guess thats why its like that.
