It’s a tradition in my family to take my daughter here every birthday to create a new bear. It’s always a fun experience and the staff is so kind and helpful. They know how to work with small children who are a bit timid. The selection of characters is always great and we have built up a great collection of bears. The first one I bought was for my wife years ago so it’s a good tradition to keep up. Highly recommend.

1sr. Time in store to get a gift card. My great grand daughter picked out a toy to build. The lady who help stuff the bear is great and doing a great job. She is amazing with kids.

My daughter is a huge Build a Bear fan, she has fond memories of her bears growing up that we purchased in Galveston location... so we went into this location for her to browse just for memories (she is now 14yrs old). On our way out of the store, the cashier was going out of her way to see the shopping bags that my daughter had in her hand that we walked into the store with of items that were purchased from other stores in the mall, completely suspicious that she was shoplifting. I was so insulted I called the employee out for insulting me and my family. I informed the employee that my daughter bought her things with her own money that she saved up. I wish I would have gotten the employees name, but I was way too mad to pay attention. Shame on you, we will definitely never step foot in this place again.

This was my 1st time there and I really enjoyed myself. Originally wanted to make a My Little Pony character (Pinkie Pie) but they didnt have it so I went with my all time fav pokemon.

The waiting at the entrance when its clearly phase 3 was ridiculous. There were only 2 other small families in there. Thats much less than 75% capacity.

The experience here is always fun. There is a lot to choose from and the store is clean and very organized. The employees are always willing to help.

They have good prices,its actually very affordable. Staff was awesome with the kids and they have the cutest outfits! 12 bucks for the bear, 7 bucks for the shirt. Very affordable!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! We went for my 3 year olds birthday and he had a blast. The prices are obviously high but the experience is well worth it. Both ladies names were Michelle and they were both equally fantastic. Thank you for making my little ones first Build a Bear so special!

One of the workers was a little snippy. The kids love this place though.

Kids had a blast building their bear. Its a fun place, alot to choose from, but the cost is high. But I guess you are paying for the experience as well as the product.

The special event was nice, but they could planned better for the amount of people that came for it. The line was too long. If they could have had two stuffing machinesmaybe they could have gotten more done.

What a great experience for my son! He loved every bit of it, we will be back!

Love this place. My daughters godmother had gotten her a bear when she was 6 months and she still Carries it around with her and she is 6 now.

Love this store. Its actually one of my favorite stores to go to in the mall cause the employees are always so sweet and I love how friendly they are. Ive gotten four things from there and they are an Easter t-shirt for one of my buildabears and the onesie for my buildabear Saylor (which you can see a pic of her with it on) and bunny ears for Saylor too, and a drawstring backpack. 🐻😁😊😍🐻

Employees are extremely good with children and arent easily annoyed with their excitement. They also seem to be able to gauge where your budget is and point you in the right direction without making you feel as if you dont belong there. They help you through the entire process and appear to really enjoy their jobs.
