Customer service experience was great. Sent my mag in for inspection and within 2 week I had 2 new magazines that were nicer than the one I sent in! Very impressed with this company.

If you are looking for, as the name says, emergency response gear then this is the place. Do you need embroidery or vinyl stickers... firearms or a less than lethal option this is the place. Tired of high pressure sales from uneducated salesmen? At ERG you will find educated, experienced sales professionals. The best part is that the same people that own it run it. Ive been to a lot of similar stores but none have made me feel as comfortable as ERG. Stop in and see what Ken and Joy can do for you!

Great friendly service........ but they wont sell me any guns

Went here today for the 1st time to buy ammo. Was told no ammo unless I purchase a gun. Went to four guns instead. They were very helpful and considerate and got what I needed. Will not be going here ever again.

I dont care for exaggerated reviews either positive or negative so Ill try to stick to the facts. It also seems that the owners responses are quite dismissive of anyone who says anything negative. I had a very positive experience with them a few years ago with a fire dept. job shirt lettering. Very quick turnaround, nice work, reasonable price. Ive just completed a very negative experience with them. Sent them two jackets (one old, one new) in early November asking for transfer of a couple patches and for some duplicating of embroidery of old jacket on new one. Waited over 3 months and heard different excuses for why work wasnt done yet. Never received written estimate but was given ballpark one over phone ($150). Was unexpectedly notified that new jacket was ready and invoice was $255. I found that unreasonable and not having signed off on an estimate with that amount, was unwilling to pay. Seemed we reached an impasse and I was ready to buy another jacket and have work done elsewhere, letting these folks do whatever they wanted with ones I had sent them. Eventually compromised by my paying $205. This obviously puts an end to my doing business with them again.

With Ken & Joys help I was able to find the gun my husband wanted for his birthday and Joy even was able to embroider the gun case for him! We have since used them to purchase our face masks for our family! Custom fit and design! Thank You both for all your help it has been greatly appreciated!!!

Very nice clean store. Excellent customer service. Very informative and extremely professional. They provide gear for EMTs, First Responders, Fire, Police, Veterans and general public. We highly recommend.

So I needed a hunting rifle and a handgun, I took time to weight the options, stores, employee interactions with customers. I went with ERG, they were very respectful, charming, helpful, informative. They knew what I wanted and needed when I told them what I was intrested in...Ive been there a few times in the last few months and I am NEVER disappointed with their customers service....☆☆☆☆☆ star rating...

Really.... You can buy pants there, but if youre getting them for someone is a gift and they dont fit ERG will not take them back. Even if they have all the tags on them.

They didn’t have time to give me the price of a gun on the phone, said I’d have to come in. I love 40 minutes away...I’ll never know the price. If you’re looking for customer service, look somewhere else.

I was in town for a couple days and stopped by, I was interested in a handgun and they said they had some on order and would be in within a few days. I decided to buy one and I explained I may be back up in a week or two....if not it wouldnt be until after deer season was over. Ken called and said the item had arrived. I explained at that point I wouldnt be back up and if he wanted Id gladly pass on it and he could sell it to the next customer. He explained he couldnt do that by law as in the eyes of the ATF I owned it. Not familiar with these laws there was little I could say other than see you in January. My family drove up to watch a wrestling event so stopped by to pick up the gun....and to my surprise it had been sold. No worries, just refund the sale, its not a must have for me. The owners werent there so the gentleman couldnt refund, needed to wait for their return. After several calls of which each owner replied they needed to consult the other and a few very long holds on the phone.....they finally refunded the gun that they said they couldnt sell, but sold....and charged me a 20% restock fee. There was no reason to discuss any further as Ken was pretty upset and had a few choice words for me. Will have to pursue the remainder of my return through court. This was a fiasco.

Been to many gun stores, and this is more than just a store. You are part of the ERG family. Never given one false piece of information, they know a hell of a lot, always have what I want in stock, and great staff all around. Will continue shopping with them for the foreseeable future.

Im probably the last person on earth who would own a gun, but this store had gear I needed for work. The customer service was excellent and I received the help needed in finding my gear. I will be coming back for anything else I need for work.

I have been doing business with this company for a long time now. The Staff at ERG are very helpful and knowledgeable in I would have to say almost everything involving emergency services. Even if they dont have it they might be able to get it. They are very friendly and do whatever they have to for their customers which makes it a great place to go to shop for gear, guns, apparel, and ect. You might even want to just stay and talk to everyone else hanging out. I would and do recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is reckless with weapons. I recommend that people stay away from this store. They advertise being certified Glock Armorers, but they do not handle weapons safely. Their counter guy said he could show me a “better” way to disassemble a Glock, and the first thing he did was cup his palm over the muzzle! After he put it back together, he aimed it at his arm again. I told him that was unsafe, and that a military or civilian range would have him removed for doing that, and he told me to go to hell.

I recently wanted to trade my sig p250 in for a Glock, and went to multiple stores in Lafayette. I ended up checking out Emergency Response Gear and I have to admit, they had the best prices of anyone in town. The owner is knowledgeable and he gave me a great trade in value on my sig. They also have a very wide range of items for security professionals, EMTs and Firefighters. I had them order me an itac roto-holster for my glock and i got it cheaper from them than if i were to purchase it myself. I highly recommend that if youre in the market for a new firearm or accessory you give them a try.

Had them check on items they did not have in stock. Still waiting to hear from them, two years ago! Not worth the trip.
